Rossopomodoro - Covent Garden
Really lovely restaurant. Great food! Service was slow though. Took an hour to get our mains order with no starters and was very loud.
They did not have the menu published on the web and this led to disappointment
Very good gluten free pizza! Would recommend to anyone! Also very good service, we had a show booked so was in a rush and they prioritised our order which was amazing service!
Cocktails 2for 1 has to be the same cocktail you can’t choose two different ones - disappointing
Enjoyable evening, if a bit noisy. Good pizzas; friendly and reasonably prompt service; some pretty good wines. Open plan kitchen made it interesting to see the staff at work.
Great evening pre theatre meal. Good food, good service and good value for money
Great food great service. Bnn
Loved the food and the service was great. The only negative was the price of the moretti beer, very overpriced.
food was fine but all staffs need to be trained bit more, no one said goodbye or thanks or see you when we left. food came in 37mins with no apologies, took 10mins to pay the bill and inform that they did not have enough change and finally gave my friend 45p less but we just gave up to asked agian... not gonna visit during the busy weekend.
Good food and friendly but slightly slow service. Good atmosphere.
Excellent gluten-free pizza. Really exceptional - taste was fantastic. Highly recommend to all.
Went here because they have gluten free pizza. Hostess was a little snappy with us when we arrived as we were 5 minutes early for our reservation. When we were finally seated, it felt like we were sitting with the people on either side of our table. It was so close it was uncomfortable. Made it difficult to have a conversation. Food was ok. Have had much tastier gluten free pizzas. However the main reason I wouldn’t return is the lack of ambiance, the inability to have a conversation without feeling like the table beside could here every word
Despite queue our 6.30pm booking via Open Table was honoured. Excellent food & service and not rushed out after 90 mins. A bit noisy but hard to see how that cd be resolved in such a busy place.
I always have a great time here! Staff are friendly and point out the specials (which change frequently!) without trying to push them too hard. A great value for delicious Italian food in a clean, open environment.
As I am gluten free I wanted somewhere that could accommodate me and my family and we could all choose pizza off the menu
Simply the best pizza in town. Good selection of starters, desserts and wine!
Excellent food and helpful friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal!
The best things about this restaurant are the location and charming, attentive waiters. When it’s busy, as it was when we finished, it’s cramped and so noisy that you can’t hear the person sitting opposite you. The pizzas were unremarkable and my salad was soggy. Fine for a pre-theatre meal but nothing more.
Perfect Neapolitan pizzas. We also did relish Gnocchi and Bruschetta. The drinks were good too - taste and variety.
Tiramisu though was average, or rather we had better expectations.
Very nice food and great service. Would definitely come again.
The pasta was amazing.
Great pizza and a really good location, near all the shows. Staff was very friendly.
Lovely place to eat, food prompt and tasted good. Relaxed atmosphere
Absolutely fantastic that food was amazing really yummy I’d go back in a flash
We went to the Harry Potter play and this was only a 5 minute walk. We dined in between Part 1 and Part 2. We we're greeted with a smile and seated promptly even though we were 15 minutes early. They have a nice variety of regional food from Napoli and the wine list fits the menu offerings. My wife and daughter wanted the wood fired Margherita pizza while I had the pasta with riccota and pesto. We had the Lacryma de Christi de Vesuvio (Christ's Tears from grapes grown at the base of Mt Vesuvius). The food was prepared expertly, piping hot. We have traveled to Italy and this is truly authentic. The pizza sauce is made at the restaurant. Truly a wonderful experience.
The food was excellent, and the service was very good. Overall it was just what we needed in the interval between the Harry Potter plays - thank you!
The food & drink was amazing, as was the service, however the price was too much considering what you’d pay for the same thing in Italy as it’s almost 5 x less I obviously understand it’s always going to be more being London and having ingredients imported but easily could of been a lot less, nonetheless one of the best meals Ive had.
Very good pizza and super nice waiter 😍
We've been here before with guests from America, and the place seemed like a safe bet for other friends from the USA, and so it turned out to be. The portions are tasty but not huge, so you should have some room for some tiramisu or other pudding. Everyone in the party of four was happy.
I was in this restaurant three years ago and I felt a little disappointed in my second stay by two aspects:
the first is that they had there another distribution in the upstairs floor that was very charmy, the second is that the meal was little tasty
Delicious food and really good at catering for people with allergies. Will definitely be returning. One down side was the waiter was quite pushy to get us to order more sides, toppings and drinks.
Pizza is delicious!
However starters are way over priced and the restaurant get really warm at busy times
Food was excellent and also all the staff were so nice and friendly
Incredible napolitan pizza!!!
We had great Pizza there. Pretty close to those one can have in Naples. Wine was quite OK given the price. Service was typically Italian. Not the best but charming. Come again when we want to have Pizza in London!
Excellent food, lovely service, nice location. All in all a great restaurant!
Service was very slow
Amazing food, nice location but Slightly overpriced.
The portions of our pasta were quite small. Also, the calamari contained squids but something else doughy and strange. They didn’t taste very nice. The manager also didn’t register or record that I had booked a table and turned up for it, even though I could see my booking on his system when we arrived.
Wonderful pizza the best
Friendly staff and good gluten free options, slightly cramped space
