Had Avery nice anniversary dinner except the lobster was somewhat disappointing. Apparently overcooked / very stringy texture. Was there last week and same meal was perfect

The hostess first led us to a booth where the cushion on the one side was completely torn up. LOTS of exposed foam that was also torn up. I asked to be seated elsewhere. They had plenty of space since we were there after the rush. Food was good. Our server (I think her name was jayda) was excellent. Prices were ok. There were s veral other booth cushions that were very worn. In the bathroom the one soap dispenser was broken, as were the paper towel dispensers. Paper towels were provided in a basket.

It was my birthday, my favorite item is coconut shrimp, their loaded bake potato and ceacer salad. Marion Il.Red Lobster is z great place to eat.

I utilized open table for a 6 PM reservation, got there right at 5:55, at 6:45 we were finally being sat at our table. It was another 35 minutes before the wait staff came and took our drink order. We waited for approximately 50 minutes to get our food delivered after ordering I realize it was a busy Friday night however, what is the point of using OpenTable if you still have to wait 45–50 minutes for a table. Would not recommend utilizing open table for this restaurant, would recommend planning for at least 40–50 minutes wait. The food, however, was very good, hot with serve to the table, overall was a good experience, other than the waiting, and I’m not recognizing the open table reservation status.

The food was excellent, the service was good, has been better before. Our waitress was busy with other customers and seemed to forget about us. We had to ask for butter that was suppose to come with the lobster we ordered. The waitress didn’t even ask us if we wanted any dessert. We were celebrating our 37th anniversary and we weren’t very happy with the service. It seems when there are a lot of people eating out here the service drops. Hope the service gets better, we love to eat here. Thanks for listening. Tom H.
