Born from a Melbourne sunset, our pop-up restaurant, Shelanous, evolved into a multi-sensory journey, blending Melbourne’s seasons into each dish. As we transitioned to “Shelanous”, we retained the essence of sharing, embodied in “nous,” meaning “our” or “us” in Hebrew and French.

    Roni you & your team have given new meaning to the term fine dining. Our night was filled with so much fun love laughter and amazing food. The show could not have come together without your d dream as a young boy and passion for what you love to do and your team made it all the better. These nights don’t happen without a team that love and support you. I promise you I will tell everyone in the west (Australia) if they are ever going to Melbourne to book early for a memory they won’t forget.
