The service was horrendous. It was almost comically slow and the staff were all so rude. It felt like they were all coming off a bad staff meeting with everyone being curt and unhelpful. At one point our table was literally ignored for 45 minutes. Our water was only refilled once over the course of the three hour dinner and the bus staff kept leaning across us into our personal space every time they cleared something. Just completely unprofessional. A real shame because the food was actually very good - kudos to the kitchen team - but we will never go back here again.
Went with a colleague who's a foodie. Neither of us was disappointed. The food and dining experience is nicely curated. Interesting dishes and wine list. Our waiter was knowledgeable and offered good suggestions, although we didn't take all of them. Service was attentive. If you've not been, go with someone who likes to try new things and explore. You'll be glad you did.
The restaurant has got great energy. All tables full with a beautiful bar. We were unfamiliar with the wines on the list but the waiter was very knowledgeable and offered to have a sommelier come and make suggestions. We had the pita and the French lentils. Then for dinner the lobster spaghetti. For me, the food was good but I need to try something else next time.
My husband and I tried Sachet for the first time this past weekend and were absolutely overwhelmed with the quality and uniqueness of the food! We split five of the Mezze appetizers and each one was delicious and original; French lentils with spicy Lebanese sauce, garlic olives, roasted eggplant, and yellow beets--all AMAZING! He chose better than I did for the entree (grilled lamb chop vs chicken paillard). The lamb was tender, rare, and extremely flavorful. The chicken was delicious, just not special.
Overall, we found ourselves wondering how this fantastic restaurant has remained a relative secret. Our reservation was early and by the time we left at 8pm on a Saturday, every table was occupied. The energy inside was lively yet private.
Great service, wine pairings, inspired menu = memorable evening with friends.
Great service and beautiful atmosphere! Went for a group dinner and it was a fabulous night. Highly recommended for a tasty bite!
Food is consistently wonderful and the service was great
Always great food and service. Thank you.
I appreciated the service from the kind gentleman in the suit who helped my 96 year old guest. I do not know why the waiter told my guests we had to order an entree.
Busy place, food good but our service could have been better. Nice chocolate dessert served for the birthday of my friend.
The waiter was training someone.
It was good food and waiters.
The service is excellent, the wine list offers interesting and unique choices and the food is delicious. Such a great addition to the restaurant scene of Dallas. I enjoy it for lunch or dinner!
We tried the feed me as an option for our table of 4. They accommodated a vegetarian and a shellfish allergy and gave us a lovely varied meal with fish, veggies, and even dessert options. The wait team was all friendly and helpful and we enjoyed choosing a great wine of the Mediterranean area from their sommelier. We had a great experience and look forward to returning again
Best meal we’ve had in dallas
We visited Sachet for a Saturday lunch. The cocktails and wine list was awesome. The food was amazing, our guests also enjoyed the great service and the trendy look of the restaurant.
The food was absolutely delicious!
An absolutely fabulous experience. My husband fell in love with the incredible depth of the wine list and we spoke to Christina, one of the sommeliers, and she suggested a flight of 4 wines from countries we hardly knew made wines ie Lebanon. Wonderful wine, wonderful food, wonderful evening. Our waitress Gaby suggested we let her choose our 5 small plates and her choices were delicious and frankly surprisingly creative. We ended up taking our ravioli course home and opted to pair the Mosaic dessert with some dessert wine from a small island south east of Sicily called Pantellaria. It was a memorable evening and we look forward to going back soon. Do make a reservation athough eating at the bar looks like fun too.
Seriously one of my favorite restaurants in Dallas! Open, light room. Great food and environment. I love all the tapas and ciabatta bread. I eat vegan and there are so many good options.
The Chicken Paillard is amazing. Our server Gabrielle was very engaging.
Great time but please please please bring the ribeye back! Best steak in Dallas!
A unique menu that was delicious and fun to share with family. Loved the decor. The service was incredible.
Awesome place for birthdays
Really enjoyed everything we had. The whole fish special was really good. I like the meze dishes also.
Noise level is a little too loud, be we enjoyed ourselves a great deal. Service was very nice.
Oh my goodness!! We loved our dining experience at Sachet.
We were greeted by a handsome dark haired guy at the front. As we were leaving, he called us by name, as he said he hoped we enjoyed dinner. Wow!!
Wine gal knew a lot about the wines we were asking about, and dinner was amazing!! I had the fish and my husband had ravioli.
Service was 5 ⭐️
We’ll be back!!
Sachet is my favorite restaurant in Dallas! I'm gluten and dairy-free and my friend is vegan. We went to Sachet on Saturday night and had an absolutely perfect evening with zero mistakes, despite all the dietary restrictions. Very impressed with Sachet's service and accommodation around food sensitivities. Beyond that, the menu is always delicious and interesting while staying light, healthy and refreshing even on a 100+ degree day in Dallas.
Lunch with a friend and we lucked out and they were not busy. A great table up in the front window. I LOVE the vibe and the decor. Great for business lunches, ladies who lunch, or afternoon cocktails at the bar. And the service was, as usual, amazingly good! My previous dinner was MUCH better than lunch, but I think it was my choice of the pizza. While the lamb sausage was great, it just didn't play well with the other flavors. I choose to think it was just a poor selection and I will definitely be back for lunch.
Amazing food as always
Odd selection of wines will test your palate and your patience- and theirs. Our sommelier nailed it with a Pinot...
Sachet is one of my favorite restaurants in Dallas. The wine list is a bit daunting because it doesn't have the usual selection you find everywhere else. Recommend doing a bit of research in advance.
This past Saturday was a disaster. Worst service I have witnessed in Dallas recently. With a reservation 30 minute bar wait. During which time the bar wasn’t able to finish making the drinks. Half the meal was comped due to mistakes and poor service. Still felt like we didn’t not get a good value. Food was okay but without significant staffing changes throughout the house I can’t recommend this restaurant. Really disappointing given how nice the space is.
Food and drink was delicious. You pay for what you get.
For the price I thought there was a ridiculously small amount of food, and it was not really that excellent. Six olives for 6 dollars?? Really? I figured I was just paying for the ambiance, because it is a very pretty place.
This was our first visit. Just plain awesome. I wanted to try everything. Sometimes you get tired of the same ole favorites or visiting another generic American grill. The unique offerings and flavors stand out in the crowd. We are going back again as soon as it is practical. Look at the menu and if you appreciate what they are offering, it is a must try.
Sachet is quickly becoming one of my favorite Dallas spots. Really interesting wine list and I have yet to try one thing I haven't loved. Makes me want to try everything on the menu!
Cool ambiance, pretty loud though it’s hard to hear person sitting across from you. I typically love their food here but not the case this time - octopus was tough and chewy, gnocchi not on the menu anymore, and we got the short rib ravioli which was really undercooked. Pasta was really hard. Drink ordered during the meal took 15+ minutes to come out. Server was nice and took octopus off our bill, but just not an amazing experience. Buratta salad was delicious though and the gin mare drink is great.
Sachet is always consistent on delicious food and service. We were lucky to not be there on a very loud night. Everything was delicious - the lentils, almonds/pistachios, okra, Greek salad and trout! The only thing that was just so-so was dessert. The chocolate was nothing amazing. We will be back!
Great spot in general but I have discovered that Sachet at the lunch hour for business is a great option for quality food, good value with the smaller portion pricing option. It is walk-able from my office. Adding it to the list of favorites.
This continues to be one of our favorite consistently Excellent restaurants
Everything a dinner would expect; good service, good atmosphere and excellent food. Soup and Pita bread with dipping spice particularly outstanding
Dinner at Sachet exceeded our expectations. We appreciated all of the offerings on the menu and enjoyed every dish that we ordered. The grilled branzino was especially delicious. The service was courteous, attentive, and professional. We loved the restaurant's open design and views to the outdoors from its two exterior walls of very large windows. We will definitely return to Sachet and gladly recommend it to others.
All around great resturant with amazing food and service.
