Sol is a fresh take on a classic venue, focusing on authentic Caribbean-fusion cuisine. Menu highlights include traditional favorites, such as rich seafood kallaloo, fish and fungi, and fresh caught Caribbean lobster, complemented by new favorites, including 1855 Montana Black Angus Ribeye Steaks.

              Absolutely our favorite place on the island. Food is delicious - Stephanie the bartender is amazing and Robin the manager/hostess is the best we’ve ever experienced!! Made you feel so welcomed and saw to our every need!!!!

              Hadn't been there for 2 years since it changed owners and some hurricane repairs. The view is wonderful, the menu was smaller but there was a $55 dollar 3 course menu which we selected and was excellent. The service was excellent but check your bill: an extra drink from the next table was added but then deleted when I questioned it and added protein wasn't added but was charged and then deleted when I pointed it out. An automatic 18% service charge is added-sign of the times I suppose as more establishments do this. The drink menu was very nice and the bartender was very personable. Would definitely return next year.

              Everything at this restaurant was fantastic, from the moment we were greeted by Robin. We had the artichoke hearts they were delicious. I had the grouper. The sauce on it was to die for. My husband had the ribeye and loved it. The chef’s attention to detail was on point. I would highly recommend eating here. Oh and let’s not forget about the beautiful views from this restaurant.

              We have been to St Thomas several times, but have never dined at Sol -- a true mistake on our part. What a super nice restaurant with very good food, awesome service and an amazing view of Charlotte Amalie. We both enjoyed our meals and dessert. A special thank you to Bill and Robyn, they both made our evening a tad more special. Awesome service provided by them. If you visit St. Thomas, Sol is a must. You won't be disappointed. I have to mention an Open Table review I read that was not too kind to a special staffer at the restaurant, Midnight. What a super cool cat, and extremely friendly. We enjoyed getting to know him. The other guests seated next to us did as well. But do consider booking a reservation at Sol. It will surely be a go-to place for us on our future visits to the island.

              The view is amazing. The staff seemed happy and eager to greet and help. The restaurant is down stairs and can only be reached by one of the hotels entrances, so it is a little bit of a challenge if you havent been before The Brussel sprouts in coconut curry was amazing, the grouper with sauce was awesome, and all that combined with the ambience and experience with view was amazing Food came out fast. So fast our entree came out within a couple minutes of salad and appetizer. Only thing I wished went different was the salad did let have neat as much greens as dressing and there was not much green beans and rice to go with the grouper entree
