I had the big dish and the bugs didn’t add up to 4 tiny prawn. Very disappointed with the quality

We go to Sage at least once whenever we’re staying at Broadbeach. The service is so friendly & helpful, the food is great and they usually have a good deal on breakfast (with great coffee!) and early evening dining.
Thanks Sage staff, you do great!

Great tasty food and friendly and efficient staff. My family and I had breakfast here twice and a dinner whilst on holiday. Consistently good all around. Would definitely revisit when next in Broadbeach.

We booked in on New Years eve and the place was very busy but service was great and the food was really good. We would come back again happily.

Old pot plants, looked dirty and run down.
Barramundi was greasy and batter inedible.
Salad was old and lifeless.
Definetly will not recommend,

Went with family - group of 11.
Most meals pretty good. I did a share plate - essentially a reef and meat. Very, very underwhelming and wouldn’t do again. Some seafood good, other was awful. Meat was scrappy . Worst was the pork belly which I think was just dipped in a deep fryer - no taste except oil.
Complete waste of money.
Some of my family had a steak which they said was great and the Curry’s were good.
On the whole would go back but I think Sage has lost its edge

When you make a statement on your website that states 'service that always exceeds your expectations' you should ensure you deliver. We eat out a lot and set our goals at 'good food and great service' - if we get more then its a bonus. The welcome at the hosts stand was under whelming, our waiter tried his best but was overly busy...we ran out of drinks 3 times and has to get someone else' attention to get refilled. The main course was good but the entree and desert average...all in all..when there is so much choice and competition we wont be rushing back. My Tip...change your website or make sure you deliver what you state.

We found the lamb shanks x2 to look dark in colour (stewed) and mashed potatoes not fresh. Another of our Party had the Seafood lunguini which was fine.
Service was ‘friendly ‘

The food was ok. The steak and bugs were great according to my mom. However the pizza had no flavor, the pasta was OK And the garlic bread had way too much butter which is why we didn’t finish it

Have eaten here before, but a couple of years ago. Food is very average, maybe my choice was not the best. Waited quite a while for our drinks, not overly busy, got glasses but no wine....wrong wine to start but eventually ours arrived. Service needs a shake up. Too many student staff, not overly professional. Shouldn’t have to keep asking for simple, things. Not the best restaurant in Broadbeach, fairly average evening.

We really enjoyed our dining experience. The food was great, mocktails for the kids were delicious. Wine could have been a more generous serving. Will be back!

Ambience and service was really good unfortunately our platter for two with sea and land was over cooked and bland. At $130 this does not represent value for money leaving us hungry and disappointed and really let down the effort of the waitstaff who were attentive and proficient. The venue has a lot to offer but unfortunately at this stage I would recommend that no one waste their money

My sister and I took our 99 year old dad here for Fathers Day. It was excellent because there is disabled parking nearby and he was able to get to our table easily with his walker. There was also a convenient place to store it while we ate.

The food was well prepared, nicely presented and delicious.
