Small servings of not very warm food. Noticed later that shark fin soup and foi gras on the menu - very unethical. Will never go back

The food was lovely, very flavoursome. The service by Kevin the waiter was fabulous, a lovely young man, however our main meals from the kitchen had been forgotten, we waited 45minutes for them to arrive only after having to say something to the kitchen who didn’t make us feel comfortable about questioning the time taken 😕

The food was tasty, but the portion sizes felt a bit small for the price. Unfortunately, one of our dishes was missed, and we ended up waiting over an hour for it to arrive. It would be great to see improvements in both customer service and order efficiency to enhance the overall dining experience.

The food was yum and nice variety. (No chicken pies or pork/ red bean buns, which we get at a lot of other places.) They accommodated our large group. It was hard to hear what staff said, and some were not good at clarifying. Table orders were patchy in how long they took to arrive. Our biggest disappointment was the egg tarts came out early when we were still eating mains. They only came once. When we asked about them later, we were told they were all gone. As we were leaving staff had set up to eat - complete with a tub of egg tarts for their meal. Weekend surcharge. Price was not cheap given no alcohol. ($62 per head). I haven't been to yum cha in a while so can't compare. PS the buns looking like pigs were custard not pork - when we didn't hear that someone learned the hard way soy sauce wasn't a good combination LOL!

After our last visit reluctantly returned, same service experience as lunar new year. Rushed out and ended up dining elsewhere to finish our meal. We have ate here for many years and is some of the best Chinese food in Melb, just isn’t worth not being able to relax and enjoy the food
