I strongly advise anyone reading this to STAY AWAY from this restaurant. Our experience was terrible. The staff who deal with customers are completely unprofessional, ruining the work of the kitchen staff. The man with glasses, who said he was the owner, was the rudest person I’ve ever met and had no respect for customers. After we sat down, the server quickly poured a glass of water for me. You might think this is nice, but they charged us $4 per person later for the water without even asking if we wanted it. This is a scam and totally unacceptable. The servers kept hovering around our table and over our heads while we were eating, making us feel very uncomfortable. It was intrusive and ruined our meals. Save your time and money. Do not go to this restaurant.

The menu was dissapointing and overpriced. The ambience was not great, not very cosy and extremely noisy. We felt extremely rushed, they took plates away while still eating pizza.

Dear guest, We thank you for your feed back, we are disappointed to find out that you did not have a pleasant experience at Spuntini. Although it was a very busy evening on the night you dined with us, we always do our best to accommodate our guests and do our best to make the experience a special one! The noise and ambience is contributed to by the amount of people dining with us at any given stage, especially in the winter period when we do our best make sure the venue is warm. We apologies regarding clearing table prematurely. Our staff are all instructed to make sure it is okay for the table to be cleared, we will investigate why this happened. Our overall feedback regarding menu is extremely positive, if you could provide more information on this it would be a great help! Thanking you

We had the five course meal for Mother’s Day and every single dish was absolutely delicious! We were very impressed and will be back. Portion sizes were generous and the amount of time in between servicing each course was perfect.

Fantastic food!! LOVED IT! Nice, friendly service. However, big disappointment was that the restaurant was open to the outside, and it was uncomfortably warm inside, as well as unpleasant outside traffic noises (buses, trucks etc) and the music a little too loud, did make it difficult to converse.

Food was great and the owner/manager is excellent. Unfortunately he was let down last night by a disinterested waitress who was hard to engage, didn't understand much English and appeared to hate all the customers. Could have afforded to have the air-conditioning on a bit higher given the heat and humidity. We do enjoy it there though and would recommend it.

Experience overall was quite good. A couple of the meals were not as good as I expected. The steak was very chewy and the pasta dish we ordered was lacking in flavour, however all the rest of our side dishes and entrees were very good. I would still recommend them as I think overall the standard was quite high and the service was excellent.
