About this restaurant

In the midst of Dubai, discover a real, once-in-a-lifetime alpine experience. The restaurant is designed to resemble a mountain lodge, with a welcoming and rustic atmosphere. However, it also offers stunning views of the Arabian Gulf. A familiar haven to escape the city's hustle and bustle and a great social hub for friends to assemble.
Publique fuses a vibrant bar and restaurant together for guests to explore an authentic and unprecedented alpine experience in the heart of Dubai. Every detail of the interior evokes the warm and rustic splendour of a mountain lodge, from traditional wooden bar, eye catching Gondola DJ booth to chalet style terrace.

Publique is offering an exclusive 2 course menu for lunch and 3 course menu for dinner, exclusively for Summer Restaurant Week. Expect authentic alpine dishes and desserts that you can only experience in the alps!
