The feed menu was excellent quality . First impressions weren’t great as was grated by a man who looked like he hated the joint and didn’t really offer any great service . Luckily the female who served us saved him as she was great . Overall a good experience

We all would have liked to stay on for a relaxed evening drink sipping on Nonesuch Tasmanian whisky (that I understand is unique to Stem) but we had to leave!!

Waitress was non English. Was very hard to understand. When it came to the bill, we had told the waitress we would come up and pay so that it wouldn’t be awkward for our group. She came to the table multiple times with the eftpos as if she was scared we would run off. A group of 10 people running off ?? It became very awkward for everyone. This was not a nice way to end a lovely night.

Everything about our experience was exceptional. The menu was broad but not too vast, the staff were super friendly and down to earth and the fit out is lovely.

The food was outstanding! We could not choose a favourite dish as it was all delicious.

The food was spectacular.
There was only one choice of Shiraz on the menu which was surprising and I have never paid $16 for one glass of wine anywhere in the world.

We will be back mainly for the food.

Is consistency the food and service is consistently excellent! I also love the restaurant layout as it allows such great pods of tables and it never feels crazy loud! Another great experience thank you!!

Disappointed with vegetarian options. Last time I came there were great.vege options.

The broccoli and hummus starter was delicious and when my friend asked for the gnocchi but vegetarian the chef obliged and it was delicious thank you 😊

Very enjoyable! We took our 2yo daughter and nothing was too much of an ask even when she was being a little terror. Alex looked after us and was excellent. Great food & impressive cellar selection.. no other place I’d rather have a long lunch 🍷

The tasting menu is a must- but if you can’t stretch to it, just order the gnocchi with heaps of bread to mop up the delicious sauce!

Great restaurant with some unique dishes - a favourite was the nut tart dessert with olive oil ice cream.

We chose the feed me option- didn’t have to think. Well only to choose the next wonderful cocktail. Couldn’t fault the food. Meat grilled to perfection and who would have thought deep fried broccoli could be so good. Service was relaxed and confident with a sense of fun. The building has a great feel to it and you could imagine being in a top dining spot anywhere in the world. For us they have the formula right so we had a great experience
