Red Lobster - Edmonton - 171st St.
Walked in 10 mins early, advised front desk we arrived and was told it would be 5-10 mins wait. People that walked in looking for a table were told 40-45 min wait so using the Open Table app was 100% worth it
Great food and great service! Didn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes to be seated after reserving online. Will definitely be back.
Endless Shrimp on Mondays is a winner, especially the garlic shrimp and the hand-breaded shrimp. All was served hot. Service is friendly.
Apparently they do not take the reservation from open table
Even though it was new years eve you would expect the food to be at least hot. We had to send something back because it was cold and the second one was just as cold. We were not offered a discount or a replacement after the second one. Not servers fault.
Great food and great service!
Ran out of multiple side dishes and refused to substitute to a more suitable option at no charge. Crab legs were overdone but came out cold somehow.
The reason I gave the food a bit lower mark was because I found the lobster a bit over done. Good thing I had the butter to soak it in. Otherwise everything else was good. I had a good server. :)
The food was expensive and on top of that it was cold and overcooked!
Here for our sons birthday, was okay. Kids meals are very small so all of my kids left feeling hungry still. A little disappointed with that. Food tasted good & our server was very kind.
Service was great, food was good except for the temperature of some items. Would recommend
A pleasant and delicious experience. I missed out on the first question...wanted to give five stars.
Very good service and the fish was perfectly cooked. A reasonable price for a decent seafood dinner in the heart of beef country. Very satisfied.
Endless shrimp was great and server packed us more than enough shrimp to take home for leftovers
Not sure if it's the time of the evening we went (8:30 pm) but the food was cold but plate was hot. The teriyaki shrimp was dried out and only had a drizzle teriyaki sauce on it. The drinks was good. The restaurant wasn't busy first time expecting that. Will stick with the regular menu items
waitress was very polite and helpful ,noise level was a bit high but not bad, crowd was not to bad ,short wait for seating.
Tia was an amazing waitress and treated our 3 young kids wonderfully! She was friendly and super efficient. Service was fast.
We went for the ayce shrimp dinner. service not bad but not exceptional, tbh, a bit slow.
there were only 5 choices of shrimp and they were either fried or too salty or bland.
Since the shrimpfest was 19.99 last year, a bill of 31.99 each wasn’t that appealing.
There are many better choices of ayce restaurants in Edmonton, this is not anywhere near the top.
We went at peak dinner time and they were busy and I am aware of that. Food was luke warm at best. Pasta was bland. Garlic shrimp was warm and bland. The area we were seated in had a sewer smell but we got used to it as it was too busy to request a change. This place has needed love and care for over 20 years. Borderline experience at best.
First of all they were out of scallops and offered to substitute with shrimp or bay scallops. Not acceptable. Second, the lobster tails were minuscule and the salmon, shrimp and lobster all tasted the same. Not the quality of food I am used to having at Red Lobster. The best thing about t he meal was the dessert .
Server wasn’t very good, she kept forgetting about us, and she was not very friendly. It wasn’t very busy either and there were a lot of servers working so no excuse. Brought the complimentary biscuits after our meal came. Monday is when we went and it was all you can eat shrimp. One of us ordered it and the server was rude when she said “no sharing” Like seriously? We’re not children. Snow crab was not very good, hardly any meat in the shells. Everything else was good. Will go again no matter what but hopefully will not get the same server. Tipped anyway because food was good.
We went to celebrate my daughter's birthday. My kids were super excited to be going to Red lobster to eat crab and other seafood. Our server was literally stalking us the whole time - as we finished up or almost finished up with our food he promptly took the dishes away. He looked very annoyed that we stayed to finish our drinks after already paying the bill. Many other people were also celebrating birthdays that night and had Happy Birthday sung to them, no one came to sing to my daughter. We will not be returning anytime soon
We had the Thursday night special which was great. We left full and took part of our meal with us. The lobster tails were a lot bigger than we expected. We will be back on a Thursday again.
Whenever my family comes from the west coast they have to go to red lobster. It was wonderful as usual.
Waited a lot longer than expected and the waiter was not told of the occasion.
Our trips to the city always involve 1 night of Red Lobster. It is always
A1 service & food. We're really hoping that Red Lobster considers coming to Grande Prairie, AB. Restaurant would be busy everyday.
Thanks for such a great place to enjoy friends & food!
Service was very prompt. Crab fest is always delicious.
We had a great time there was 7 of us 3 kids and we all enjoyed it
We were celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary
It’s Red Lobster.
My sons Birthday!
We flew from BC to Alberta just to have dinner at Red Lobster for my 5oth Bday. It was tremendous, just what I was expecting. Delicious and the service was great as well. Now we just need a Red Lobster in the lower mainland so I don't have to fly to Alberta :-)
It's not the 1st time we went there but this time we order steak with lobsters, salmon, shrimps and scallops. The filet mignon was a horrible cut with a price of$40! The waitress offered to give us a different steak but it came out even worse. Salmon was very fishy. Scallops and shrimps are bad as well. Their signature lobster was overcooked and very chewy. We are so disappointed and will never go again!
Awesome service ! Amazing food ! Would definitely be coming back!
The food and service was very good but plates and glasses kept dropping and it was really loud
Love treating myself to Red Lobster. My go to place with my family when they come into Edmonton.
We always enjoy the Red Lobster. The seafood is always good and the atmosphere is nice. The service was excellent.
We shared the dinner for 2 - it was adequate for the price ($40) but the food was luke warm - it was as though the food was plated in advance and then quickly warmed before being served at the table. Our guest had a meal off the menu that was obviously cooked to order - hers was hot and much fresher than ours appeared to be.
With lobster fest the food was superb and worth the cost. Would recommend this Red Lobster to everyone.
Lobsterfest was on -very delicious. Lobster Punch was also very good. Busy restaurant and wasnt fan of not having reservation thru open table
Probably will not use for this restaurant again and just do walk in as long wait times
Food good-wait no good
