The pinnacle of Emporium Hotel South Bank's culinary collection is home to a modern Australian restaurant with familiar and elegant cuisine and showcasing the highest quality Australian produce.

Signature will be lead by husband and wife duo Executive Chef, Chris Norman and Executive Sous Chef Alex Norman, presenting a menu that will be flexible and readily adaptable, highlighting locally sourced food heroes such as Abrolhos Island Scallops, Eugowra Quail, Murray River Cod and Flinders Island Lamb. Menu can cater to all dietary requirements and include specific Vegan & Vegetarian menus.

The Emporium Cellar which superbly frames the restaurant, boasts over 6000 bottles of the finest international and local wines with a collection of 200 magnums. A La Carte and Tasting Menu available.
