The 110-seat Pt. Leo Restaurant celebrates the region’s produce with a menu designed to enjoy both formally and informally.

Pt. Leo Restaurants culinary philosophy is to showcase local and Victorian produce wherever possible. The wine list also has a similar philosophy where it not only showcases Pt. Leo Estate wines, but varietals from the region and greater Victoria. It is one of the few wine lists in Victoria, that is purely Victorian wines. The restaurant welcomes bookings of all sizes including generous dining options for groups of 10 or more.

The predominately local front of house staff delivers exceptional service with genuine warmth and hospitality, offering a true Mornington Peninsula experience. The staff are led and complimented by our exceptional Restaurant Manager, Ainslie Lubbock and Sommelier, Andrew Murch.

We have been here before and was very pleased that the standard of the food and service was as even better than before and it was good then. We had starters, entree, main and dessert so we were pretty full by the end as the servings were quite generous. Presentation and taste was very good. Service was polite and paced very well. The waitress was excellent and very helpful. We didn't have any wine but there was plenty of quality local beers on tap. By the look of the diners around us, everyone else were enjoying their lunch too.

Had a really nice night at Pt Leo Estate restaurant. Have been a few times before but only dined outside during the summertime. This time we had a dinner on a very cold wintery night. The atmosphere was welcoming and warm, although I feel like softer chairs would have been nice and helped to soften the look of the place. We had Murray as our main waiter and he was lovely, very good at his job- explaining the dishes/wines etc. and friendly conversation. We were a table of four and ordered about 4-5 entrees and 4-5 share/mains for the table plus drinks and ended up dropping a fair bit of cash here. We were happy to, but beware because it does creep up. All up though we had a great night and it was well worth it.

Understand I am not the only customer but would like more attention to when trying to get waiters attention

Food and service (our waiter particularly) were really excellent but the size of the dining room and design makes it very, very noisy. Nevertheless, I would definitely return. The bitter, windy weather on Saturday meant we couldn't really take advantage of the sculpture park (although we did attempt to) which was disappointing.

As a destination for a lovely day out Pt Leo estate is great. I found all of the food delicious but not amazing.
I guess I was expecting more from a hatted restaurant. As a frequent diner to Mornington Peninsula Wineries - I would not go back there for a meal as the competition has them beat.

Loved this restaurant set in the sculpture park. The view over the bay is really nice
The staff were cheerful, helpful and very efficient. The food was fabulous. We shared some plates, and everything was excellent. Particularly the wood roasted snapper
A walk around the sculpture park to burn off a few calories and check out the art, ended a very pleasant afternoon

Food was absolutely amazing. There wasn’t a dish that our table did not like. Everything was full of flavour and presented beautifully. Our glasses of water and wine were never empty, the waiting staff were fantastic and very knowledgeable about the food and wine. We can’t wait to come back and try some more.

Great ambiance and spectacular scenery, however the food was a big let down. Wagyu didn't taste anywhere near as good as it looked on MasterChef, ordered Medium Rare but was cooked closer to Well Done.
Panna Cotta was completely tasteless with a very doughy texture, the ice cream was its saving grace.
The highlight of the meal was the Pt Leo Shiraz, Rose and Focaccia bread.
I brought a visitor from Malaysia telling her we were dining at an award winning restaurant, but sadly both of us left deeply disappointed.

Food and service is exceptional. My only complaint is that after spending nearly $500 between 4 of us we were asked to vacate our table as there were people waiting to eat. Also expecting you to then pay to walk through the sculpture park is only greed.

There are so many delicious options on the menu that it was hard to choose what to get. Everything we ate was fantastic (oysters, duck entree, snapper, beef, chocolate mousse and blush strawberries) The waitstaff were the standout - every person we interacted with was incredibly hospitable, friendly and professional. Have already recommended to others.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with so much warmth and enthusiasm. The venue is beautiful - glass windows surround the entire venue, which looks out to a stunning view of the vineyard and ocean in the distance. Our waiter was so friendly and helpful, and went out of his way to make our dining experience as pleasant as possible. Food was delicious, on the expensive side but delicious none the less! Would definitely return. Great for a special occasion or celebration.

We had a delicious lunch on a well patronised Friday. I can recommend the Starters particularly the Zucchini flowers as well as the Beetroot pancakes. We chose fish for the main course and were very happy with the flavours and presentation. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. All in all several hours very well spent. We bought some wine too!

We are locals (Flinders) so very happy to have such a fine establishment so close by and one we can introduce friends to. Not just a lunch but a special experience to share with others. Plenty of space between the tables makes conversation easy to engage in. Staff are excellent, professional but also friendly. All round hard to fault. John and Ann

Great food, great service, great staff. Couldn't fault our lovely lunch. I had listed on the online reservation that it was my wife's birthday but hadn't asked for any special arrangements. When desert came out they had very thoughtfully added a candle and happy birthday written in chocolate on the plate which was very nice.

Love this restaurant, it's an escape from the city, delicious food, reasonable prices for the quality, good wine list and excellent service. Something for everyone too - vegetarian, prefer seafood, meat, no problem, it's all there for your enjoyment.
The sculpture park is impressive too, we've admired the sculptures on two occasions so didn't take a walk this time, bit cold. Nice views of the water and across to Philip Island too.
Lunch at Point Leo gives a lift, we'll be back

We had a great time. The food is innovative, well prepared, well presented and well served. The service is excellent, friendly, informative and not at all stuffy. The wine list is encyclopedic (with prices to match!) and matches the food very effectively. The views are good. Despite the absence of carpet, clever use of sound deadening material keeps the noise level in check. I wholeheartedly recommend this as a great dining experience. Go there, you won't be disappointed.

This was truly the best day out we have had in years. My husband travels a lot and has been to some amazing restaurants, the food and wine were the best he has ever had. I can't believe this restaurant and winery is in Victoria. We are so spoiled. We will make this a regular getaway from now on, amazing!!
