Every thing was amazing and wonderful thank you so much
Service very good. Food tasty, but very small portions. Draught beer selection also limited.
Love the food here!! We always come when we are in New York City!!
Poor food. Poor service. Food items missing and nobody bothered to acknowledge this until we asked, and offers like 5 dollar draught beer not available. Manager came over offered a drink but then we got charged. Not a good experience
Amazing!!!! Great service, better people! Would recommend to a friend
The best thing about Ruby Tuesday is the salad bar. I just ordered it alone for only $14.99. Large assortment of fresh vegetables, egg and pasta salad , dressings, toppings. All delicious and fresh. You don’t need anything else.
We were here a couple of years ago and enjoyed it a lot. So back in NYC we expected the same experience, but no. Price/quality ratio not okay and ambiance was by far not as good. Sad.
Salad bar was good, especially since very few restaurants have one now.
However the rest rooms could have been cleaner.
Booking was easy, RT is easy to find and food and service great. Being America the food portions were large so definitely value for money.
The thing I love about this restaurant is the salad bar - varied, fresh, well-stocked, delicious. The last two times I was there, the food was just okay. My husband liked his dish, but I thought they made his fairly healthy chicken cutlet into an unhealthy, bacon-and-cheese-covered item - then added fried onion rings to make it even worse. I ordered the quesadillas...and wasn't thrilled. Any recommendation I would make to a friend would be because of the salad bar. After that they're on their own.
Good food. Can get busy and loud. Good for a relaxed dinner not a quick lunch.
Very nice but I missed those green stuff tables. I did not saw them and may be there was on second level, I guess.
The chain (at least in this branch) has lately lost a lot of its quality of food and taste!
Great food and outstanding service...highly recommended....A++++++++++
The place is falling apart; literally. There was not a fixture in the ladies room, including cabinet doors, that weren’t falling apart or looking beyond worn down; chair covers were torn; tables showed many signs of use.
The salad bar looked like the items had been out since the morning. The food ok but below standards of similar chains and other Ruby Tuesday experiences.
The waiter, John, was sweet and accommodating and the only reason that this is not a 1-star review.
A solid American dining experience whilst on the move with the kids. Steady quality at a reasonable price with great service. Enjoyed our meal
Chicken was kinda dry. Service was friendly.
Very good food, superb service, cosy, not very loud inside.
Food is very poor restaurant wasn't busy at all peak time on Saturday so very likely gone down hill. Pancakes were dry and egg Florentine was the worse I've ever had. I left it all. Crispy bacon was nice
Food was not prepared well and I’ve eaten here several times. This is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed.
Good selection of food and drink. I had a Bourbon salmon which was delicious. My husband enjoyed his burger. Service was excellent. Prices were reasonable.
Ruby Tuesday is a very well located restaurant but I was able to get a table without a reservation and I only had to wait for less than 10 minutes. The waitress was very nice and the food was excellent. If I am ever in NYC again I will return to Ruby Tuesday.
Food was so-so. Bathrooms were a MESS! No paper to dry hands, paper all over the floors of both mens and women bathrooms. There were a lot of people, but someone needs to keep track of the place.
The front desk was very friendly upon our arrival. The waitress was also friendly, warm and friendly.
She was very patient in terms of allowing us to take our time in placing our drink and food orders. We were advised on the food choices too. We had a wonderful time! :-). Thank you!
i go because this is the only all-u-can-eat salad bar in NYC
Our first time and enjoyed it will be back
We specifically stated that we wanted a window. Instead, the (clearly illiterate) hostess sat us in a booth in a corner next to a closet. When I brought to her attention that we asked for a window table, she all-but-said "oh well" and then just stood there, as if she didn't have two customers waiting to be seated at the table they requested.
When I informed the hostess that she should learn how to read the reservations correctly, another male host started cackling the most obnoxious sound (I assume this was his failed attempt at sarcastic laughter).
I will never in my life return to that restaurant.
I'm appalled that the management staff allows such ignorant humans to be a part of their customer service staff.
I love Ruby's. The food was excellent, the waiter for courteous. Only one thing I feel should be changed, is the tip. I feel you should not add it into the total, that should be left to the client. I almost doubled my gratuity, if it hadn't been for the waiter calling my attention to it being included in my total. Other than that miss app, everything was great.
the laddies bathroom at this location continues to be a disgrace. I seriously think the board of health should be contacted. It’s never clean, there is always one stall out of order and half the sinks don’t work and more importantly there is never any soap. This should be a health violation. Since their staff are unable to wash their hands properly. I’ve mentioned this to the manager, not sure it’s been addressed. However, this should never happen. Period. The bathroom at the very least should have soap and working sinks.
Came in for my daughter's 11th birthday. Although I was told they don't do the happy birthday thing at Ruby Tuesday, the waiter did serve her her sundae and on the plate he wrote happy birthday with chocolate sauce. I had the key lime cake... that was delicious!
The good customer service was the best part of the dining experience. Food is atypical and a bit pricey but it is the time sq area.
the wings are excellent! just so much fun people watching in Times Square!
Restaurant does NOT honor reservations from OpenTable. This was confirmed at the host stand at the entrance, and then again when they sent us to the 3rd floor. The reservation doesn't even place you on a wait list. So, there is no value in using OpenTable for this restaurant, which was disappointing, as we had made reservations specifically because we were between broadways shows.
Service was great - food was great - location was great. Keep it up.
Menu limited, food cold on arrival. Was told a new meal would be given but the same food returned. No recognition of this on the bill. Very disappointing.
Overall good value for money. Not a bad choice for right on times square
We had a short amount of time between the two cursed child plays, and we were able to get in and out with a great meal.
I was still eating and my wife's plate was not done yet but the server came and asked if she could take the plates.
Good quality food and reasonably priced for the location. Good service and not much waiting.
