What an excellent experience! Our server, and the rest of the wait staff, were fabulous! The food was delicious and so refreshing to see a menu very different than traditional Italian fare. Crab Ravioli, Lamb Ravioli, Monkfish with Artichokes!! If you’re looking for a great place to dine in Stafford you must go!! Grazie and Merry Christmas!!

Great restaurant. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but it’s a hidden gem. Food is superior and it’s a solid value.

My wife and I stopped in Stafford VA to pickup a package from our son at his in-laws. We were famished from our long drive in from Raleigh NC and wanted to grab lunch before we headed home to Alexandria. OpenTable recommended Robiolina as the closest place, and we set out to find it, which wasn't easy since it's tucked into a small strip center, located in a larger strip center of brand type restaurants. Pulling up, it looked like a neighborhood pizza joint, so we were floored when we went inside and found this elegant, white table cloth upscale Italian restaurant with socially distanced booth seating. The food was spectacular and the service was attentive. We got there during their Sunday brunch and ordered one of the entrée items to split as a starter (poached eggs with fresh burrata in a spicy tomato sauce) and then moved on the two items from their regular menu. The food presentation was high end, to say the least, and the flavors were amazing. The bread was hot, the olive oil was combined with freshly grated cheese and we finished with 2 of their desserts. The prices were very reasonable. All in all, it was an unexpected wonderful meal and we will be traveling down from Alexandria to enjoy their food again!! Highly recommended for sure.

A true gem in Stafford county. I’ve eaten here about a dozen times and have always greatly enjoyed the experience. Five stars!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Robiolina. This restaurant serves authentic freshly made Italian dishes that are simply fantastic. I love their Risotto of the day and I usually always get it but their pasta special with lamb sounded good and I don’t regret getting it. My husband has had basically everything on the menu and loved it all but his favorites are the Lamb Shank and the grilled Duck Breast. Our favorite appetizers are the Beef Carpaccio, the Pan Seared Scallops and the Grilled Lamb Sausage. We always find a fabulous red wine to accompany our dinner and the servers are very attentive and make us feel very welcome. We loved that they just celebrated their 2 year Anniversary since opening and we pray they remain in Stafford so we can continue to enjoy their hospitality and wonderful food.

Not our best experience at Robiolina. Clearly they were understaffed. Our waitress was covering 6 to 8 tables. She tried but that is a lot to manage. The food was slow to come to the table. Bread arrived 30 minutes after we sat down. Appetizers 20 minutes later. They were fine. When the entrees finally arrived the halibut and duck breast were way overcooked. However the risotto and pasta were good. Sadly we invited another couple to join us hoping to introduce them to what in the past had been a fantastic dining experience. We arrived on time for a 6:30 reservation and left at 8:30. The extended time was due to slow service. We will give Robiolina another try on the future. Hoping this was a one time bad experience.

One of my favorite local restaurants in North Stafford. Always excellent food and service.

Server was very kind, considerate, and informative. He promptly refilled our drinks and listened to what we said and made appropriate suggestions. The food is bound amazingly delicious. A first visit and one we will go to often even though it was a drive. My daughter left her purse behind, they called us to let us know. They kindly held onto it until the next day and they remembered her when she walked in the door. You know it is very good when dining room is busy on a Monday evening. I appreciate their awareness of social distancing. What they don’t know is my husband had been ill for 6 weeks and this was our first outing. After his stroke, we were nervous about where we would sit and we were placed out of the way of traffic which immediately relaxed us. I wish them more years of dining customers who appreciate their hospitality and great food!

The food was amazing! We loved the appetizer special with smoked salmon. This is one of our favorite restaurants.

This lovely little place was such a pleasant, wonderful experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish and the food omg.....the food was so incredible and we made sure to let them know! I couldn’t be more impressed and I can’t wait to go back and try more things on the menu. If you’re in north Stafford, you must try this place. You will not be disappointed.

This place was amazing! I wanted to take my family to another authentic Italian restaurant in Fredericksbug that we've been to before, but they didn't have a table for five available. The reviews stated that Robiolina is Stafford's best kept secret, but I believe they are fairly new. Either way, they are unique and delicious! Gnocchi, veal, duck, prosciutto, or whatever you choose will be the best you've ever had outside of Italy! You won't be disappointed!

The food is delicious. Everything I’ve tried, I would get again. We like it so much that we’ve gone 3 weeks in a row and typically I don’t have that kind of craving for Italian. It’s not your typical Italian restaurant, it’s so much more! It a great addition to Stafford!

The food and service were outstanding. We were not rushed and had an enjoyable meal including everything from appetizer through dessert. The staff is terrific.

We celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary with a 2:00 lunch at Robiolina. This was our first time out dining since the pandemic closures in March... We had a delightful two hours at the restaurant...excellent service...great atmosphere...delicious food! The restaurant is set up for social distancing...we had no one around us at all...beautiful music playing in the background. Enjoyed our before dinner drinks...our main meal of osso bucco and dessert as well...All of it delicious! We truly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to get out for a delicious meal ....in a safe and clean environment!

The food was outstanding, but the young man who waited on our table was pleasant and willing but he needed more training -- we had to ask for lots of stuff like cheese, better silverware, more water, etc. Still, this is a favorite spot for high end Italian cuisine.

Robiolina provided an outstanding dining experience. My wife and I were there to celebrate Father's Day. The service was friendly and efficient, the menu was engaging and our food was phenomenal. The menu had an impressive balance of choices. For an appetizer, we ordered Prosciutto w/Robiola cheese. My wife found an excellent red wine choice and was very pleased with it's taste. We each ordered a salad. Mine had small rings of delicately fried calamari, with micro-greens, red onion, candied pine nuts and citrus dressing. My wife had had the tri-colored salad w/goat cheese, sundried tomatoes, and arugula. They were both fresh & succulent with a very pleasing presentation. For main courses, my wife ordered pan-seared duck breast w/blueberry reduction sauce, fresh mixed vegetables, and garlic mash potatoes. I begged for a taste, it was amazing!
I am a traditionalist. I ordered the Fettuccine Bolognese. A proper Bolognese sauce is much more than cooked meat tossed into tomato sauce and Robiolina's did not disappoint! The sauce and fresh fettuccine was "yumtastic." Both my wife and I don't usually consume all of the appetizer, all of our salad, and all of our main course. Everything, including the relaxed atmosphere, was so wonderful, we ate every bite. For good measure, we shared a Creme Brulee, which was beautifully presented and a great finale to our meal.

He and I went once many months ago and enjoyed it so much that we wanted to bring the whole family. So, we celebrated my husband's birthday & Father's Day, which fell on the same day this year. The food did not disappoint. We shared the appetizers and each other's entree. And we loved them all!
We also love that it's not corporate owned but a small business.

My family has dined here numerous times and it never disappoints. The food is amazing and the weekly specials are always terrific. This is by far the best Italian Restaurant in the Stafford/Fredericksburg area.

In Stafford? Eat here! We missed Robiolina last time we were in town - big mistake! Rigatoni, calamari, grilled Caesar salad, di Mare, ricotta cheese cake are all must haves.

Food was good and at a good value but don't believe the restaurant was staffed to support the crowd that it received. Too bad, I enjoy coming here but valentines day was the busiest I have seen the restaurant and the wait on the food was very excessive.
