Amber (Mgr) had called to inform me that requested server would not be available and I gave her a back up person. Upon arrival at restaurant, hostess was on phone, did not acknowledge me at all. Alvaro came to stand but seated another party. Another server seated us in requested location. However we were not given backup server. Brandon S. was our server, he did not introduce himself, got drink order incorrect and service was lackadaisical. Thank you Amber for trying.

The only frustration I have is when we used the In Kind app to pay. The total of the bill we were provided does not add up. I have a picture of the this supposed total and would like an answer.

Again, I requested a certain table and server and for the 2nd time in a row, I got neither! Why bother making a reservation and special request and not getting it? Host stated he had my table but he stepped away from stand for just a moment and someone else gave it away. 2 times?

In the restaurants favor, they had 100 person event on the Patio. Service inside the restaurant suffered because of it. One drink was incorrect and an incorrect entree was brought out. Attempted to get Assistant Manager Alvaro’s attention but he completely ignored us. Amber ((general manager) did come to our table. Thank you Amber!

Shout outside with the rain got me so I had to go inside undercover but still outside patio seating. I was the only one out there. I was treated like a king ordered food for the whole weekend fajitas enchiladas taco dinner, guacamole etc. everything was fantastic.

Had requested a booth with window overlooking patio and a specific server, got neither. Booth we did get was on an area that was extremely cold ( air blowing directly on it. We did get an excellent server though and food was good as always.
