Sixty Vines - Uptown Dallas
Celebrating team project completed
It was nice to be able to taste the wine before ordering because it took a couple of tastes and a consultation with the sommelier to find a wine I liked. You can order a 5 oz pour which saves money and allows me to order a second glass without going over my blood alcohol limit. The pork rib was outstanding
Nice place .. nice service
Great service 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Food, wine list and service all disappointing...pasta and salads nothing to reiterate home about...fried zucchini appetizer was pretty good.
Best pizza I have ever had!! Great atmosphere!
Great food, ambience and wine!
The venue is beautiful. Fun. Love the wines on tap. Service was slow, but warm and friendly. It was Father’s Day brunch. Really disappointing food. The avocado eggs Benedict was poor. Untoasted, overly soft bread (not ciabatta, I’m quite sure). A sort-of guacamole smeared on to the bread and then a semi-uncooked poached egg perched on top. The accompaniment was little pieces of melon in a dish. Not appetizing in the least!
Fathers' day brunch. Good food and services as we have come to enjoy. Thanks
I absolutely love this restaurant. I have told all my friends to try it and I look for any reason to go.
Service was terrible, food was cold and my egg sandwich was served with no eggs. Food came before drinks got to the table. It took forever for the drink order to be even taken and then even longer for us to get them. No refills were offered. The waiter said we have over 500 reservations so it was like it is what it is and we should be honored to be eating there or something. Just plan bad and bad training! The hostess was also not friendly and was not a good first impression. Overall a fail!!
Great place with great value
The brunch menu was varied, and the choices we made were delicious. The Avocado Benedict was fabulous!
Went there for Father’s Day brunch and the service was terrible. Had to ask for water, waiters (we had 2) never checked on us or offered us another drink. Lastly, they gave the check to my husband on Father’s Day which I thought was quite insulting. I was treating, they assumed he was paying.
Service was very slow, our meal took 2.5 hours. My friend needed the gluten free pita bread and it took asking 3 people and 20 minutes.
Food was very fresh and our food server was very informative and attentive
I cannot rave enough about the wine. My guest and I each had a flight (3each) tried the 60 vines own signature brand and all were excellent! We had a pasta dish and a flatbread pizza and I can't even say which I enjoyed more. I will definitely be returning!
Overall, solid experience I can always count on. Meatballs are fantastic. Brussels were a little too spicy for my taste.
Great food and service! Mussels were amazing. Waitor was very helpful with wine selection.
Service was really slow and the food was cold and overall just underwhelming. The location in Plano is way more consistent.
Love this place! Haven't had anything on the menu that I didn't love!
Harry, the GM, deserves major praise for helping my dad and I celebrate Father's day early. He made sure to stop by the table to greet us and share his favorite dishes, had an Ipad set up on the table that read Happy Fathers Day on the screen upon arrival, and wrote Happy Father's day on one of the dessert plates in chocolate. The food was as fantastic as the service - we loved the fried zucchini, meatballs, salmon, and burger. Can't wait to go back and try more things - I've heard the fig pizza is die for. Do not skip the lemon dessert - it was life changing!!! Thanks Harry for making Father's day dinner incredibly memorable.
Great for a group!
Fantastic food and service! George was our waiter. Very professional and conscientious.
Great place for wine tasting.
Good spot, for a relaxed meal.
Great time for a girls dinner!
Our server had a big group at another table but forgot a few dishes and our wine. Overall ok but could have been better
I have been to sixty vines once before and absolutely loved it, but when I went last week the food was subpar and so were the staff. My friend and I ordered a bottle of wine and two pizzas. The pizza arrived at the table luke warm and the VSP pizza was completely charred to the point of it being difficult to eat. Considering I ended up spending 44 dollars on a one person meal, I had much higher expectations and left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied.
Usually really like this place, but this time was not great. Ordered a meat and cheese board, and the bread that came with it was rock hard and super chewy. I ordered the pasta with shrimp and it tasted super fishy. My boyfriend ordered the swordfish special and was so salty it was almost inedible. Really bad value for the price of the meal. Disappointed.
The restaurant is usually very noisy so I asked for a quiet table in the alcove area. This was for a birthday lunch so I wanted to make sure everyone could hear what was being said. Otherwise, I would have rated it high on the noise level. The service was great, the food was great, and we will definitely return for regular dining and special event dining.
Every dish is a work of art and the environment is so peaceful and beautiful.
Excellent food in an amazing setting with an extensive wine and beer tap wall. This was my first visit to the restaurant, nestled in an upscale setting while having a cool and casual vibe. The staff was amazing. The lunch menu will be my next visit...maybe tomorrow. 5 star, must frequent!
This was quite the fun experience from the environment to the server the whole night was an A+. Great place for a first date or hanging out with the girlfriends, 10/10 will recommend to others and be back again!
Elvis did a great job of anticipating our needs. I’ve had my birthday here months ago and that was ok too. I will say this is a great space to meet and visit with friends but in regards to special events. In my insignificant opinion, I think there is something to be desired. Solid 4 out 5 though!
Love this place! So many great wine options, delicious food and friendly staff! Food is a little pricey but it’s delicious.
Great wine selection and service. They had changed their wine specials and wouldn’t honor Wino Wednesday’s even though it was still advertised at their entry. Good food, great wine, great dessert, a touch over-priced. Would recommend.
Great atmosphere with large and solid wine selection. The cheese plate appetizer was great and every meal at our table was top notch, I had the Wagu beef and it was spectacular!
Sixty Vines is an interesting restaurant in Dallas. The emphasis is on the wine and the food is a backup to that wine selection. Lots of wine from California, but a few from Texas and some European is thrown in. The dining room is quite large and can get very noisy if full since all the materials are hard and reflective. The service we had that night was awful. I think she was new and did not know anything about the wines. Management needs to do more training on their waiters if you are going to focus on the wines. The food was ok. Nothing to rave about here. We had pasta and a salad and both were ok. The waiter did not offer any ground pepper for the salad and no Parmesan cheese for the pasta. I had to ask the busser if he could acquire some for us. There are so many other good restaurants in the area I will probably not return here again.
I choose this place because it was looking great at Yelp, good reviews, good looking food and drinks, it was perfect we loved it!!! Definitely coming back soon :)
