Robert's Pizza and Dough Company
Good Place to go if you are stuck by Navy Pier. Good Pizza and right on the river.
Great crust and creative toppings.
Excellent food, service was a bit slow but it did not take away from a nice dinner.
Robert's is a hidden gem. So glad they are back in the neighborhood. Fantastic thin crust pizza with the best crust in the city. Fresh ingredients and great salads too. Charming location on the Ogden Slip with beautiful views of the water.
Delicious pizza. We got the Fennel and it was one of the best I’ve ever had! That said it was a bit expensive and inflexible in sizes (they only have one). The servers were very nice, but the setup seems to put them at a disadvantage. Our waitress had to serve a bunch of other tables, some of them far away. This led to it taking very long to get the cheque at the end. Still absolutely worth it to go!
Lots of fun and fabulous food! Came for the pizza and very pleasantly surprised by the very delicious sides
Delicious pizza and salad. Pizza crust tends to get very dark. If you prefer a lighter crust, ask your server. They really need to set up tables outside in good weather. Kind of dark away from the windows.
Our son was visiting from NC. Requested an outside table and one was reserved for us. Greeted by the owner, Robert. Restaurant was busy so service a little slow. The ambience was perfect with a table overlooking the Ogden slip on a drizzly evening. We ordered the Burrata and Octopus salad- both excellent. For main course we had the Chorizo pizza - also excellent. The Old Fashioned I ordered was missing the black cherry but was well made. My son, tried two beers and liked both - a Goose Island and the 3 Floyds. My wife enjoyed her Ginger beer.
We will always come back.
Glad to have Robert’s back in the neighborhood!
Fantastic pizza, atmosphere and service.
We are so glad they are here in Streeterville. Finaly fills the pizza desert
Great service and great Pizza! We are very happy to have found this great place and will definitely come back next time we are in town.
The new space is beautiful. There were five of us and the waitress told us we needed four pizzas and made me feel silly for asking if almost one pizza per person was too much. We got salads and two pizzas and it was more than enough. We’ll definitely be back.
We were sat in a tight high top, so naturally it was a little loud, but the service and food were excellent! We started off with the Bruschetta and then created our own pizza! The best pizza in Chicago!
Friendly staff and great pizza. Owner came by and thanked us which was a very nice gesture.
Service was a bit slow, but perhaps because they are just reopening.
Great food! The We Arancini appetizer and both the grilled sausage & pepperoni pizza were delicious. Definitely plan to go back again
Some of the best pizza in Chicago. Thin crust. Creative, tasty toppings!
Delicious! And accommodating to allergies. Can't wait to try the other pizzas.
Second visit...both times a bit too chilly and what’s with the lack of non-alcoholic beer ?? There are at least a dozen brands to pick from these days guys .....
Food was good. Mussels and grilled octopus were winners along with a really good pizza!
Will definitely return!
Love Roberts. It is a welcome and much needed addition to the neighborhood. Food is excellent. Love the vibe. I dinged the service one star just because they are brand new ( went opening night and then again one week later)and just working the kinks out My guess is that in a month I would take it up a notch. Some of the best thin crust pizza around. But not just pizza. The appetizers we have had were fantastic. Have not tried there entrees but if the appetizers are indicative they will be excellent. The outdoor patio is not yet opened but will be great when it gets set up.
This is the best pizza in Chicago
It was great pizza ! I am so happy they are back !
Hands down best pizza in Chicago!
It was a very nice dinner. Salad came drenched in dressing but server gladly brought a fresh one. Pizza came before salad plates cleared and new plates came but was quickly remedied. Great location but unfortunately for someone who can’t walk far the bathroom is a hike.
Good luck! We will be back...
We are thrilled to have Robert's back in the neighborhood. It's the best pizza in Chicago!
The Fennel appetizer was excellent. I loved the pizza crust texture, but there was a hint of sweetness either in the crust or sauce that was not to my taste. We had the “Jay” pizza - sausage was perfect and other than the hint of sweetness it was amazing!
We are looking forward to returning for the seafood pizza.
Best gluten free crust in Chicago! Inventive pizzas.
Pizza was very good and the location is great. Bartender quite skimpy on the wine. by the glass Not very generous pours.
It was a perfect day out and would be nice if the windows were opened, but the staff said the windows had to stay closed, otherwise it would have been the perfect dining experience.
I was excited to see a new restaurant move into the neighborhood, but was disappointed after trying it. The build out is nice and the beer and wine selections are interesting and varied. We each ordered a pizza and thought the toppings were meager. The pizza crust itself is huge and puffy around the edge and very soggy under the toppings. I tired of eating the puffy crusts and left them on the plate which just left me with the soggy part. I found it unsatisfying and expensive.
Went to Robert's on a friends recommendation and was not disappointed. Had pizza and some sides and all were delicious. The pizza was the standout. The crust is perfect, thin not crispy and fluffy outside but light and airy and a little sweet. Will definitely go back!
So glad to have Roberts pizza back in the neighborhood! Their crust is amazing. New space is large and will be awesome when the patio opens too! Welcome back! We missed you!
Truly an amazing experience, I am glad Robert is back and spinning dough, he picked up where he left off, the pizza was as amazing as we remembered, can’t wait to go back.
Amazing pizza! The dough was great and quality toppings. Best NY style pie in Chicago.
Very enjoyable pizza at Robert’s grand opening last night. We had the duck and Jays ( sausage pizza) pizzas. Both were cooked to perfection. We requested that the Jays pizza be cooked extra well done and they delivered even on a busy night. I would have liked more sausage on the pizza. The sausage was very tasty and not what you would get at a chain shop. Glad to have them back in the neighborhood
I’m so glad Robert’s Pizza is back. Streeterville needed it to return home.
So happy that Robert’s is back. Fantastic pizza and good drinks in a great atmosphere.
Hands down the pizza pizza in Streeterville (again) and maybe beat thin crust style in the city. A must go place, and the new location is beautiful. Robert is a genuine person and is so passionate about pizza; it really shows once you take the first bite. Long time fan, and just so happy that this place is back on the map, serving up amazing pizza.
We love love love Robert's! The prosciutto and arugula pizza is insanely good. The only disappointment was the brownie but nothing they can't fix. Guys--warm it up, make it moist with some choc sauce, and skip the walnuts (nuts go bad relatively quickly in pastry and leave a bad taste.)
