Service was just ok, probably only a server issue but I would only know if I returned and that might be some time. After we finished our salad we waited just over 30 minutes for our food to be delivered. The server was too busy to check on us more than taking the order and delivering the food and finally the bill. Maybe your experience will be better.

It had been awhile since I visited a Red Lobster. It definitely will be awhile until I go Back. If you want to charge fine dining prices you need to make sure you offer fine dining food quality and service. The lobster tails tasted like rubber, no in fact there was no taste the consistency was rubber like. While the staff was personable they had no clue about the menu. The server said biscuits were in oven and he would bring them out. The biscuits didn’t get to our table until we asked two more times and after our appetizers came out. Our meals came out and we asked for more biscuits several times but never saw them.

Nice service, with friendly waitstaff. Waitress got a nice tip because she smiled and was very kind.
