What a find in the middle of Goshen.
The building and grounds are beautiful.
The staff is delightful and most importantly, the food was amazing.
We will be back!
Never a bad meal
StageCoach brunch was enjoyable with fabulous prompt service. Menu food choices were abundant. Pleasant and tranquil atmosphere in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended. Enjoyed!
Lovely dinner with my mother at the beautiful restaurant. Great food and service
Wonderful place. Great food and service. We will be back for sure!
The overall experience was great, we will be back. The waiter was patient and accommodating.
The food was amazing and the service was outstanding!!
Beautiful venue fir a special dinner. The service and food were outstanding.
First time there, girls night out. We loved the atmosphere, the food was delicious 😋 only one thing was disappointing that we had to wait 1 hour to get our meals. The manager didn’t come to talk to us or someone to say something about it. We will go back and really hope the service is faster.
Excellent experience! Beautiful renovations to restore the building and B&B.
Beautiful venue, great service and nice food. My only criticism would be the noise level. Very loud table near us (not the restaurant's fault, but they could have sat that loud party farther away) and the fire alarm went off and continued to blare for at least ten minutes until the firefighters arrived to confirm that there was in fact no fire.
The Eggs Benedict was amazing & Nick was a very friendly & attentive server.
A wonderful evening ! The food and service was delightful. We sat on the porch overlooking the beautiful grounds. Highly recommended!
A little disappointed in our food and the service. Some of the items were not as advertised in the menu and the food was not hot but over cooked when served. Not the same experience we had the first time we went a number of months ago when it was an excellent experience.
We were there for brunch on Sunday morning for my bday. We were seated right near the kitchen and there were no other guests in either inside room so we could hear every word that the kitchen staff said. There was one extremely loud woman who had a very boisterous cackling laugh.
You may want to rethink who sits there when the place is empty cause between that and the constant swinging door to the kitchen sorta ruins the ambiance and your place is so lovely.
We will be back I’m just going to be more aware of seating. Nick was great!
The wait staff is wholly lackluster - our interactions with three different waiters unimpressed us since they were aloof for the duration of our meal. For example, drinks were never refilled (including water); there was no check-back, the appetizer came out with the dinner, and was an aloofness about the employees in general. The food was just ok, but for the price, insufficient in quality and quantity. The decor is nice, but the overall experience left us with the impression that the Stagecoach Inn has a façade: it is clearly trying to be something (a five star establishment) that it really is not. The decor creates an illusion; the rest of the experience was sub-par all around. This is not the first time we have been disappointed with this restaurant and are likely to never return.
Love this place
Beautiful setting with professional service. Amazing menu selections. A must for Brunch, Lunch, and Dinner.
This was a perfect getaway for the weekend. We actually stayed as an overnight guest. My issue came with the food. We were seated at 7:30pm promptly on a Friday night in the main inside dining room. My wife had a special - Ahi Tuna encrusted with something over a bed of rice and I had their rack of lamb. My wife asked for rare and I asked if it was pan seared (as one would expect). The server, Anna, (WHO IS AMAZING!!!! by the way) said there's no open flame and they cook it in the oven. Needless to say, the tuna was not very good. It was over cooked for tuna and tasted like a giant chicken nugget. Not what I was expecting for a fine dining establishment. The rack of lamb was perfectly cooked and could have used a little more of the encrusted salty seasoning as it was only on one side of the rack. The pureed peas it accompanied was so-so. Was expecting the mint jelly. Additionally, while it was busy, it took over 45 minutes to have our entrees served - and we didn't even have an appetizer. That needs to improve.
I'm giving 2 stars for the Food (although breakfast was really good in the morning) and 4 stars for the service (it should really be 3 for the long wait for the entrees). HOWEVER, we went to the bar and had a fabulous time talking with the bartender and the owner of the B&B and Stagecoach Inn, Faith. She was absolutely LOVELY!!!
Faith, GOOD LUCK this week! I'll have a Grey Goose for you, too!
What a find! The food was awesome. We ordered some of the specials. One was better than the next. The waiter was the best one I’ve had ever. The ambiance was gorgeous I’ve already told everyone I know. I cannot wait to go back.
When we arrived, we were told that our reservation in the solarium room could not be honored because a group increased its attendees. Also, the main dining room was not available to us because it was totally booked by another group. They put us at a nice outside table; however, since it was cool out I requested an indoor table. They placed us in a small dining room with a nice round table to accommodate the 6 of us--it was very nice!
The appetizers (meat and cheese, scallops, and shrimp) , the entrees (pork loin and salmon) and the desserts (sundaes and brownie) were all very good.
The service was slow because the restaurant was very crowded; however, our waiter, John, nevertheless did a great job!
Limited menu choices that are uninspired, didn’t even have specials except for hamburgers, much too nice of place for such pedestrian fare.
It was very nice. The menu needs to be updated on their website
We went for brunch and it was delicious! The restaurant itself is beautiful, the staff were very kind, and the food was fantastic. We will be going back.
This restaurant is really hit or miss. The service leaves a lot to be desired - we had to wait 15 minutes to get acknowledged for drinks at our table, I had to ask for both a spoon and a knife. I find a $16 shrimp appetizer comprised of three miniscule shrimp to be ridiculous. Since their menu rarely changes and they don't seem to do specials very often, I was really underwhelmed. There are not lots of fine dining places to choose from in Goshen at this point but they really need to get their act together.
Overpriced. Long lines for buffet. No omelette station and food was cold by the time you could sit and eat it. Service was awful, but that's because we were outside. They had no record of our reservation. Good thing I saved my confirmation from open table. Also, I had called to confirm 3 days prior and asked not to be outside.
Thank you ! Nothing short of fabulous. The food was delicious! Our server was wonderful, and the ambiance..spectacular.
Place has lots of charm. Had been there one other time and food was ok. But friends rave about the place. So we have another chance. This time it was spot on. The were friendly accommodating and food was great. Plus there’s a huge outdoor space for the summer. I will definitely go back!!
Not only was the food amazing so was the staff. A friend and I went for Brunch and the staff was just so nice and accommodating....we were there for a while and we felt no rush at all.
This was our first visit to the Stagecoach and we were very impressed. The food was excellent! Our server Elizabeth was the GREATEST! She was knowledgeable and had the greatest personality. We highly recommend the Stagecoach.
Welcome addition to the local restaurant scene. Excellent Valentine's Day Dinner and Sunday Brunch.
Super ambiance as well.
Our meal was excellent and the staff was great we enjoyed everything.
Lovely atmosphere, nice presentation, food served hot and everything was delicious.
Love this place. Food is always lovingly prepared. Each and every meal is truly a dining experience. Staff is friendly and attentive. Well done. Best food in Orange County.
My salmon dish was delicious - the couple with us ordered spareribs & scallops and thought the
spareribs to spicy & scallops not up to par as the last time ordered - also the bread pudding was
not good. Service was pretty bad & the room we were seated at was cold and noisy. I would
come back and request another room as my food was delicious.
First time there. Had brunch with my wife. Gorgeous place. Best Eggs Benedict ever. Looking forward to go there for dinner.
I have had many a meal there and never had a bad experience. Staff is friendly. Food is tasty and made by an expert. The only criticism I can offer is that the coffee is never really hot. Other than that it’s a great experience.
All in all a very good rating in all parameters. We sat in the closed in huge porch on Valentine's day. Next time, we will ask for one of the numerous dining rooms since the heater was a blower that went on and off.
Friendly staff, excellent food.
I love Riesling wine and prefer St Michelle rather than Brotherhood but since the owner grew up near the Brotherhood winery, I can understand.
The prices seemed moderate given the food and ambiance .
No hesitation to recommend the Stage Coach Inn after one visit. We shall be back.
Beautiful fire going and the food was delicious. Staff friendly. Our first time there. Perfect valentine evening!
The Stagecoach is a wonderful place. It is elegant and the staff is extremely welcoming. A new server, Andrew was great and Kayla was absolutely terrific. I found the food to be excellent and the value well worth it. If you are in the area; it is a must place to dine and stay overnight. The rooms are magnificent.
