Saba means “happy meeting place” in Thai. We offer traditional Thai and Vietnamese dishes at reasonable prices in a setting described as "colonial meets contemporary". Saba Baggot Street brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays from 11.30am until 4pm.

Tao, our executive chef, has created the perfect brunch menu with a twist for Saba Baggot Street and wants to give our customers an Asian alternative to the normal omelette and eggs benedict.

Saba is renowned for our delicious food, fantastic atmosphere and award winning cocktails that will tantalise your tastebuds. Sanook![Enjoy!]

Ideal for Friday night to get the weekend off to a good start. Great service, delicious food and cocktails, large portions with a lively atmosphere. No fuss night out.

Bit expensive (especially if you’re used to Saba to Go!) but love the new outdoor space and the waitstaff was top notch. They really made the evening.

The service was great. The flavour from the food was excellent but we were very disappointed with the quality of the chicken it appeared to be processed.

Excellent Service and felt like we really mattered to the staff. Amazing food is always best when the service is just as good. Regular diners overall with pretty strong restaurant knowledge and one of the best all round meals this year.

Everything was lovely and delicious, from the homemade lemonade, to the prawn crackers with the peanut sauce and the delicious Red Duck Curry.

My husband got the Boom stir fry and he was worried he would be suffering with the heat but he absolutely loved it and said it was around the same level of spice as an Indian madras/vindaloo.

We’ll definitely come back!

We were visiting from the US and found this place on OpenTable. Our review is a mixed bag. Ambiance was very nice - very busy and "trendy". Our waiter took our drink order and I asked if we could order an appetizer to start and he said "Can we just get your drinks before we order your food?" We obliged and then ordered our appetizers along with our meals only to be served everything together. I mistakenly ordered my meal (my fault) with a mild spice level and it was very bland. All the other dishes were very tasty. Our waiter disappeared for the last 20 minutes of the evening. We would have ordered another round of drinks but by the time another waiter finally checked in on us, we decided to pass. Good ambiance, some good dishes, the cocktails were tasty - service was poor, felt a bit rushed...mixed bag.

Always liked Saba in town so v pleased they opened on Baggot St. I sometimes also use their take away and it arrives hot and delicious. I like the lay out of Baggot st and fact it’s not too large. Staff are friendly And service is good. Overall it’s a good venue for casual dining with Friends. Always return!

We got a warm welcome, our table for seven was ready and we had delicious food served immediately when ready. There is an excellent selection on the menu. Our children love the food here too and have lots of choice and generous portions. We eat here regularly and are never disappointed.

The Saba was an excellent restaurant and we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience there. Some of the service was a bit slow but we put that down to a fairly full Restaurant. We would certainly eat there again on our next stay in Dublin

Only slightly unfavourable comment is that the service was rushed and the courses came too quickly. It was not a busy night and many tables were empty. However, overall I would recommend Saba to friends and I will return.

Love this restaurant and no complaints but on Wednesday night our food was only lukewarm. Coffees the same. They couldn’t try more often to get rid of us, even though we were in the last sitting and the tables weren’t needed for new customers.

From the first call (I booked the wrong day and time), he was absolutely awesome. He had the table we requested, and could not do more for us.

Would recommend every time!!!

Great food, with plenty of choice, good value cocktails only €7 up to 7pm. Good selection of gluten free options and also a paleo caveman meal which was delicious.
Service is good but not pushy and the restaurant has lovely decor.
Highly recommended.

however the seating at the tables on the floor is very cramped, the tables are too close together. Other peoples conversations can be very very load & also you are more conscious of your own private conversations as other people can hear.
