Feast on Mexi-Terr�nea fare at Restaurante Almara (Almara Restaurant). Its modern setting is ideal for business luncheons or dining out with family and friends. Restaurante Almara is located in the Paseo de la Reforma business district. It offers appetizers like tuna tartare with quinoa, beef carpaccio and seafood ceviche with exotic fruits. Guests can enjoy an entr_e of jumbo shrimp with cucumber spaghetti, suckling pig or grilled rib-eye. This restaurant also serves vegetarian dishes, as well as desserts.

El lugar está muy bien, la comida esta casi muy buena, la atención excelente.
Food was great and service was excellent!
Valentines Day. We found ourselves in Mexico City for Valentines Day and had heard about the chef of this restaurant. We were lucky to get a reservation. There was a special Valentines “table d’hote” which looked absolutely delicious but we chose to share some items from the regular menu.
We were served a delicious tomato tart as an appetizer on the house. We then had the beef carpaccio which was served with crispy capers and a light pesto sauce. It was delicious. Our main course was the crispy suckling pig which absolutely melted in our mouths. I can’t recall such a taste experience.
Although we did not order dessert, some petit fours miraculously appeared.
We accompanied our meal with a good bottle of red wine chosen from an extensive wine list.
We were ably looked after by captain Arturo and waiter Jesus. This was a most enjoyable dining experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Alan and Jesus did an outstanding job serving us in a quiet unassuming way. Paced the meal slowly as we requested and were most helpful explaining menu items.
Dishes and service were top notch.
Great location for an enjoyable meal reconnecting with an old friend. Vegan and vegetarian options worked well for our group. And everyone seemed to enjoy their meal. The staff and management were very attentive (although it wasn't a busy time for the restaurant).
Had the suckling pig dish. Excellent dish, well thought out.
Will go again and explore more of this chef

I picked this restaurant based on Trip Advisor’s ranking (17/5200 restaurant in Miami). The restaurant has only two table occupied when we walked in (Friday night at 9:30 PM), which I found unusual. We ordered our appetizers and entrees. Food was mediocre and the service was equally mediocre. I can not recommend this restaurant in any shape or form!

El ambiente es muy tranquilo, la música es ligera. Desde que entras, el servicio es muy atento y cálido. Las entradas son muy deliciosas y en buenas proporciones. Hay una amplia selección de vinos. El lechón como plato fuerte es una delicia.

Everything was superb from the decor to the service and food. Also, the price was very reasonable. Try the seafood risotto and the tomato soup with prosciutto.

Excelentes opciones de comida, buen ambiente del lugar y un servicio de primer nivel.
Se trata de un restaurante tranquilo y elegante que no cae en lo pretencioso, incluso puede llegar a ser casual sin perder cierta formalidad y el refinamiento que caracteriza a la comida francesa (o en este caso Francesa-Mexicana). Es muy apto para ir con tu familia, a festejar un aniversario o para el cumpleaños de tu pareja. Se agradece que no sea excesivamente caro y que las porciones sean adecuadas. Lo que más nos gustó fueron los caracoles y el cachete de res. Definitivamente lo visitaría de nuevo para probar los demás platillos de la carta.
We had a wonderful dinner at Almara. The service was incredible and the food delicious. Since it was Semana Santa, it was very quiet and the service was very good. My one concern is that Open Table rates this as a $$ restaurant and it was definitely $$$ so that took us by surprise.

Los precios son algo elevados pero si tienes una ocasión especial a celebrar esta es una buena opción para la comida.

Nice restaurant within a hotel in Zona Rosa. Lechon was very nice and there is a good Mexican wine selection.
For the price I was paying, the ceviche was very bland, as was the steak I ordered. Service was fine, but was very disappointed with the experience as it was so highly rated.

Música (ruido) monótona, como tortuga china, que le pedí al capitán cambiarla y me dijo que no podía por qué venía por 8nternet y no había manera de modificarla. Platillos bien presentados pero el callo de hacha con rissotto, pésimo. El callo fibroso, viejo, el rissotto, casi crudo, duro, casi incomible. No volveré y menos recomendar. Carta de vinos limitada y demasiado cara.
Delicious food. The red snapper tasty but my girlfriend's suckling pig was phenomenal and we both enjoyed the dessert. Plenty of wine also.
La cocina es de primera clase (mediterráneo y µmexicana fusión)--excelente preparación y presentación de platos de comida, buenos vinos y excelente servicio. Para mi uno de los mejores restaurantes en la ciudad Mexico y hemos probado muchisimisos sobre los años.

Accueil chaleureux dans une salle moderne non surpeuplée. La carte est riche et variée. Les plats sont préparés avec soin et nous offrent un éventail de goûts surprenants et agréables. Et le tout pour un coût abordable.
