   We visited Red Star for Sunday brunch. Our server Donna was wonderful! Unfortunately the food was pretty bad. The eggs were cold, the bacon was undercooked, and the bread used for the French toast was stale and they used plain sandwich bread to make French toast. It was probably the worst French toast presentation I have ever seen. We will give Redstar another try but just for cocktails when we are in Fells point.

   Great place great vibe, but the food took almost an hour to come out. Super frustrating, but at the end of the day it was worth it. Because the ambience and the food and the service was good. Just took way too long for the food to come.

   We were seated right away and given water. No one came by for the next 20 minutes. When I flagged down a server, we were told there was a miscommunication as to Who would take our order. Orders were taken but the place seemed to be understaffed. The food was good, the drinks were good. It was understaffed.

   The staff here were very kind and accommodating. The food was alright, it holds up with any good restaurants in baltimore, not exactly exceptional but good especially for the fair pricing.

   The food was okay. I had the bucatini carbonara and it lacked flavor. My dish came out 15 mins before my friend's meal. Will likely not return.

   Everything was excellent - the ambiance, food service and value. We made it there for happy hour so the amazing food and drinks were very reasonably priced.

   We also choose Red Star for a special night out! The service is always incredible and the pizza is by far the best in Fells Point! Every time we come to celebrate they bring us glass of champagne and it just makes the celebration even more sweet! We love Red Star!!!

    The service was AMAZING- from the greeting at the door, polite but consistent reminders of masks to patrons, to the waiter and server - haven’t had this great of service and attention to detail since COVID started! Well done red star! Hot olives are amazing. Love the truffle mushroom pizza. Cocktails on the sweet side. Decor industrial modern, high ceilings, minimalist holiday decor.

    We were there at 8:30 on a Tuesday night and several things were out on the menu, including all pizza. I had two starters for my dinner, the Caesar salad and the cauliflower and my husband had the linguine with bolognese sauce. My starters were much bigger than his pasta so I shared most of them with him as he was hungry. He said the bolognese was good but it was sparse. Afterwards he wanted dessert but there was none as the chef had left. Also, he asked for a recommendation for one of the draft IPAs and it was flat. The waiter did give him a different, better one gratis. Not a great night. My husband was pretty grumpy afterwards.

    I celebrated a very pleasant anniversary dinner with my girlfriend at Red Star and had a wonderful date! The food was excellent and our server was very attentive. I highly recommend their pizzas!

    Unfortunately they changed the menu. This used to be my favorite place, but I don’t think I’ll be going anymore. The drinks weren’t the same, the food wasn’t the greatest, and it was empty on a Saturday.

    We had the shrimp arrabbiata, the Cesar salad and a pepperoni pizza. Everything was amazing, especially the shrimp. I could have eaten a bowl of that sauce. You can play your own music on their Touch Tunes app and they have pinball!! The drink selection was good too.
