Salty's on Alki Beach
Our server was so incredible & nice. It was moms 60th birthday and he helped us make it special for her. We love Saltys and will go back for years to come
Birthday - request was saltys - so I obliged!
Beautiful views and amazing food. Too many screaming kids though
We had cousins visiting from the east coast who had just gotten off an Alaskan cruise who had never been to Seattle before. We only had a few hours with them and we wanted to be sure to top off their experience with brunch at Salty’s. The earliest reservation we could make on open table was 12:30, but that would not work with their flight out. I made a phone call to see if we could get an earlier reservation and Audrey was able to make it happen. To top it off, we were able to get a table with a great view for them. They really enjoyed their experience. And, the food was AWESOME! The woman at the waffle table was SO friendly. Thank you for such a great experience.
Great food fantastic service, even have a shuttle take us back to the hotel with no problems
The view of the city and the water was fantastic. Wonderful meal and food to go with the outdoor dining we had.
I always love going to Salty's. The food is delicious, the wait staff are always courteous and outgoing, and of course, the view---what can I say!
I regret the Chef's special only because I felt the extra seasoning was too strong for copper river salmon. I would recommend, particularly with such an expensive and limited Salmon, having it cooked with a very minimalist approach so the full flavor of the fish can be appreciated.
The level of service was professional and very good; however, it was slow. So I wonder if they were understaffed for the night but it was surprisingly slow.
The food and the view are fantastic. I had the lavender steelhead and it was truly an amazing dish. Salty's also has a world class view! Our waiter was spread a bit thin, but other than that, our experience was great!
Salty's was highly recommended to my daughter and I. Coming from Florida's West Coast Gulf of Mexico, we are accustomed to excellent seafood. The views from Salty's was outstanding and a beautiful day in Seattle. We had some excellent oysters and a delicious Baby Romaine Ceasar Salad. My daughter ordered the Halibut Dinner and I ordered the Copper River Salmon Dinner. Unfortunately, the Halibut had to be sent back because it was cold. My Copper Salmon was dry and overcooked - very disappointed. Probably would not return or recommend.
I really love the food and the atmosphere.
This is totally my new favorite seafood restaurant.
We were able to sit near window. Beautiful view. Food was fantastic.
Salty's is the restaurant we choose to visit when we have a special occasion like a birthday or Anniversary. The servers are friendly and very efficient. The view is spectacular, and the food is excellent.
It was a lovely place and people very friendly. Was just a little expensive but very glad to have the experience.
I absolutely love this place. No visit to Seattle is complete without a stop by Salty’s!
We have been here a few times both for brunch and for dinner. The food is always quite good. The seafood in brunch is extremely fresh and delicious. There are variety of other food to choose from as well. However this time the server seemed to ignore us. He was very slow in changing our plates. We even had to call him to refill water and to bring us the check. This was a bit unexpected considering the restaurant is more of a upper scale one.
It was a great atmosphere. Gets a little busy on Saturdays. It really enjoyed the food and our server John was amazing! John was very informative and took time out, even when very busy, to chit chat with our silly questions.
Definitely will be back.
Great food, great service!
I’m humbled by the kindness of the general manager & staff at Salty’s on Alki this morning. My 12 year old son was recently diagnosed with leukemia and is not allowed to eat from buffets, being immune suppressed from chemo. I did not realize that on the weekends for brunch they only serve a buffet at Salty’s. After I tearfully explained my mistake to our sweet waiter, he got the general manager, Chris. Chris & the rest of the staff could not have been more amazing, treating my son like a KING - making whatever he wanted, moving us closer to the window (because, ferry boats:) and taking such good care of us. #cancersucks but there are beautiful people out in the world, helping to make these dark days a little bit brighter ❤️ I am a Salty’s fan for life. (Oh & if excellent service isn’t enough to make you want to try Salty’s, the food is absolutely delicious!!)
Our server was friendly, pleasant & helpful!
Excellent service, beautiful view & delicious food.
For special events or occasions, this place is great. I have been twice, and both times my only complaint would be that the risotto just isn’t that good. It’s mushy and crunchy at the same time. I’d swap for the potatoes. The mussels, clams, shrimp, scallops and lobster are fantastic. Chase is a great waiter too!
A little pricey, but the food was great. The waitstaff was very good and the view was the best.
You’re paying a premium for the view, period. The actual restaurant itself is dated and dumpy. The Sushi was probably the tastiest I’ve ever had. My nearly $50 Steelhead Salmon was over cooked and frankly didn’t taste fresh. Our hostess and server were wonderful.
Fantastic dinner on the lower patio. Food was excellent and the service was great.
Our service Chrissy was so friendly and funny. We really enjoyed my birthday brunch
We went for my wife’s birthday. Our server Joseph was awesome!
a lot of people said Salty's brunch is so good, so I had to try it. They were right it was very good.
Saltys brunch was worth the splurge for us (we are normally cheap diners). The views are amazing. Our server was a delight who helped add to the experience. And the food- fantastic! Only problem is that too much looks good, and you can't try it all while saving plenty of room for the mountains of fresh seafood.
We hit everything right and arrived one hour early. Even though there was ample seating, they would not seat us early. We had requested a window table. They did not honor the request. It was an anniversary treat. No matter. Service was just okay. The oysters were great. Salmon was cooked perfectly. Wine choices were just okay. Expected a larger list. Was generally pricey.
Out of town visitor. Loved it!
Salty's has always been good, but this time was terrific: great service, food (halibut crab cake/seafood chowder/Caesar salad appetizers). Lovely dessert (creme brulee).
Keen was the best! We really enjoyed our time here and the food was amazing. Would highly recommend.
Went to Saltys years ago a d loved it. But it has become ridiculously overpriced and does not match the quality of similar high end restaurants. Location is awesome but value is really poor. Wont be back for the price.
Consistently great food and service every time we come
Food was fantastic, minus the calamari. Beautiful day and great service.
Great Fourth of July BBQ. We had a wonderful time. Thanks!
A special treat! Such a lovely view of downtown Seattle without having to be in the hub bub
Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was incredible! The views topped it off though !
