Great place staff are wonderful

Great food cool vibe.

Only issue was that our table was super sticky and we ended up cleaning ourselves with wipes that we had in our bag.

Great cosy spot for some really nice food.

Staff were just amazing, only thing that let it down was people coming up to us while we ate because it was outside and my food was a little cold, but over all great night and just lovely staff, 5 stars for the staff!

Service and ambience was good however the ribs were a disappointment...

Overall excellent service and food. Thanks to the staff for making my sons 15th birthday a treat.

Food was good but felt staff could have been more attentive. Didn’t check in with us til we were ready to leave. We would have ordered more if they had have came - was very quiet when we came in. Music was great

Lacks substantial drinks menu (ie. no spirits / cocktails) but overall a great spot. Everyone from our party left happy.

Food and service was great. Not much of an atmosphere as the decor stands for itself. Would return for the food and friendly staff.

The food was almost lukewarm but edible I’d give it a second try maybe on a less busy evening. Great music selection and very friendly servers.

Went on Christmas Day. Fun atmosphere and seemed the whole family was working and made for a nice experience. The food was good. Thanks fir opening up and providing us a great Christmas meal.

One of the few places open on Christmas, it was a great lunch! The BBQ was top notch and everyone working was so kind and attentive.

I booked to eat here just over an hour before our table, but took the staff by surprise when I arrived. Although they did not know about my booking, I was seated ahead of other customers who arrived at the same time who had not booked - a bonus considering how bust town was that day! Incredibly busy day which greatly affected both the food and the service. I ordered the pork ribs, which I expected to be "fall off the bone" good, but instead were dry and tough. I had been to Smokin' Bones before they moved premises, and didn't enjoy their fries then - they were no better this time around, soggy and flavourless. The sauce on the ribs was overly sweet and tasted nothing like a barbeque sauce. My partner has the southern fried chicken burger which he described as the worst chicken burger he's ever had. He also agreed the fries were not good. He ordered mac 'n cheese as one of his sides, which tasted like it had come straight out of a packet! We ordered drinks with food but had to ask for them once again as they didn't arrive by the time our food came. The chefs obviously aren't given much free reign which is reflected in the food. The staff did their best but the restaurant isn't set up well for busy services, which reflects in the overall experience. I won't be coming here again.

Hamburgers were very good. Barbecue was well made and seasoned correctly.

Had the Skyscraper burger which incredible. Great place if you want a massive dirty burger. Nice beers, good service and a nice selection of food. Came here on national burger day so got two for one which was a great deal.
