Go to this fabulous Indian restaurant. The food was so good and fairly reasonable for LA. The waiter went out of his way to give us information on the dishes and even gave us an extra dessert on the house after learning it was our first visit ~ and yes he knew we were from out of town. I had the lamb bliss, husband had the butter curry chicken. The fried dumpling dessert was sublime.
Great experience- starting with the greeter!
Loved the veganized walnut dumplings, eggplant dish and yellow dal, too!!!!
Great presentation and food. Very creative and little different touch. Awesome biryani and one should must try.
The spice really packs a punch and the freshness of the flavours is incredible. It was one of the best curries I’ve ever had and i’m British - and curry’s our national dish (honestly it is!)
Very good food, on the expensive side for what it is but we did enjoy our meal and happy we went to try it out.
Excellent Food and service! The menu had a great balance of popular and unique food options. we enjoyed the popular bhel which had a California twist with Avacadoes. It was a perfectly balanced appetizer. The Tandoori Paneer was great another great appetizer with the sun dried tomatoes marinade which provided a refreshing change to this popular dish. The dish that stood out for us was Nadru Kofta.
The desserts were great too. Service was great and the wait staff was very friendly.
We had a great time and would recommend this Spice Affair.
The food is always amazing, & we've tried a wide variety of dishes during many visits. The restaurant is very pretty & pleasing & comfortable, & the service is excellent. The "background" music is intrusive, & everyone has to talk over it, creating a din on weekends & making it difficult to hear sometimes even during the week. One Saturday night, the waiter got our order wrong because he could't hear! Why do restaurants do this? It irritates everyone I've spoken to about this. "Energetic" noise will NOT contribute to a restaurant's success or make it appear to be a "happening" place if it's not good at the basics!
Delicious food and a fantastic atmosphere. Staff were great, very attentive and professional
not worth it
The Naan is great. Service is good. We would have expected a higher quality of food. It all is presented well but it doesn’t taste special and also not to authentic. My wife is Indian herself and she was disappointed in the food. It is mediocre food. But for that it is far too expensive.
loved the food and service
I’ve been to Spice Affair now 5 times. Every time I’ve been here, they’ve somehow upped their game. No wonder every celebrity has been here. I’ve seen atleast 4 celebrities here (Stevie Wonder, Madonna, Britney Spears, and Preity Zinta.)
Super good service! Our server was on point. They’ve also added a lot of interesting things on their menu - Try the avocado Bhel and dosa taco.
I live in the Bay Area and every time I come to LA, I make it a point to stop at this place. Until next time!
One of the best Indian restaurants I have ever visited! Fabulous all round. If your in LA you must visit
Great service but average food. Rediculously overpriced.
Spice Affair is the best! Very delicious and uniquely special indian dishes! You must try the Coco-li-flower, stupendous! Jiggy and all of the wait staff here are wonderful! Please visit Spice Affair in Beverly Hills you will be very happy!
Awesome food and friendly staff. Their Food brings that home taste on our palate. Loved it and will go again
Great food, great service and conveniently located.
The food was outstanding! The service was wonderful and the ambiance was beautiful! Highly recommend this restaurant for high-quality-special-occasion-Indian-food!
Nice atmosphere, great service.
Great food and service. Will definitely be returning.
One of the best in LA
Amazing food and wonderful people
Absolutely amazing. The food was incredible, the wait was attentive, and the drinks were phenomenal. 10/10 Would recommend.
This was my second time visiting the restaurant and I love the vibe, every time I step foot in this place. The service was so good. I wish I knew the name of the Gentleman, who continuously made sure we were feeling comfortable and how the food was. I cannot wait to dine in here again soon.
Excellent food and good service.
Very bad service and the manager charge me the highest tip from my credit card without permission it’s look like stole my money and I didn’t know
The food is bland and really lacks inspiration. The restaurant Does have a nice ambience but that’s about it. Much better food options they really need to revamp their menu.
$40 per persons for buffet with no vegetarian options.....
Wir waren an einem Wochentag dort, das Lokal war noch schwach besucht. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfreich. Die Zutaten waren wirklich frisch (Salat)und das Service sehr aufmerksam
One of the best Indian Restaurant I tried. Everything was perfect: the food was delicious, the people very kind.
Very upscale Indian restaurant. We couldn't find the valet, so don't know if there is one. The food overall was very good. Some interesting dishes that I had not seen before. A bit on the pricey side, but it is a very fancy place. Good for big crowds.
Excellent service, food and ambiance. We can’t wait to go back.
Wonderful selection of authentic Indian specialties. Good cocktails, nice location in beautiful Beverly Hills .
Very expensive. Need to look into the prices plus they charge 20% service
The service was OUTSTANDING. The food was very very good but pretty expensive. But the service made it worth it. Received a free dessert for a birthday and it was AMAZING. Best free dessert I’ve ever received at a restaurant.
Lovely brunch with great tasting food and generous refill of drinks. Worth a try!
It was ok. There was limited options for vegetarians and not worth it paying so many bucks for just a normal food. I would rate it average.
It was decent and the service was great. I've just had better butter chicken and half the price. If I come back, I'll get something different.
The food was great the staff was friendly and explained all the food
