Service and venue are great.
Food is really tastey but not good value for money.
For example scallop entre for $27.00 had only 3 scallops.
Desert advertised as 'share' for $27.00 was a single bowl of delicious pudding, but not enough for two.
We did have a nice lunch and Hannah was an excellent waiter.
We had an excellent evening and the food and the service were SUPERB.
Delicious food, great service and staff very professional. We loved it!
Food is very good but expensive for what it is. The background musak is annoying, not what I would expect in that class of restaurant. Service was a bit over attentive but friendly. Overall we would return but I think the menu needs to change more often and to have a better range of meals.
Great pre concert meal While quite expensive the food was excellent.
Not quite as spectacular as we remember from past visits. Maybe the seasonal menu didn't appeal quite as much as usual but the wow factor from the food was definitely lacking compared to past experience. Maybe the chef has changed? and not everyone is passionate about Sirromet wines so moderating the price a little for non-Sirromet offerings would encourage greater sales. We would have had some non Sirromet wine but the price was double that of other quality restaurants forcing us to think twice. But staff are great and ambience second to none
Enjoyed a lovely lunch. Our server (Marie) was extremely good, and very knowledgeable about the menu and gave some good suggestions. We are looking forward to our daughter's wedding at Sirromet at the end of the year, and seeing the quality of the food and service, we are really looking forward to the event even more.
Good meals & wine
Sirromet Lurleen team our special occasion more special!
Have been to this restaurant for breakfast and dinner quite a few times over the years and have really enjoyed the food. This time we were a party of four and all mains were disappointing. I had the veal dish and the jus was so over salted it made the dish hard to enjoy. My husband and another had the crab linguine that had such an overpowering tomato base that the crab was lost in it.
Had the Moretan bay bug linguine, was a very generous serving. A simple dish that was well balanced.
My wife had the special, Kobe striploin marbling 9+. Kobe, enough said.
Great location and great service. The food options are excellent as well.
Lovely dinner. Did five course valentines special. An extra meat dish would have balanced the meal. 2 desserts were lovely, but ordered more!!!
The Thai basil / lychee sorbet - tooooo overpowering, even if mixed with soufflé
Fantastic service, fantastic food. Highly recommend for special occasions.
Thankyou Lurleen’s 👍
Amazing as always, the mooloolaba tuna with preserved lemon is the best entree I have had in years. We will be back asap
I would recommend Lurleens for the food. But I would suggest being seated away from a large group. the interior is not good for diflecting noise. We could hardly hear each other because of the group we were sitting beside. Otherwise, a very good experience.
Beautiful food and wine. Good service.
Had a wonderful night for a 30th birthday celebration.
Special mention to Mara. Wonderful waiter. We had a fabulous experience. I highly recommend the 8 course dego with matched wines.
Great location, food and service. Restaurant a bit noisy and wine service a bit slow but otherwise great!
What a great place. Will definitely be back k and recommending to friends and colleagues. A hidden treasure
We had a perfect anniversary dinner. Emily was our waitress & she was amazing. So friendly and knowledgeable about the food. The food was absolutely delicious. My partner is a chef & he was impressed with the food. Perfect textures, flavours & combinations.
We will definitely be back.
The food was amazing but extremely expensive. The service was very basic for such an expensive restaurant, the waitress spilt our wine & water a number of times. For $$ they charge I would have expected a lot better service. Would not go again as although the food was great it did not warrant the price tag
I went at 630pm for dinner. I ordered mains and desserts which was filling enough. The staff were pleasant and provide great specifics about dishes. Waiting was minimal for a fine dining restaurant however we did order before the main rush. I would definitely go back and recommend to friends.
As long standing patrons of Lurleens we were so disappointed with our most recent visit. Two meals were substandard and we were not offered any compensation. The waiter was over attentive but seemed underwhelmed with our complaints.
We had a lovely night. The service was excellent, and the food was brilliant.
Lovely wait staff and best restaurant meal in a long time
food was amazing didnt want it to finish Sevice was excellent
We have been to Lurleen’s many times and it is fabulous every time. Great food and service!!
A very good experience. We took friends from London who have dined across the world and they were very impressed with the food and the service. Waiters were very friendly and attentive, the food was excellent and the prices not outrageous. We had entrees and mains and I liked that the servings were not huge.
The service was outstanding and the food wonderful. A very pleasant evening
We had a fantastic time taking an overseas couple to your restaurant. It was a return visit for us and our friends will definitely be returning with their family.
Great service, friendly and helpful staff, tasty food and a beautiful birthday touch to the desert on request :)
Excellent food and service with a great selection of wines. Well worth the drive.
We will definitely be a returning customer was a truely wonderful experience 👍🏼🥂
We have just returned home from having had lunch in Restaurant Lurleens.
To say that we are bitterly disappointed is an understatement. The reason
for the luncheon was as a Christmas present to friends. We (four of us)
were put at a table in the far righthand corner outside the kitchen door of the
restaurant in a small alcove with a table occupied by 11 adults and two
small children. There was one other table in the alcove occupied by two
people who did not stay very long and were clearly disgruntled when they
The party at the large table was noisy - the children were not well controlled
creating an ambiance which one could expect in a MacDonalds. Needless
to say, our whole lunch experience was totally spoiled. It is surprising to us
that the manager was not aware of what was going on - our poor waiter was
clearly stressed - but in no way did he allow that to diminish his service,
which was, at all times, polite and the food and wine were fine. We feel
that, in what is supposed to be a “fine dining” restaurant there should have
been some consideration given to ensuring that the experience was pleasant
for everyone. We shall not be returning - and certainly shall not be
recommending your restaurant to anyone. Especially after the comment,
made aside, by the lady who took my payment, to her colleague “Oh well,
some you win, some you lose”.

Fantastic views, food, wine, and service. A truly wonderful experience.
Really good service and setting. Wonderful ambience and dining experience . Wine menu was amazing, especially having options for different wines for different meals. My only gripe is that the value for food size portion is low as the meals are really nice just small for the price you pay. Defiantly come here to impress someone or if you have money to burn. Overall great experience
Nice lunch. Good service but perhaps a little pricey.
Loved the dessert which was Vanilla Cream Brulee but the entree and main course weren't too exciting and not good value for the price. Was disappointing compared to the last time we were there.
Very impressed with our waitress! Would recommend specifying location on booking, as outside seating is quite hot in summer.
