    A curated experience where the entire table places its trust in the chef’s hands. Each course features a selection of dishes from our current menu and sometimes off-menu creations, designed to showcase seasonal ingredients and the kitchen’s inspiration. This four-course Chef's Choice Tasting menu is served family-style for the table to share, an experience that is perfect for those who love to try something new. Cost: $75 per person Add Wine Pairing: $48 per person - Prices listed do not include tax or gratuity- Payment is collected at the time of dinner Our philosophy is about celebrating prairie ingredients through French culinary technique. Please note that we are able to accommodate vegetarian diets with our Chef's Choice Family-Style Tasting Menu - with advance notice, we can make adjustments for gluten-free, along with dairy, nut, fin fish, and shellfish allergies. We are unable to accommodate the following allergies: allium, capsicum, and nightshade. To preserve the integrity of the experience, all guests at the table must participate in the Chef's Choice Family Style Tasting Menu - including any adjustments for allergies or dietary restrictions.     We had not been in a long time. We were so pleased with everything, right from the moment we walked in the door. Pleasant friendly staff. zour server was knowledgable about their wine list. The food was excellent. we are so glad we made the effort to return there for dinner. We highly reccommend it.

    My wife and I were disappointed in St. tropez this time round. My wife’s pickerel was overcooked and my bison short rib was chewy. Service was slow and impersonal, we ordered the $8 bread and it wasn’t brought out until we reminded them. The meals are pricey and the wine by the glass in particular is pricey at $15 for 6 . We won’t be back.

    All of the food we ordered was amazing, we had bread and croquettes for appetizers, duck and tortierre for dinner and then lemon posset and flourless chocolate cake for dessert. Everything was amazing.

    The adult restaurant in Saskatoon. Great all around… excellent cellar, very tasty duck, local (as in on the roof) produce, and a Jason made chocozuc cake for a closer to a fabulous friends evening.

    We had the 4 course tasting menu for 2 with the wine pairing. 2 apps, 1 salad, 2 entrees and 2 desserts all family style with a glass of wine at each course. The apps and salad were good, duck was very good, my favorite part of the meal, the bison short rib was too fatty and tough for me, and the desserts were tasty, especially together. Overall a good experience but a bit expensive.
