SoHo Park - Downtown
Awesome steak sandwiches and fried pickles! There’s a lot of cool casual stuff on the menu. It’s so fun to get Aperol Spritz in the winter, but when you are sitting in this park-themed restaurant with plants and glass walls and skylights, you feel like it’s the spring even on a winter day. The folding doors all open up in the warm months, but even in the winter they are all glass and let you see the people walking by on the street on their busy corner of Soho.
I don’t think I have seen a cuter place in Manhattan than Soho Park. It’s done up like an adorable indoor/outdoor garden. Staff are friendly and casual and let you stay as long as you like. There is a full bar and actually there’s a beer garden vibe with the park benches and picnic tables and happy hour that is always running any day of the week.
I would recommend to a friend because the food was great however the service was terrible. Not only were people rude but it took a lot time to figure out who our waiter was at all.
Very charming café and burger place. The interior is full of greenery and light, so much so that you forget that it’s still February outside. Burgers were amazing actually. They rival a lot more famous places in freshness and taste. There’s an all day drink special menu too, so overall this is a nice place to start the weekend.
Soho Park is a cute and airy place, I’m glad we found it. Very convenient to take a break from shopping, super affordable and casual, while still having an amazing interior décor that is inspired by a park or garden. The entire front on two sides is made up of glass windows, so you can see the world pass by as you eat or get a drink. Food was casual but made to order and delicious.
Chill spot that is both very attractive and very casual at the same time. Maybe the most affordable place for dinner in Soho. All day every day happy hour with mojitos and draft beer, great beer garden type food, very Spring or even Summer like atmosphere. Like a greenhouse inside actually. Staff was nice and we never felt rushed, even though it was a busy night.
Amazing winter garden vibe with a beer garden theme. Beautiful lighting and plants everywhere. We sat on a park bench banquette under a tree and skylights above, enjoying our happy hour Aperol Spritz and some of the best burgers and Belgian fries which we have ever had. Super transporting and you could forget about the cold weather outside.
This is not a table service waitress restaurant as was implied. Very disappointed, we assumed since we made a reservation that it was a sit down waitress serving restaurant.
No one had access to opentable to check in my reservations nor celebrate my daughters bday. $120 for 5 burgers and not acknowledged is crappy
I loved it, the food was amazing the seating was alright but overall amazing experience would recommend to anybody looking for a nice cute place for a date that won’t destroy your pockets.
Best classic burger, blows other more famous places out of the water. Not only that, but the fried items are unique (fried pickles, Belgian fries, handmade onion rings!) and come with delicious dipping sauces. Full bar and cheap drink specials. Lots of seating, and the staff doesn’t mind moving tables and chairs around to make sure your group has exactly the seating you want.
One of the most attractive casual restaurants in NY for sure! When you walk inside it’s like you’re in a park or greenhouse, with adorable decorations, park benches, picnic tables, and trees and plants all around you. Floor to ceiling windows let you see all the action outside on this too-cool busy corner in Soho, while you are safely inside in the warmth.
This is an awesome beer garden and burger spot right in the middle of Soho, great to get a drink or casual meal while window shopping in the area. The greenhouse/park environment is outstanding, the drink prices are amazing, and the casual American menu is actually very good and affordable. Really an ideal place for a casual meal.
Very cute place! I loved the burger here, and the fried pickles basket was both unique and very tasty. The all day happy hour really tempts you to get a cocktail or beer, which we went ahead and did. Overall it was great experience. Even on this cold and rainy day it felt almost like a summer day inside, with a lot of windows and natural light and plants literally everywhere.
I love the garden vibes here. Great place to forget about the cold and gloomy weather outside, and transport yourself to a beautiful green environment. Windows all around, skylights above, plants everywhere, it really is an amazing place considering how affordable it is. And their beef burgers and also the plant-based vegan burgers are both some of the best around.
Best interior design in Soho and maybe the best prices in Soho too. All day happy hour and delicious burgers and Belgian fries! Hard to beat Soho Park if you are looking for a casual place in Manhattan. Discounted Aperol Spritz and mojitos surrounded by a winter garden ambiance is a nice touch. It’s winter outside, but not once you enter the door here!
Very unique place – feels like a combination of a beer garden, winter garden, and Shake Shack. The interior and covered patio both feel like you are outside on a warm day, surrounded by plants, flowers and trees, with skylights above, floor-to-ceiling windows, and sitting on park bench banquettes. There is a full bar with all day drink specials including mojitos and Aperol spritz (for the summer feel), and a menu that reminds you of a slightly stepped up Shake Shack, with amazing burgers and probably the best steak sandwich I have ever had. Overall very unique and I definitely recommend.
Such a chill and casual yet beautiful restaurant! I’ve been a regular customer for a little while, and appreciate not only the spring or summer feel inside (it’s like a greenhouse or winter garden), but also the delicious burgers, kielbasas, and other fun beer garden style food. The all day happy hour that they run is also a great deal.
Flexible staff that didn’t mind moving tables around for us and letting us choose where to seat our group, even though some people were arriving late. Beautiful ambiance full of flowers and greenery, great prices that are kind of amazing for the quality of the surroundings. Cute little bar too that stocks pretty much everything, and they can make everything. Love the opening to close happy hour.
Really fun vibe and good eats. If you like casual American type food but slightly elevated in terms of ingredients and taste, as well as a cheerful garden / greenhouse atmosphere in the middle of winter, this is a great place to go. Very transporting and I could forget about the rainy cold day outside. Another plus point was the brunch happy hour which was great too!
This café is a very easy going and relaxed break from the sometimes too-cool-for-you vibe that tends to be around Soho establishments. I love the all day happy hour and the delicious American burgers and sandwiches and assorted sides they have here, as well as the extremely pleasant surroundings, especially for the fast food prices this place charges.
Super cute and casual place that is really transporting away from the gloom and cold of a January day. The interior is full of lots of green, up to and including trees. It’s very bright from the skylights and glass front on all sides, which also let’s you see the world pass by outside. Really good burgers and fried items and also a full bar with all day drink specials every day of the week.
Very beautiful interior that helps you forget all about winter on this cold day, and some of the best burgers that I have ever tried. Absolutely gives Shake Shack a run for its money, but with a full bar and all day happy hour and much better ambiance. I can see why Soho Park was crowded and the neighboring places were much less busy.
Soho Park is one of my favorite casual places in the entire city. It’s super rare to get such a nice environment and made to order food at fast food prices, and right in the middle of some of the most expensive real estate in the city, and with a happy hour that runs the whole day everyday in addition. Amazing deal and I can definitely recommend if you like summery / winter garden type places and American style burgers and casual comfort food.
This restaurant is really cute inside! The food was good, but the restaurant smelled like fried food really bad. I could smell it on my clothes later. Also, you don’t need a reservation bc it’s counter service and tables are first come first serve.
My daughter loves the burgers here, so I often get takeout and sometimes we eat in, and get a seat at the really cool park bench banquettes under ficus trees and string lights. Really unique environment, great prices, and a full bar for us adults who want to drink. But very child friendly too, and it’s common so see kids and even strollers in here.
Super cute and casual winter garden that looks like a greenhouse inside, serving delicious burgers and cocktails and all kinds of American comfort food. There are all day drink specials, so you can get an Aperol Spritz on the cheap and pretend it’s still summer, what with all the plants and flowers and even trees they have inside, not to mention the glass front and skylights letting in lots of light and providing excellent people watching.
I chose not to stay, as the host who was ready to take my order would not check me in for my Open Table reservation. He apologized that he “did not know how to do it, that only his manager knew how to do that l, and he was not here right now”. I insisted that someone who was working now would know how to but he became dismissive and unhelpful. On good faith I gave the food 3 stars assuming it would hit average for the price point, in order to be able to completed the review. I won’t go back, and frankly I don’t know why this establishment is within the Open Table client list when it is a place as it turns out, that you order at a counter and go find yourself an available seat. The NO TABLE SERVICE is not even in the description of the establishment.
Soho Park has outstanding burgers and the best steak sandwich out there! We work nearby and finally decided to give this place a try for lunch. Needless to say, we were not disappointed. The beef quality is very high, as are the toppings and the preparation. Love the all day happy hour too, which we never saw at another place in Soho.
We absolutely loved the plant-based burgers here. Maybe the best we ever had. Most of their menu uses real meat, although they have a fair number of vegetarian options. The environment is wonderful, it's a winter garden right in the middle of Soho, and very reasonably priced for the location and the quality of the food and decor.
This restaurant has an amazing ambiance and food quality for the amounts they charge. It was a regular cold winter day outside, but inside we felt like we were in an outdoor park in the early summer. Ficus trees around us, green ivy everywhere, flowers, park benches, skylights above the high ceiling, a glass storefront all around you, it was really transporting. And their burgers really are among the best in the city. Easily rivaling Shake Shack in my opinion. Plus they have a full bar with cocktails and draft beer and an all day happy hour. Really great find, and I will definitely be back.
What a nice surprise Soho Park was! Even on this rainy and gloomy day, the interior of the restaurant really did feel like an park, with park benches and potted trees and plants and flowers all around. We could see the view through the floor to ceiling window walls, which made it feel even more like we were outside. Best antidote to the winter blues around!
Lovely place with great prices and an amazing ambiance, not to mention Shake Shack quality burgers, but with much better fries, a much more full menu, and a full bar with an all day everyday happy hour. Think cross between burger place and winter garden beer garden, and you have an idea of what Soho Park is. Maybe the best deal in Soho.
Horrible service, brought wrong drinks and waiter said theyre all the same and didnt offer to get correct drinks. Called ahead and asked if brunch would be served, they said yes on the phone but when we got there they said no brunch. Terrible experience, will never go back and never recommend to anyone.
The menu posted online is different from what they serve. We went with kids expecting a breakfast menu until 12 but by 11:30 they just stopped serving breakfast.
Beautiful restaurant and cafe that transports you out of the cold January outside into someplace that looks like spring or summer! Lots of plants, excellent people watching through the glass French doors all around, delicious burgers and assorted American comfort food, and maybe the least expensive restaurant in Soho. Great!
Great casual spot with an amazing all day happy hour every day of the week, a beautiful yet casual environment, and maybe the best burgers and Belgian fries that I have ever had. The fries come with interesting dipping sauces, and there was lots of other interesting stuff on the menu for us to come back and try next time. Highly recommended!
Super cute and lively burger spot set in a beer garden / winter garden ambiance. This place is located on a busy corner in Soho, but they still run all day happy hours and are probably the most affordable place to eat in the entire neighborhood. Inside it's all green, with flowers and plants and even trees, set under a high ceiling with skylights, and French doors on all sides. You definitely feel a bit of Spring or Summer eating here even in the winter. Burgers are great and the fried pickles are amazing. Full bar with a friendly bartender that will make anything you ask.
A lively casual spot for comfort food. Very tasty cheese burgers and fries. Good service, nice people. Enjoyed Christmas cheer here
Hectic lunch service with no explanation or assistance from staff about seating and ordering. Very overpriced forgettable food. Cobb salad was terrible - not enough dressing, couldn't find anything besides plain, dry chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and a sliced, mushy hard boiled egg. No blue cheese, no bacon, no avocado - nothing else and dressing barely covered a quarter of the lettuce. The fries were ok, but too soft and mushy (my daughter didn't like them at all). Cheeseburger she had looked way better than my salad.
