   Really efficient wait staff who were impeccably polite. The food was amazing and good value. The tiramasu was best ever.

   We hit a busy lunch and needed at a plus1. Tony was very accomodating. Very long wait for steaks that day but otherwise right onto everything. I have to say the alfresco could be one of the coolest places in Perth but the design is lacking. Book so you get indoors seat.

   We enjoyed a great night. Service was excellent, food delicious and given the early hour we booked, noise level and ambience suited us perfectly. Special mention to the wonderful service provided by Tamira( apologise for incorrect spelling.)

   We so enjoyed our meal and the ambience at The Raffles. We will certainly be back. Our waitress Tyma (spelling ?) was amazing and really went the extra mile to see to our needs. THANK YOU!

   Service all up was terrible. Asked one of the bar staff about a beer, answer was "sorry I don't drink beer so I don't know". At the table, asked the wait staff about the meal portion, was told "I don't know", asked them about the sauce options "Sorry, I don't know".... that was a great start. Then the food comes out (eventually), the mains come before the entree then one of our party waited another 10 minutes for his main to arrive. The whole time we were only ever asked if we would like another drink just before we were leaving. I understand the issues with staff, but a lot of training is required. I can see why is was very quiet last night. I won't be back

    I thought the meal served to my two colleagues could have been done better. Both chose Chicken Parmigiana but found the thickness of the chicken was far too thick. One person managed to eat the chicken piece only while the other only ate a small amount. The plate of Barramundi I chose was tasty of an appropriate serve and the presentation was good.

    We found the food delicious,but in the case of the barramundi the portion size was significantly smaller for the price than elsewhere. Pizza superb.Mussels pretty good. $10 for a bottle of still water is outrageous-really let's you down . Cocktail excellent . Service was second to none - excellent. Activity pack for my grandson was a great idea too.

    The fish & chips was delicious. Hot & hearty. Generous salad too. The peppermint tea was disappointing , though as it didn’t taste like peppermint @ all. ( more like grass )

    Raffles has been a favourite with our lunch group for approximately 5 years and continues to deliver good quality food and service. Would be handy to have some midweek specials on offer (other than the daily offerings) to appeal to regulars and increase clientele. We will return, great hotel and easy access.

    Waitress found us another table as the one we were allocated was next to the door (very draftee). Chilli muscles arrived cold, but sauce was good, the Steak was served in a sea of jus hidden by an array of mushrooms, could find the parsley mash. Not able to have a coffee after 10pm and bar closed at 10.20pm.

    We went on a Thursday lunchtime, it was busy but we didn’t have to wait long for our meal. The meal was very nice and the service was great. We will definitely be going back again..

    Always love to visit the Raffles, can't believe my dad has been driving by it since I was little. I am in my early sixties now Great staff and love the 2 sizes of wine 🙂

    It was alright. We had a table of 4. I must admit that the chicken parmi looked great, and the burger was really good (a bit small though), the fish and chips were fine, but the Caesar salad was mostly all lettuce. I think the most disappointing thing was that it was mostly pub food (which is EVERYWHERE these days) or pasta-type dishes so there wasn't a lot to choose from. For the four of us the menu was "meh".

    We had a great night celebrating my mum's 94th birthday. We enjoyed all the food we ordered. The service was really good considering the restaurant was very busy. The staff were very friendly. Great night. Will definately be going back.

    A cold chill blew through the dining room, with staff unable to keep it closed. The chicken parmigiana was a horrible piece of chicken. The crab was scarce. Quiet a disappointment when having a significant family event (two birthdays).

    Although not the most extensive menu, the food and wine were good. The timing of the food was perfect and the staff friendly and courteous. A good place for a relaxed date night, neither too casual nor too formal.

    Very poor service. We had a booking and waited inside the door for 10 minutes for someone to come and show us to our table. Gave up and just went to an empty table. No one came and saw us to take an order for the entire 90 minute stay. We ended up ordering everything via the electronic table ordering system. Very disappointing for customers who have been regulars for many years.

    Four different meals, four very happy customers. Young lady serving was outstanding but main gentleman managing and serving somewhat unfriendly. Overall, this is the type of pub you put down for return visits.

    The service was a little slow because they were under staffed due to covid. But all staff were lovely. Food was very good, and a decent wine list. Loved the overall experience.

    Nice restaurant in an historic building. Would be nice if the restaurant faced more of the river (Perth city side), however the food, service and ambiance definitely make up for that.

    The Raffles was recommended to us and so thought we would try it. No one enjoyed their meal. Crab linguine was flavorless and the fish in the fish and chips had an unpleasant aftertaste.

    We enjoyed our lunch staff friendly and meals made from fresh ingredients and tasty. It is a bit overpriced in my opinion Even though not mandatory to wear mask at this time I felt due to Covid cases rising in Perth at the moment I would have preferred if waiter was wearing a mask
