Just going out with family and had an excellent dinner
Red Lobster is a chain restaurant and nothing more. Ordered the ultimate feast and split it with wife. Salad had crisp lettuce nothing else. Lobster was tasty but small. Fried shrimp tasty. Crab was soggy and to soft to crack. Martini ordered was bad but wine was pretty good. Server Sean was very patient and polite. Been awhile since we had been there and problem be awhile before we return.
service was slow, order got messed up and food was not all that great. Probably will not return
We love this Red Lobster, everything is always perfect there. We go every month as we feel safe there. They have it set up perfectly for the phase we are in now. The food is always great and the service wonderful. Always a great experience!

The service was excellent, however my soup was luke warm at best. It was good but not hot enough. My sister's soup barley had any clams in it and they do not have just a house salad, only cesaer salad. They used to have a really good side salad. Probably will not go back for a while.
Had a fabulous lunch. The server was outstanding. The restaurant was clean and had people spaced out .

At 5 pm we went for the Wednesday whole lobster dinner special to celebrate a birthday, but the restaurant had sold out all their lobsters at lunch time. This was a big disappointment for us. The other problem was that the waitress got the order for sides all mixed up.
Food was great as always, was worth the 20min wait to be seated and 30min wait for our food. Went on NYE, so was expecting it to be busy. Waiter was clearly over worked and visually stressed, was constantly having to apologize to the tables he had for the long wait. The place seemed under staffed for the holiday. Luckily, there are iPads on the table to pay the bill instead of having to wait for the bill to arrive. Saved time.

Watch this as it’s not a registration but it puts you on the list ahead when you check in. The hostess was a bit full of herself. She said wait would only be 5-10 minutes. At 10 minutes I mentioned there was a booth that was open ( had been for 10 minutes). She told me sternly that the the sever there was swamped.
At 20 minutes the other hostess sat us in the same booth and apologized. We asked the server if she was super busy, she said no, not at all, which made me question the hostess’s intentions and integrity

I received a confirmation from Open Table for priority seating, however Red Lobster had no record of it. They did apologize and seated us immediately even though others were waiting. The three others in our party ordered from the endless shrimp special, and their food looked really good. They all enjoyed it. I ordered the fish and chips and was really not satisfied with the fish. It seemed both undercooked and not as white as I am used to. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience and I would like to add that our service was perfect.
Our server was awesome, food was delicious, the only thing we don’t like about Red Lobster is the terrible music they play.
Great cheesy biscuits as always, and the food was very tasty. Loved my strawberry daiquiri too! Awesome waiter was very helpful and friendly.
We were seated in a half Booth half table by the kitchen. We called to put our name on the list and this is all they could give us. I ordered a Admiral's feast with broccoli. The fish portion was fine the broccoli was old and undercooked
Average sevice & quality, above average prices. Would not discourage friends from dining, but at the same time would not recommend over other restaurants. Open Table priority seating worked out well.

They were busy and the steak was under cooked. They resolved the issue quickly. Our server was not very attentive. Perhaps because they were so busy.

Waitress was forgetful. Had yo ask for salad. Wanted lobster cleaned. One person said no. Had to wait for someone to do it so it got cold.
Was seated fairly quickly having used OpenTable in advance. Once seated the waitress seemed rushed. When my salad arrived it had a piece of plastic in it. Following dinner I had terrible GI issues which required an urgent trip to the restroom.

We were seated in a quick amount of time since I made a reservation. We were greeted and Chris was our waiter. Everything was great with our service, but the food was awful and I won’t go back. My lobster was rubbery and they mixed up my steak with my husband ms and because everything thing else was so awful I assumed they just made the steak bad too. I upgraded my sirloin to filet and they put it on my husband’s plate. The seafood mushrooms were ok and would have been wonderful if not for the fact that the seafood was again over cooked.

For a few dollars more I could have gone to Capital Grill on the strip and not had bad food. I didn’t complain because it makes a nice night out less enjoyable. I would never send good back. On the occasion that I have I never get a replacement order. I leave without eating.

Was very disappointed in the meal. Our past experience with the all you can eat shrimp special was great so we thought we would come back. All the shrimp was dry and very bland... VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
Sevice was the excellent and we were taken care of for a larger party. Food was good, but presentation was lacking. Otherwise we had a great experience.

We had no issues with seating and the server was very polite. She was attentive to our request. However I was a little disappointed with food preparation. My lobster was over cooked as others in my party. Which you would not expect from a place where “Lobster” is part of its name.
