St Andrews Beach Brewery
Here at St Andrews Beach Brewery we like to keep things simple and uncomplicated— the way life ought to be. Our property is pretty spectacular; people say “there’s nothing else like it”.
Our brewery calls the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria home. Set on a 92-acre property which was once home to one of Australia’s premier horse training facilities and proudly boasts a 1,200m grass racing track (now an exceptionally large fruit and vegetable patch!)
We have blended old with new and nature with engineering— combinations that you just can’t find in the city. Here our air is clean, our grass a little greener (that's how we like to see it anyway). Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to grow our own hops, let the chickens roam free and spend our days crafting and pouring great brews right from our stable doors.
WE HAVE BEEN THERE A FEW TIMES NOW AND HAVE ALSO RECOMENDED TO OTHERS. WE ALWAYS HAVE A GREAT TIME. THENK YOU VERY MUCH.
Great food and selection of drinks. Need to have more high chairs available for small children. We asked for one and they said they were all being used, this is 5 minutes after opening time! Thankfully the staff managed to locate one for us.
Went with the family with two kids. Great facility and fit out but very noisy with the live music and felt the burger was good but quite small for the price.
Was really good atmosphere, loved the food. The place was amazing as per usual. Although there was a security guard who was defiantly on something. Was very rude, wouldn’t stop chewing and moving while wearing sunglasses at night time. Found it quite disappointing in a family friendly atmosphere.
Couldn’t recommend this please more. Great spot great vibe food was fantastic and really well priced too. Fsntastic
Fantastic layout and finishes - very well presented. The heaters in the stalls were fantastic to keep the chill away but not overpowering. Table service was good - gave us time to enjoy conversation without interruptions every couple minutes. Super polite and engaging staff.
Just a couple of minor suggestions:
Increase the range/equipment for kids area - looks like it was an after thought but nice to see that there was an area for them to climb and hangout; a
Get to that first drink order quicker (we were hanging out for that delicious beer!!); and,
Didn’t see any advertisements but would be a good live music venue on a Sunday afternoon.
Even though it’s a couple hours drive from us, we’ll be back again!!
Excellent range of beverages and delicious food. Staff very helpful. St Andrews brewery is a wonderful local place for us. It's got the vibe!
This was our second group visit. The service was terrific, even the heater was on for when we arrived as it was a bleak day. Great food and wine. will definitely be back again.
I have been to the brewery a few times for different occasions & have really enjoyed each experience. Foods gr8, reasonably priced & service is super helpful & friendly. See u next time👍👌🥂
The attention to detail by all the Staff is exemplary. We had a table (stall) of 10, and we were all impressed by the overall experience.
We had a family group of 8 plus toddler had a great time in our own “stall” service was terrific maybe menu could have been a tad more adventurous? But ther was something for everyone, service was exceptional
Was a great place for family 30th birthday celebration good atmosphere and friendly staff easy parking thanks we will be back
We loved it - only complaint is that the pizza was waaay to garlic-y! both times we've been - sadly we forgot when we went back the ordered the kids a margherita again and they didn't eat much of it.. We were asked if we wanted sliced tomato and basil on it but the garlic wasn't mentioned!
Great food and beer but was very noisy and hard to hear each other's conversation
A great way to end a week-end with friends in a relaxed environment
We came to celebrate my besties Hens and It was great the only recommendation I can make is that you might want to look at installing clear blinds to put down on the days the weather is crap like it was on Saturday. We planned on staying all afternoon/ night but it was way to cold which was disappointing and we left.
The place is amazing and will definitely be back in nicer weather.
Beautiful venue and extremely accommodating and lovely staff. Food was good and everyone enjoyed what they ate.
Great surroundings, wine is" over the top" expensive. Food is top restaurant prices.
You really could not afford to do more than the 3 hour stable dining experience.
Will not make it a regular visitation.
Very nice and helpful staff. Great to have the little play structure for the kids. Loved the cosy stable, great place to catch up with friends.
Outstanding. Well worth the drive.
Take a group and make a day of it.
We booked a table for 8 and were in one of the “stables” which is like semi private dining. The best thing about this was that we could hear each other well as we were not squashed in close to others. It is an out of the way location but well worth the trip. Great concept, all very well thought out, great customer service. Menu was varied, food was very good and well priced.
Our first time but not our last visit. We had a terrific meal and the beer was amazing.
Loved everything except how loud the singers were, many of us had headaches later that night.
We had a wonderful family celebration there in one of the stables. Service fantastic , staff very friendly . Ambience was great . Food good . All of us loved the day . Will defiantly go back
Good ambiance - service a little slow and meals qualify as good pub nosh in line with pricing !
Enjoyed it and have booked a table for Mother’s Day.
Always a pleasure to wine and dine here. Our favourite place on the Peninsula and a must for interstate guests.
A great vibe and always humming!
Great service, staff were very efficient and helpful. The venue is lovely, very unique. Food was delicious, shared a few things between everyone and all was amazing. Very impressed will return.
Loved the idea of eating in a stable The food looked great when I looked it up on line It is a brilliant idea of how a big group can all pay individually as they order and pay at the bar for your drinks Didn’t know that until we were ready to order but absolutely brilliant!!
A wonderful atmosphere in a unique setting
Extremely friendly , helpfully , accomodating staff, when we arrived and were shown to our stable the music playing was hideous, loud and totally not appropriate , it was able to be turned off in our stable & staff member also turned down either side of of us, mood music NOT! Relaxing lunch time music NOT,
Wine & beer tasting staff knowledgeable & helpful .
Very relaxing, friendly service, food was great. Enjoyed the afternoon thoroughly.
Booked a stable for my husbands birthday and we loved it. Arrived to live music and warm customer service. Service was extremely quick considering it was packed. We are already planning our next visit 🙂
Great venue! Staff are fabulous, magnificent food. Band was a tad too loud so we had to raise our voices but otherwise a great afternoon. REALLY appreciate the ride from the car park! Thanks guys!
Amazing Service, Amazing Food & the Cider is divine. Reserve a stable :)
We had raved about it to friends
Service terrible. Dirty plates left on table for ages
Drink orders were wrong
I wanted to give a great review
As one of a group of "Beer Buffs", I booked the Brewery for a table for six. We were allocated a simple but very well presented stall, the waiting staff were fabulous. We ordered a variety of beers which arrived within minutes of ordering. The range of beers is very good and again terrific value. From the menu, we ordered a variety of pizzas and chips. Everyone agreed that the pizzas were excellent. The Brewery is a beautifully laid out open space with room for families, groups and couples. I am a local who has been coming to this venue since it opened. This was the first time that I had organised a group of colleagues who all agreed that the total experience was terrific - they will be coming back. As far as I am concerned, I believe that the St Andrews Brewery is the best value on the Peninsula.
Perfect spot for a group. Ours was a family group of 6. The old stables have been turned into beautiful private eating spaces. Beer, food, service, all good. And the ride on a golf buggy from the car park is a nice touch.
We loved this place and used it for a family get together and celebration. We definitely will be back again very soon. Thanks for the great experience
Great atmosphere, staff are always friendly. And best of all beer tastes great as well
