Sikulo Italian Cafe & Restaurant
Our favourite place in Northfields - great food and lovely staff.
Great food snd service. So Classic Italian. Wonderful.
Excellent & Authentic Italian food. Definitely recommend and will surely go back.
Friendly and helpful staff, a varied menu with authentic dishes, really tasty.
Well priced food. Cannoli to die for!
We had a lovely anniversary dinner there midweek. The service was great and staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was delicious and the limoncello to follow the meal was excellent! Can’t wait to return!
Great Mother’s Day meal. Pizzas are some of the best around.
Wonderful food all around !!!
My fussy children licked their plates empty!
Staff are very attentive and in particular a joy with children.
Critical husband is a fan.
Need to save up for the next treat.
Great food, as usual, friendly custom, pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend!!!
Lovely food, great staff. Will definitely be returning soon.
Delicious food and very friendly service. We are lucky to have this place as a local restaurant.
The food was really delicious, and the service was friendly. It is very loud in there between 7-8:30 but then gets quieter as families with young children tend to have left by then. One thing though - the service was a little bit slow when we’d finished our mains. No one collected the plates for about 15 mins and we didn’t get offered a dessert menu/ couldn’t get their attention for about half an hour and by that point we didn’t fancy pudding anymore!! Shame, because the desserts did look lovely. We’d deffo go there again for the food, and would just time it a bit later to avoid the kids as it does get very very loud!
Lovely atmosphere. Great family restaurant. Recommended.
Excellent Sicilian pizzas with freshly made dough and tasty toppings such as spicy salami, sicilia sausage and various cheeses. Family run so service is informal and relaxed. Gets busy at night so booking recommended
Great lunch experience. The food as usual was very tasty. Quite authentic Italian taste. Great service.
Friendly staff, excellent freshly prepared Italian food with good selection of specials. Good value. This was our second visit and we will come again.
Catch up with a friend.
Lovely Pasta, Awesome Pizza and rich desserts x to me, the ideal way to spend an evening chatting in the warmth with sound levels allowing conversation to be audible.... fab!
My girlfriend and I had been looking forward to visiting Sikulo for a while, and in the week leading up to valentines night we had our eyes set on a certain few dishes on the menu. Unfortunately, when we turned up they had put on a set menu for valentines, which didn't contain any of the dishes that we wanted. We eventually ordered the 'purple heart shaped pizza', which wasn't purple, nor was it heart shaped; the latter i can deal with but the pizza was not as described. We also had the squid ink tagliatelle with a cherry tomato sauce and lobster. The pasta had no sauce at all, just a few bits of tomato dotted around. After eating our food, i looked on social media to see what people had been saying about this restaurant and i found some photos of people's food. The pizzas earlier in the evening were in fact purple and the squid ink tagliatelle did have lots of cherry tomato sauce on it. It was very disappointing that the restaurant had run out of some ingredients from the set menu but continued to send out the same plates, but missing some ingredients.
The service overall wasn't excellent and i would have complained and demanded money off at the end of the meal but i didn't want to ruin the evening for my girlfriend.
I do hope this can be resolved though.
I would not recommend, very expensive place.£18 starter very small and poor quality.
Pizza ok,deserts yuck
We’re so lucky to have Sikulo on our doorstep. The food is delicious- fresh flavours and the best pizzas ever - certainly best in Ealing. Service friendly and efficient- lovely evening.
Perfect: good food served without pretension in a warm and efficient environment.
Sikulo is definitely one of the best Sicilian restaurants I’ve visited - the food is all handmade and authentic, staff are absolutely lovely and the restaurant is vibrant, perfect for a social meeting with friends or a romantic meal. Would highly recommend to everyone!
Food was fine but pretty standard fare tbh. A little cramped as it’s a small place and although they attempted to cover the door with a curtain, it was quite draughty. Limited wine list of lower end wines so a little disappointing they don’t allow BYO for a corkage charge (£10 would seen fair for this sort of place). Overall fine and we probably would return
The best pizza in London! Cozy little restaurant and great menu!!! Lovely service! Definitely recommend it!
Very cramped seating. Service not brilliant. We ordered pan fried sae bass and it was definitely NOTpanfried . More like steamed!
Seating was so cramped thT the waitress spilled water on one of my guests.
Lovely meal in great surroundings with excellent service
Another fabulous meal at our favourite local restaurant. Thank you!
I have been there a lot, it is a proper classic Italian restaurant and the family who own it are Italian. You can really get the taste of Italy and that is wonderful and the way the restaurant is decorated, it really makes u feel as if u are in Italy. As always food outstanding , a classic italian style and the service is outstanding., the food comes really fast. The ambience and community in there, is wonderful.Definitely recommend going there, for anyone looking for outstanding food and just a great restaurant to eat at.Definitely worth the money.
Our last minute booking on a busy Fridsy night was handled perfectly. The meal and wine was excellant.
Average pasta dishes, but the Pizzas look good. Friendly staff but service very slow. Tad pricey. Wasn't blown away with my dish, atmosphere was good, restaurant was full, perhaps we didn't order the best dishes.
Overall great experience, very friendly ambience.
Wonderful authentic Sicilian food. Great wood-fired pizzas, delicious pasta, great friendly service. Lovely local restaurant.
Fantastic Italian food with varied menu and different to usual pizza flavours. Huge portions and great value. Restaurant was packed so noisy and our table was 30 minutes late, but must be a sign of good food!
This is a great restaurant to have in the neighbourhood, and they've recently added pizzas to their menu, which has made it even more popular with the local residents. Service is good, even when they are very busy and there is a wide range of dishes to choose from - I've tried lots of different things and all have ben excellent. One of the best cups of coffee in Northfields too. Personally, I'd like more Sicilian wine choices under £25, and the noise levels can be very high, due to the lack of soft furnishing to absorb the noise, but overall I love this place and I am so glad I live near it
Always delicious food at Sikulo and good to see a local restaurant full on a Saturday night. Long may they continue to grow and prosper.
I visited with my friend who grew up in Florence, as she loves ‘Torta Della Nonna’ but she hadn’t found anywhere that serves it in London. We had Beautiful Pizza , delicious pasta and she enjoyed this recipe of Torta Della Nonna, - it’s not the same as she is used to, but also delicious (this one has Lemon, her local traditional one back home doesn’t).
Thank you Alessia, Salvo and the whole Sikulo team!
Very child friendly. Absolutely loved it. The staff were so friendly and nice. The food also is very tasty and fresh... Definitely recommend and will surely go back. Thanks
We went out to Sikulo for a meal as a family. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all. The pasta is made on the premises and is very fresh. The restaurant was very busy and our table was not ready, they accomodated us well although a little squashed initially.
Authentic and tasty Sicilian food, very friendly staff. I will definitely go again!
This was our second visit in just 1 week! Its our new favourite local restaurant!
We love this restaurant. The food is wonderful - all freshly prepared (the owner's mum makes all the pasta from scratch). The staff are friendly and efficient. It's great to have such a great local place. They've just had a pizza oven installed and it's busier than ever in the restaurant now so you may need to book! Keep up the good word Sikulo
