Since 2000, Seito Sushi, has been serving up its stylish menu to Orlando. Created by the acclaimed Good Salt Restaurant Group and James Beard Finalists, Jason & Sue Chin. The bold flavors, paired with modern Japanese dishes, have earned Chef Partner Huy Tin widespread acclaim in Orlando, including honors as Best Japanese (2020), Best Sushi (2020), and Best Chef (2022, 2024) in Orlando Magazine's Dining Awards. We are also recognized by the James Beard Foundation.

Seito is open for dinner Tuesday thru Thursday from 5-10pm, Friday and Saturday from 5-11pm and Sunday from 5-9pm. Seito also offers lunch on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 12-3 pm.

My wife and I went to Seito Sushi to celebrate our 26th anniversary which was noted on the reservation and all the service people we encountered were keen to congratulate us and we received menus that noted an anniversary as this seems to be a common reason for dining there (the booth behind us was also celebrating their anniversary). So we were pleased when after the server returned with our happy hour cocktails, she said “The first round is on me.” We had an amazing meal (the bi bim bap is next level great). We ordered desert and when it returned, it included a scoop of ice cream with a Happy Anniversary sign attached. Lovely gesture. The only thing is that we were charged for the two drinks and the ice cream. I didn’t say anything, but it amounted to $23 more than I was expecting. She got a better tip for doing so, but diners should be warned that celebrating special events might mean you’re being targeted for a higher bill and empty gestures.

This place blew us away. From the moment we walked into Seito in Baldwin Park, the vibe was just spot on. Every single thing we ordered was delicious. The food was so fresh and full of flavor, and you can tell they really care about what they put on the table. On top of that, the cocktails were amazing— super creative and made just right. The service was fast and super friendly, too. We had such a great time and are already looking forward to going back. If you are thinking about going, definitely do it!

Visited for Magical Dining and was a great value. Regular cost of just the entrées themselves that we selected were close to the $40 special. Trinity, Chirashi and sirloin entrées were all enjoyable. Soup and salad and Pork dumplings were also good, however, the beef dumplings were too spicy for our taste. They offered 2 raw and 2 cooked entrées in the Magical Dining program so something for everyone.
