Lovely food with a wide and varied menu. Excellent service and a lovely atmosphere.

Staff are very friendly, the food and drinks are brilliant and the atmosphere is really nice! We'd been before and we'll be back again!

Was a comfortable environment. For my first time going. It wasn’t overwhelming or too pricy. The food was filling and worth its value. Cant wait to go again. 😁

We ate from the Korean menu and shared 2 small plates, 1 side dish, 1 main with rice and Sushi - 8 pieces. Not too much and perfect for 2 people.

Delightful food on our visit to the restaurant. There was no takoyaki which was disappointing, but we were offered a chicken alternative, which was delicious. The buns we had for starter were nice too, with the teriyaki beef. The miso lamb was a highlight of our visit with the lamb cooked to perfection and the accompanying sauce full of flavour. Will definitely be visiting again and ordering the lamb.

We had an excellent meal here on Saturday night. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The food was fantastic. You can choose between the Japanese or South Korean menu, or go for sushi, or mix and match!
We’d highly recommend and look forward to returning.
We felt safe with the current restrictions and how seriously these were taken by the staff and other diners.

Amazing food and already want to go back!
Our table was ready straight away even though we were early and led straight there. The staff were very attentive and polite. No long waits for food and drinks either.
When the food came, everything was so delicious!! We were even grateful that we could bring some home in a takeaway box.
Would really recommend to anyone!

I would have liked it more if I ordered something else, next time I will. Other than that would be nice if dishes were served at the same time instead of one persons food first and waiting a couple of minutes for the other person’s food.

We really enjoyed the food here. The noodle soup and the lamb chops were delicious and the portions were very generous. The service was also very good. We will definitely be back.

Came here before going to a gig on Saturday and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We had starters and mains which where all delicious epescially the squid balls will be going back for those! staff where very friendly aswell.

Ordered “Army Stew”. Paid £30 For processed ingredients-ham, sausage, preserved vegetable, instant noodles and broth.Huh? Terrible...

First time at Soho after stumbling upon it whilst walking through Newcastle and WOW! Amazing food, amazing service. Everyone was so friendly despite it being eat out to help out and them being very busy (they apologised for the wait for our food every time they brought out a dish but we didn’t even wait at all!). Highly recommend and can’t wait to return! Also very Covid safe and really appreciated been provided sanitiser at the table with our bill.

The ambience was good in the restaurant and it seemed quite clean. The food was hot and tasty however service was very slow and we had to wait quite a long time for the food to arrive after ordering.
