I’m so glad we chose STK as our anniversary/birthday dinner. Everything was so amazing. Starting with the beautiful and friendly hostesses and continuing with our fabulous waiter. Then the food! Omg. It was so delicious. I can’t wait to go back on our next trip.

I love STK ! So much so we went twice for dinner last weekend while we were in town! We ditched our reservation at SW at the Wynn , for STK at Cosmo ! Everything about stk is amazing and I can’t wait to go back for my 30th !

I was very disappointed with the overall experience.
I made reservations for an anniversary dinner and informed STK of the same. The STK team seated us in the worst possible table in the restaurant. The overall noise level went from reasonable to very loud as the evening went on. The music volume got so loud that it was difficult to have a conversation.
I was disappointed with the quality of the food as well. For a "steak" house, the bone-in cuts were charred on the outside and were very rare on the inside. Medium rare should not be charred and inconsistent.
Overall, I was unhappy with the food quality and the ambience.

Our waitress Leslie absolutely dominated and made our experience above and beyond what my fiancé and I expected. Without a doubt worth every penny, will plan on returning ASAP

The food was excellent and the decor was beautiful. Our servant was beyond kind and we enjoyed him thoroughly. Will return again, loved the salmon with shaved brussel sprouts and the filet was awesome.

Overall, dinner was good. The noise level was a little high for our liking. The music was so loud, that we could barely hear our server. But after being there for a while, you start to get used to it. The food was great. All of our steaks were cooked the way we like it. The Waygu Flat Iron steak was a little chewy, but other than that, the food was great.

Wonderful service from the moment we walked in. Food perfect. The cocktails perfect.

Booked for "Wine on Us" special for my GF's bday, when arrived restaurant said we were not on the list. that's okay I'm okay not having free wine. we had Paul as our waiter. he comes off a bit rude and rushed. We ordered 34oz RIb Eye had it pre cut. the Kale Salad and Truffle fries. food was very good, because of the sense of sarcasm we encounter from the waiter, we will not be going back to STK. too bad the food was good.

Great steaks and they do a good job negotiating the COVID rules. Server was spot on!

Overall we enjoyed our experience but for the price I wish we would've been more impressed. The restaurant is a very chic and trendy environment. It's really dark and the music is LOUD as the other reviews said. Which we really enjoyed! I wish I could remember our waitress' name because she was definitely the best part of our experience. She was super friendly and attentive. Our drinks took quite a while to come out. The food was good, but we were not amazed. My husband and I both ordered steaks cooked medium - mine was cooked perfectly, his was almost rare. The lobster mac and cheese was good, but not outstanding. Mashed potatoes were good. They brought out a dessert for my husbands birthday which was very nice. We think it was some kind of chocolate mousse. To be totally honest, it was not good but it was free so I can't really complain. I'd be willing to give this place another try, we might have just had an unlucky night. If you're looking for a quite peaceful dinner, this is not the place for you!!

Music was awesome! Food was great, especially the sweet corn pudding. We waited quite a while considering we had a reservation.

We had an awesome experience as always. Everything from the seating at our table to the service to the food was perfect! I can’t wait to come back in a couple of months for another great dining experience. Our server was named Isaac and he was awesome.

This was perhaps one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had by far! The veal chop melted in my mouth and my date’s sea bass was incredibly delicate and flavorful.
The server and busboy were both 5 star and I highly recommend this restaurant for any and all dining. Truly an amazing dining experience all around!

Love dining at STK whether with friends or clients. The music and atmosphere is always on point. The food is amazing and the service is always prompt and professional. Frita was our server and she was phenomenal. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Located on the 2nd floor of the Cosmopolitan we were greeted prompty by a friendly host and seated immediately.

Atmosphere: The ambience at STK is beautiful. It seems as though as the crowd gets thciker they turn up the music volume to a level that's just a bit too high for normal conversation.

Service:
The service was about a 3 star experience with our waitress. Much higher expectations from a restaurant in this price range. Throughout the entire meal we saw her a total of 4 times.

Food & Drink:
The filet mignon was a 4 star steak. I expected more for the price, doesn't hold a stick to places like t bones or mortons. The creamed spinach was 5 stars. Honestly the best I've ever tasted and the spicy watermelon cocktail was probably the best drink my wife and I had every had.

Overall:
Possibly worth the experience but for the price you'd be better off at several other steak houses available on the strip.

The restaurant is beautiful, service and hostess, and bartenders were all top notch. Happy hour portions are made so that you have to order from main menu, as opposed too enjoying a happy hour. Its not like the restaurant was packed during the week for it to be. Drinks were good and good price.

The sea bass, lobster mac, brussel sprouts, and sweet potato donuts - all bomb. However, my boyfriend and his friend were not impressed with the dry-aged ribeye. I didn’t taste it. Overall, this place is a fun time, and has delicious food and great service ☺️

I was so excited to reserve a table here for my birthday. STK had an amazing atmosphere when we first arrived. The service however, was great from everyone except our waiter who gave us the impression that he was either having a bad day or that he was less than thrilled to be our server. Short. Rude. Unenthusiastic. Our food was good but definitely not the best we've had on the strip. Charred steak and gritty oysters. I expected a whole lot more from an over $300 dinner for 2.
