    A great evening with a Sea Bass for two fileted at our table and a bottle of Furst Spatburgunder. Perfectly paced and personalized attention from the staff.

    Für mittags ist das Hotel Jérôme eine wunderbare Adresse. Allerdings ist der Service oft (scheinbar?) mit sich selbst beschäftigt und auch bei wenigen Gästen nicht immer ganz auf den Punkt.

    Despite there being only four guests in the restaurant during our visit, the staff seemed completely overwhelmed and unable to manage service properly. Everyone was friendly and polite, but service was exceptionally slow throughout the evening. We waited nearly 20 minutes just to receive a glass of champagne, which set the tone for the rest of the meal. The staff also offered very little guidance or assistance with the menu when asked, which was surprising for a restaurant of this caliber and price point. Unfortunately, the food itself was equally disappointing. Several dishes were so heavily salted that they were difficult to eat, and one was simply impossible to finish. While the item was eventually removed from the bill, no apology or acknowledgment of the issue was offered, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Considering the prices charged, the overall experience fell far below expectations. Slow service, lack of attention, and poorly executed food made for a frustrating evening. There are many restaurants in the area offering significantly better food and service for the same price or less. I am genuinely sorry to say that I regret choosing to dine here and left feeling disappointed from start to finish.

    We had a lovely evening at Hotel de Rome last Thursday before heading to a concert with friends. The quality of the dishes was exceptional, truly on par with the standards I’ve come to expect from the Four Seasons group. The service was also very attentive throughout the night. I would only point out two minor areas for improvement: we placed our order at 7:00 PM and only requested main courses, yet it took nearly 40 minutes for the four plates to arrive. Additionally, the staff could be a bit more proactive with wine service, especially when a full bottle is ordered. That said, these seem like small details that will likely be polished as they settle into their new chapter. Given the overall experience, our rating remains high. We look forward to returning… ❤️

    Im Vergleich zu den Vorjahren war die Vielfalt der Speisen sehr mager. Es fehlte auch die Grillstation. Als Nachspeise gab es nur zwei verschiedene Torten. Keine Mousse, kein Obst, kein Käse, kein Eis usw. Qualitativ war alles gut, aber trotzdem wirkte alles sehr lieblos. Keine Osterdeko, Hat wirklich zu den Vorjahren nachgelassen, so dass der Preis von 99€ nicht gerechtfertigt ist. Schade. Nächstes Jahr essen wir woanders.

    Ein sehr schöner Osterbrunch, von Garnelensalat, über frische Austern bis Trüffelpasta. Eine zwar eher kleinere Auswahl für einen Brunch aber dafür von sehr guter Qualität. Wir kommen sicher mal wieder.
