Walked in expecting a typical steakhouse experience, but I was wrong! Start with the manhattan/old fashioned card that allows you to select how you would like you drink made-what liquor, what bitters, can be infused with smoke if you desire, $25 or $50 depending on the liquor you choose. Onion soup is fabulous! Full rich broth with deeply caramelized onion, topped with gruyere cheese. Chateaubriand perfectly cooked and a large, prime cut, served with veggies on a latter. Scotch Prime, unlike other steakhouses, sears their steaks over mesquite first, so you get that subtle smoky aroma and taste with each bite. Only the lobster bisque fell a little short. Service was outstanding. We will definitely return to try the cooked seafood tower, lobster, shrimp, octopus, etc sautéed in garlic butter.
Excellent vegan menu options including Cauliflower Steak. Great service.
While the oysters were small, they were a good start. Steaks were well aged and perfectly cooked with an amazing char. Pricing wears within expectations and service was great. Our wait staff was very knowledgeable and did a great job in being attentive. Very nice atmosphere and selection.
Steaks were great, Mac and cheese not so much. Our server was awesome, she was friendly and attentive, always smiling. Second time we've been here and had her both times, will be back again for sure
It was awful, going here ruined my valentines weekend.
Bad service, bad seating in the bar even though I reserved.
No on should ever eat here unless you don’t want to eat.
I hate this place forever due to the bad service and wait.
Service was not good. The lady at front desk was not friendly and with bad attitude.
The food was not match the price for sure. tastes like under average standard.
As hard as I tried, nothing to complain about. Will definitely be back.
BEST restaurant in Vegas! Food is incredible, ambiance is amazing, and staff is next level!! Shout out to Helen & Crystal for making our Valentine’s Day dinner so memorable!
Our food took a very long time which was acknowledged by the waiter and manager. My steak did not taste medium and it was a bit tougher than I would have expected for a fine restaurant. My friend did not care for the bacon as it was over cooked and he was disappointed with the size of his filet. The music was too loud and the selection was odd for this type of venue. The waiter was responsive and tried to make up for the late food. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience especially on Valentine’s Day. I’d say maybe I’d recommend or return to your restaurant when I can go to other places where I’ve had an excellent experience.
Inform guests that order the Tomahawk rib eye that the weight includes the bone. Somewhat disappointed for the price.
not good, see what I wrote on yelp. I don’t have time to re-write my review.
Very delicious, but very expensive.
Everything was really well done. The food was excellent as was the service.
Service was outstanding, the sommelier was very knowledgeable and helped set the mood for our experience. Restaurant was loud, extremely busy and fun start to a Friday night on the town.
We had an amazing meal! Everything we ate was outstanding. The desserts were AMAZING!
Great food however the server literally threw the check on the table before even asking if we wanted dessert or coffee. Kind of ruined what would of been a very nice evening.
We are loyal diners. Just an off night. The manager / beverage manger stepped up and made things right with us. We will return next month while in town. Thanks to them for acknowledging a tough night.
Our server Billy was outstanding! He and his team made it a memorable night for me and my guests.
An off night for service - slow and not attentive and the bill was wrong. Also had to send steaks back for improper temperature and under seasoning
We had a great time at Scotch 80 Prime. The service was great, the food was fantastic, and we enjoyed the experience very much!
Great food and excellent service. Highly recommend. Superb wait staff.
I have held a private dinner for 30-40 at Scotch 80 and it was wonderful. I have had romantic dinners with my husband and it was wonderful. I went to dinner with 8 others this last time and it was even better. Tableside Old Fashions are my favorite and that banana split dessert was great. Seafood Tower - amazing, Tempura Shrimp App - the bomb, steak - great, the rest of our food was also delicious. Now if I was allowed to take a photo pointing to the Scotch80 sign on the ladder, I'd be even happier...but I'll live. Thank you again to the entire Scotch 80 team.
It is very loud but we made the best of it. My family and I were visiting Vegas, we don’t see each other often, only a few times per year.
Expensive and worth it. Annual convention blow customer minds go to. Never disappoints. Excellent scenery.
Lovely restaurant featuring art works of flowers as you walk down the corridor to the hostess area. Service began a tad bit slow as we waited for menus and water.
We ordered the Carpaccio, salads and Chateaubriand for 2.
The salads are large and can be split between 2 people. The Chateaubriand comes with potatoes and a nice mix of fresh veggies. We had ordered green beans and gnocchi which was not needed. Server should have advised us of the accompanying vegetables.
The Chateaubriand was wonderful. I feel it would serve 3 or 4 people if you have salad. The gnocchi was fabulous.
For desert we ordered the Fire & Ice Banana Split that is prepared table side with liquid nitrogen for the experience.
Overall we highly recommend and will be returning.
The best restaurant in the Palms.
Amazing atmosphere, fabulous food, entire staff was awesome!
First time here. Service was good, but not that good. Considering the high cost for dinner for 4 of us, I would have expected service and presentation to be exemplary, but it really wasn't. When you have to ask for tableware and missing plates at the start and empty glasses await service or refills, then I cannot give full marks. Plenty of staff around, in the very dark atmosphere but little urgency. Sadly, I think there are better options at this high a cost for an Off Strip location
Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious especially the chick and lamb chops. Jessica was an amazing server. We loved the restaurant and will be back
Great bread, good food, good service, kinda loud, but worst of all, it is hot in the restaurant. I asked to make it cooler several times, and they did what the could, but the temperature is controlled by the Casino.
going down hill from when you opened... quality now the same...
Muy rico lugar
Si lo recomiendo
Everything was great from service to the food. Definitely a birthday I’ll never forget!
Staff was very attentive and kind. The food was delicious. We visited on New Year’s Eve. Enjoyed the prime burger and fries. Absolutely delicious. The Delmonico steak was really good. Loved broccoli and Brussels sprout side dishes. The ravioli starter was great too. Lovely presentation as well.
It was New Years Eve, so I expected this place would be busy. But it took 30 mins to seat a party of 4 with reservations and over 30 mins for our server to take orders. We had to leave because we had events at 10:50 and we only had drinks and the appetizers because it took so long. The drinks and food was good, staff was good too, but seems way understaffed.
Steak was wrong temperature. Dining experience was nice. Server forgot to ring in my husbands beer. However he was very polite and kind.
Excellent food and service even for a very busy night.
Really an awesome experience for our first time there. We got mixed up with another reservation at the front desk and didn't realize it until we were already seated so we just went with it. It apparently was our anniversary according to the reservation we inherited! So we had fun with that too. Next time will ask for a booth since the tables are pretty wide and leaves us sitting kind of far apart.
Service was outstanding, some of the best I've experienced in Las Vegas. The barrel-aged Negroni was fantastic. We enjoyed the J Salad (the vinaigrette was incredible) and chopped Wedge (the pickled tomatoes were amazing), ribeye ravioli, potato gnocchi, and bison filet, which was unbelivably tender and perfectly cooked to medium-rare. The dining room is understated and elegant, and the wine list is well curated.
