Service was slow but given labor challenges that is understood. The server herself was very polite and working hard for sure. Biscuits were amazing as usual as was the salad. Chowder was really boring and watery. Main entree was OK but garlic shrimp were old and rubbery, lobster came out without butter and when it arrived 10 minutes later the lobster was cold and rubbery. I ordered a second drink from the bar but it arrived as we were preparing to leave. Pretty rough for $100

It’s Red Lobster so I’m not expecting classic and high end service. Our server was enthusiastic in the beginning, but had the timing of someone who needs lots of training. They interrupted in an abrupt way with no clue how to checkin without being intrusive. My steak was bloody though ordered medium well. Won’t likely go to this location again.

Even though we used OpenTable, we were told it would still be a 20 minute wait - which turned into an hour wait, even though we were sitting right there. Then, once we were seated it took another 7 minutes to have someone acknowledge us, even though the wait staff would be walking right by us - thank goodness for one of the bussers. We were told our assigned waiter was busy - so that was the reason we would have delayed service throughout our stay.

There's a reason they're not busy on a Saturday night. Everything from the food, service and management was sub par. Their calamari was gross, the breading was falling off from being so greasy. Their new au gratin cauliflower was really a bowl of melted cheese with virtually no cauliflower, and it was an upcharge! The flounder was the tiniest most pathetic piece of fish I've ever seen. My crab was missing a leg. And worst of all the manager didn't seem to care much. It took 2 hours to get out of there it was such slow service. I can't be more disappointed in a $75 meal.
