Menus badly stained & dogeared.
Staff indifferent to rude. Our waitress was disinterested & not very welcoming. After finishing our meals we had to request for the plates to be cleared by another waitress as ours was completely ignoring us. The second waitress was downright rude.
Food was nice but very heavily seasoned; pepper could have been added to taste rather than liberally sprinkled over the sauce.
Not the best dining experience.

Had heard good reports so went there for our 50th wedding anniversary breakfast with our granddaughter, weren’t disappointed.
Our beautiful French attendant was friendly and very professional as were the other staff members. Food was great and it was nice to have a decent cup of coffee, 2 each in fact. We would have no reservation in recommending Robbie Brown’s. Sandra Baker

Everything was good. Food was great. Service was great. Food was delivered reasonably fast. We did not have to wait to long. Overall a fine dining experience. Some dairy free options on the menu would be beneficial.

Very impressed with Robbie Browns - great decor, menu and service. Not overly busy. Plenty of waitstaff. Moderate size menu. Pulled pork penne pasta was delicious.

Had a new years eve meal here. Lovely service and kind waiters, but we didn't enjoy the food at all! The ingredients were great but the combinations were not.

This is an all rounder restaurant for coffee, drinks or full meals.
Set right on the beach of Kingston, with indoor/outdoor seating, you can imagine that you are anywhere in the world.
The new decor enhances the whole experience and the meals are exceptional.
The staff are delightful, and we love going there.

The staff are absolutely lovely and the food was a big portion and great value. Our water was topped up swiftly and without thought.
The atmosphere was relaxed. Would go again!

Our order of “medium rare” steak was overdone so manager suggested he serve us main course of calimari and cherizo stir fry. Unfortunately this consisted of 4 small pieces of calimari and 3 pieces of cherizo surrounded by a full bowl of potatoes.
We couldn’t complain again but were extremely disappointed!

Everything was great. The overall 4-star was because we stood at the entrance for several minutes while both employees behind the bar kept glancing our way but didn’t bother to come greet us, even thought the sign says to wait to be seated and we had a reservation. Finally one of them told the other to come greet us. But besides that, it was great. (This was on the bar side, not the restaurant).

Pleasant environment, good range of beers on tap, changing regularly, a good range of food options but not so many that the kitchen is spread too thinly to deliver, so the food is great and arrives quickly. Most importantly, it's not loud and you can enjoy conversation while dining.

The service, drinks and atmosphere are great. The food is all prepared very well, but a few of the dishes are a little unfocused and confused. Please don’t misinterpret what follows as severe criticism, overall this is probably the best eatery of its kind in Kingston.

It feels like the head chef was trying to make two dishes fit into one with the sticky pork penne, if it had been kept clean, instead of a extra creamy sauce added, there’s some good ideas there, but as it stands it’s just weird and not very appetising. The tiramisu suffers from a lack of booze, which shouldn’t be the case in a restaurant which grew from a bar, as well as being again two dishes rather than one focussed one, and covered in too much raw cacao powder where the bitterness should be driven from coffee. The Black Forest Trifle contains no jelly, and no cake element, and so is just a pile of heavy, buttery creme over a few soft cherries and a few too many, too whole freeze dried ones, and a chunk of ice cream in the middle. This makes the texture quite peculiar, with nothing yielding to the bite, and the whole thing feeling heavy, which the strong kirsch flavour would again better support something fresher, lighter.

With that, the burgers are very good, with quality ingredients and good recipes. The chips are exemplary—crispy, fluffy and morish. These folks can seriously cook a bit of fish, whether it’s the beautifully caramelised salmon with crispy skin, but nicely set interior, or battered and fried to a point which is probably better than Pandora Chan up the road for whom it’s supposed to be their speciality.

Select carefully, and you’ll be treated to an excellent meal, with a great and interesting wine list that isn’t overpriced (though it’s not cheap), and friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff.

As per normal, the food was perfect. I had the steak medium rare and it was spot on and the desert, omg to die for. Vanilla crème Brulee with freeze-dried mango, toasted oats, rum, and raisin ice cream. one Very happy customer, I will be back.
