Punch Bowl Social Rancho Cucamonga
The service was terrible
They had us sitting in the front where you can feel like cold from outside
The server was not good she didn’t know who paid and who didn’t
We received our food an 1 1/2 after ordering it and it was just tacos and we wasn’t able to play or do karaoke for my birthday
It wasn’t a very good experience
So much to do at the Punch Bowl! The food was delicious. We ordered some of their signature drinks and those were memorable. Most importantly the staff was so attentive. We are going back soon.
Great experience, will go again soon. Good food, fun and service.
Limited food menu. Unbearable noise level especially when the jenga blocks fall to the floor. Good service
Food was good but a but pricey. Took a little longer to receive than we expected especially since it was early and not a lot of customers yet.
I enjoyed my birthday
The menu is sparse, the drinks are ok. The environment was no where near its hype, and it’s over priced for what it is. Definitely not a spot I’ll be back too. Once was enough.
This place was great for my 29th bday party. The only downsides is that you’ll wait 3 hours for an open Karaoke room and you’ll wait 39 minutes to receive your food and drinks. Other than that it was a good time and my guests had fun.
The food was pretty good and the drinks were creative. Be prepared to swipe a card to open the tab at the beginning of your meal. Servers swarm around your table when you first arrive to get dibs on the card and then (in our case at least) never really come back to check on you. Our primary waiter (I think his name was Randall) gave us attitude when we asked for things but all the other servers were very helpful.
It was okay. Didn’t seem as busy for a Friday night. But our server was a bit much. He would have these awkward moments where it was like we had to tell him twice we needed a minute. Then he kept pushing us to get this coconut cake. It was weird. Food was just okay. definitely a little much for what we got
They charge me extra drinks, was my first time and I did like it
Can't believe I didn't know about this place before! My team had a blast. Staff was great, food and desserts were amazing, and the activities were so much fun. Will be back for sure!
It was our first time we were excited but it was ok food was not that good barbacoa tacos not good. Slow on drinks no refills on water and could not get anyone attention for service since everyone looks the same you can’t tell from regular customers or employees they all look the same.
The place was pretty empty for a Sunday afternoon when we arrived, but the staff didnt seem to be motivated to engage with us. We sat at a bar table waiting for our table and no one bothered to ask us if we wanted a drink or appetizer.
We got seated after a bit and then I realized they did not have the NFL Ticket and only showed those football games on regular TV... no wonder I saw all the football fans going to other places like the Yard House. I asked the bartender why and he said it's because it's expensive. Well news flash, if you get it, more people will come and spend money. The additional sales would more than pay for it. But the fans wont come until you have it.
Other than that, the menu is pretty basic with a few attempts at being fresh or new, but nothing that would be considered memorable. The ambiance and games are cool and serve as a good attraction, but if it werent for them, I doubt I'd go back there.
Food wasn't very impressive, price for the games was super expensive.
Experience was good overall. Food portions for tacos and chicken sandwich were rather small for the price. Chicken sandwich had way more breading than actual chicken breast. It was disappointing.
My first time and a great experience. The food was delicious. I will be back.
I celebrated my boyfriend birthday and the service was amazing. I even had an opportunity too meet the manager. The manager came too say happy birthday to my boyfriend what an honor. I never received service like that. Thanks everyone again. I will be back.
Absolutelly the worst service in years
We were overcharged / never received a copy of my 2 Bill's I paid
Waited for it for good 40 minutes
Several items charged and never brought to table
Some of the host were rude while there was many that were amazing
I would tell friends to for the drinks but the foods wasn’t that great. It was my second time there. The first time Was great but the second time the service was OK but they kept on messing up our order plus they took too long and the food wasn’t that great
I came here for my 21st birthday and it was AMAZING! The food and drinks were delicious, the service was amazing! Katie was our server and she was so kind and patient and helpful! The games were super fun! It was an overall great vibe and experience !!
Service was great! My family enjoyed themselves. I will be back again!
Place was great! We came when it wasn't busy but it seems like a fun lively place to hangout! We will definitely be back
The ambiance and service were great but the food was mediocre and overpriced.
Overall was a really fun experience with the kids prices were a little high but the food was really good . The food was more high-end so I understand the cost but as far as taking the family out it’s definitely for special occasions .
We had a great time. Good place for parties and groups
Very fun environment that adults can downgrade back to fun and games
We came here to just do appetizers and drinks before our movie. The Cauliflower Nachos were DELICIOUS! I highly recommend! Service was top notch. Our server Tony was extremely helpful & courteous. Will definitely be back
Party of 7 @ 6:15p on a Wed. The place was completely empty but they weren't ready for us. Hostess went to set up a table and disappeared. No manager on floor. Waitstaff standing in a circle talking in the middle of the dining room. After about 10 minutes, we walked across the street to Paul Martins and had a great meal with great service. Punch Bowl Social embarrassed me in front of out-of-town guests. We won't be back.
Good customer service, allowed to choose between bar, dining room or game area to dine. Wide variety menu. Ease of ordering and quick response by staff a plus. Air conditioning needs to be improved, warm and humid in the game area. Prices are reasonable.
Lunch with the parents
Was awesome! We’ll be back again
I came with my sister-in-law, niece and nephew for a fun night out. The bowling was great, food was great, service was a little slow. He was nice, but slow. Not sure if he had too many tables near the bowling alley downstairs to take care of or what may have been the cause. We will be back. It was fun!
It’s way too expensive! Also when you go check out items you have to give your ID...so then how do I order drinks? So frustrating I had to go get my ID back then take it back and forth which is crazy! The line to check out or return games or get ID back is crazy long! They kept pushing hard this LGBT drink specials and not everyone wants that. Nothing against it but our sever asked us 3 diff times that’s ridiculous. Don’t push it so much to where people get frustrated. If people want to support that they will
First time here and super disappointed... our server was never around to check to see how we were doing.. order things and never received them... but still got charged.
MY DATE WAS TERRIBLE; LOVED THE RESTAURANT THOUGH
Awesome , my family had a great time .We had a party of 20 and everyone was impressed with the place , there is so much to do for all ages
This was our first visit after hearing from multiple people how great of a place it is.
We had a party of 5- (3 kids) we were the first to arrive when they opened for brunch. It took almost 10 minutes for our waiter to come over and greet us. Then after ordering drinks, appetizers, and entrees we waited quite a long time for our food to arrive. Even worse our waiter forgot to put in our appetizer order so we didn't get them, very disappointed but the waiter did apologize. The food was good although my husband ordered the duck confit and it was light on the meat and the seasoning. I ordered the biscuits and gravy which was very good. All 3 kids enjoyed their kids menu items although my youngest was disappointed they didn't offer any breakfast items even though it was supposed to be brunch. The kids had a great time playing the various games and all in all it was a pleasant experience just a few hiccups that made me give 4 stars.
It was such a great time with my friends. I enjoyed all of the food and and the servers. We had a big party and they took good care of us.
