My drink was flat and I asked for a new one, I never got a new one, the drink just sat on the table forever and then he asked if I wanted it removed, I said I would like a different once since I can’t get another one with carbonation.

We waited 25 minutes for our drinks and the waitress said I had to show the bartender how to make your drink. I had wine, no idea why I waited so long. Our food took 65 minutes…I wanted to leave and my spouse said we would wait, we will never return to this location EVER! Worst experience ever.

Our server RJ was Fabulous. But the food was so so and it took forever. I do NOT blame the server he was great. He even brought a birthday desert. Sorry. I hate even giving a bad review. But I have to be truthful. 🫣😢

My reservation was for 8:45 PM because there were no earlier timeslots available. Upon arriving at the restaurant, there were no patrons. I found out that our 8:45 PM reservation was 15 minutes before the restaurant closed, which could explain why the restaurant was empty. We ordered the Admiral Feast which came with deep-fried flounder, fried shrimp, fried mini-scallops, and fried clams. The flounder was nicely cooked; crispy exterior and just the right flakiness interior. The fried shrimp were cooked perfectly, but the shrimp were small. I couldn't tell if the scallops were real or imitation. The taste was just okay, but the scallops were the size of a quarter. Half of the fried clams were burnt and the other half were short strands, but nicely cooked. The price for the Admiral Feast was $30.99. The Tuesday Special "Crab You Way" which includes 2 snow crab clusters and a choice of 2 sides was advertised online for $24.99, but we found out the can vary in price depending the the location. The Henderson location's price was $28.99. The snow crabs were expectedly good, but not great. The highlight of the dining experience was our waitress, Cecilia. She was friendly, engaging, and efficient. I later found out about senior discounts that I was not aware of, so I will have to remember to ask for the senior discounts on our return visit.

I have not been to Ref Lobster for many years. I found the food surprisingly good. The restaurant was pretty empty but the service was very slow.

Our waitress was slammed because it seemed like the restaurant was short staffed. The food was good and our waitress did the best she could. She was hustling the entire night. We will definitely go back because it's good food at reasonable prices.

Although they weren’t that busy, we waited about 15 minutes after our reservation time to be seated but waited on right away. Food was pretty good but it took 45 minutes to get it. That’s not acceptable to us.

We were seated 20 minutes after our reservation and there were plenty of empty tables. We then waited 10 minutes for the server to come by and take drink orders. He brought the drinks in shifts, then delivered rolls without plates or napkins. He said they had no silverware so it would be a wait for napkins. Food arrived in a decent time and was prepared well and to order. Waiter stopped by once to check but we had to flag him down to get crackers for the crab legs and drink refills. I’d say the problem here is lack of staff and management support. If you love their food and don’t mind long waits and spotty service, then you’ll be fine here.
