The goal of the reservation was to try the endless shrimp. The ambiance was nice and the waiter was friendly and asked often if I needed anything or another order. The problem I encountered was the first dish that came out was fresh and hot. Every order after the first for the endless shrimp was no so fresh or delicious. I received shrimp that was over cooked and probably sitting under the heat lamp. Not enough care was taken of the reorders of shrimp.

We made reservations for three at Red Lobster to celebrate my son’s birthday. Red Lobster has always been a restaurant we’ve enjoyed and has never disappointed us—until now. Unfortunately, there is always a first time. From the beginning, the service was extremely slow. We asked for water three separate times, and it never arrived. Our drinks took approximately 20 minutes, if not longer. We noticed that the tables beside and behind us were also experiencing long delays and expressing their frustration. Initially, we didn’t mind the wait because we were enjoying our time together and celebrating a special occasion. Our waiter was very nice, but it was obvious he was overwhelmed and flustered. He was constantly apologizing to the surrounding tables. What disturbed me the most was the manager’s behavior. We overheard her responding to a frustrated customer in a loud, unprofessional, and sarcastic manner. She actually told him, “Well, if you want to help, you’re more than welcome to go help!” Her tone was so inappropriate that practically the entire restaurant could hear the exchange. When the gentleman responded that she couldn’t afford to pay him, she replied, “It’s not my money. Corporate will pay.” She then laughed. I found this behavior extremely disrespectful and completely unacceptable, especially coming from someone in a management position. To make matters worse, our food took over 45 minutes to arrive. When it finally did, it was lukewarm, dry, and certainly not the quality we have come to expect from Red Lobster. We also usually receive the birthday singing when celebrating a special occasion, especially since our reservation was made specifically for my son’s birthday. However, no one acknowledged his birthday or offered the birthday singing, which made the occasion feel even more disappointing. I understand that restaurants get busy, employees become overwhelmed, and things don’t always go as planned.

We arrived 20 minutes prior to our 4:00 reservation time. When I checked in, I was told that while we had a reservation, it wasn't an actual reservation time. We should have called in before we got there to let them know that we were going to be there at 4:00. We had to wait about 30 minutes before we were seated. So why go on line and make a reservation if it's not a true, confirmed reservation time. I asked why that wasn't stated anywhere on line or when we received a confirmation and was told that was how they handled their "reservations". Next time I want to make a reservation, it won't be at Red Lobster.

Excellent and attentive customer service. Food came quick and hot. The only negative was the side salad upgrade, portion was small serving. Other than that, our server provided outstanding service, he needs to be recognized for a job well done.

The internet never works so you can redeem yourself points and the managers only answer was it corporate - check corporate. Unacceptable

Made reservation, was sat immediately. Server was pleasant. Food came out quick and hot. I mentioned cashing in a Reward too late that may have got my server in trouble. It wasn’t her fault boss lady.

Enjoyed lobster fest and Super Bowl Sunday with a delicious three course lobster dinner. Had rock, lobster tail, main lobster tail, and lobster linguine. All delicious. We also had the Mariners crab boil, with hotlink sausage. Another delicious winner. Service was good, and Francisco our server took good care of us! Francesca, the manager, was also very nice and helpful to us with an issue we had on our last visit. We will be back again! 👍
