Pt Leo Restaurant
Pt. Leo Restaurants culinary philosophy is to showcase local and Victorian produce wherever possible. The wine list also has a similar philosophy where it not only showcases Pt. Leo Estate wines, but varietals from the region and greater Victoria. It is one of the few wine lists in Victoria, that is purely Victorian wines. The restaurant welcomes bookings of all sizes including generous dining options for groups of 10 or more.
The predominately local front of house staff delivers exceptional service with genuine warmth and hospitality, offering a true Mornington Peninsula experience. The staff are led and complimented by our exceptional Restaurant Manager, Ainslie Lubbock and Sommelier, Andrew Murch.
We found the food bland and not up to the same standard as when I previously ate there.
World Class dining experience , with wonderful attention to aesthetics
The restaurant location is absolutely amazing.
Service was five star and food was delicious.
Impressive dining experience with matching location/outlook/scenery. Highly recommend it especially for visitors.
The sculpture park was fantastic. The walk set the scene for a lovely dining experience afterward.
Our visit to Pt Leo was on an recommendation and they did not disappoint, it was a wonderful evening.
Our dining experience was incredible. The service was beyond perfect, and the food had me almost standing and applauding.
We had al lovely lunch,
and definitely will come again
A fabulous experience. The food was delicious and they showcase some awesome local wines. Would definitely recommend!
I’m sure we have all had a delicious meal or a great experience but rarely do restaurants put it all together and nail it.
We had a great experience; we felt like we were the most important people in the room; the staff we’re personable, professional and a fitting complement to delicious meals, the stunning views and the airy ambiance.
It’s not possible to be critical; This is good people bringing good food and we are booked to go back.
Thank you not only to Sharon and Madeline who made the experience great but to all those who we can’t see and didn’t meet who make it possible.
the carrot soufflé was superb, as was the tempuras rockling and the pasts special with truffles
Perfection. Outstanding food, service and surroundings.
Magnificent. The food. The service. I loved everything about Pt Leo.
Driving into the entry you know your in for something awesome. Approach and architecture truly awesome, what a magnificent structure.food was exemplary. I cannot fault it thank you
Staff remembered us - we had dined at Laura a few weeks earlier. That was wonderful to start. Food & service at the Pt. Leo Estate Restaurant was excellent. We were entertaining a friend from Europe and given a great table at the window with excellent views. A terrific experience all round.
Felt spoilt. Staff are wonderful..Great experience.
Flawless service and food, can't fault it. Will be back to try out the patio in summer
We really enjoyed our first experience at Pt Leo Estate. The staff were friendly & very attentive to our needs. The food was excellent. The sculpture park was wonderful & added to the overall experience
Enjoyed our time at Pt Leo Estate. Food was excellent. We had to ask for wine and food menus. Slow service until the food started coming. It would be a nice touch if the serviettes were placed on our laps. I thought the white shirts looked cheap and lacked design.
I am being super critical but feel my comments will give you food for thought. If staff didn’t know the answer to a question they were very quick and helpful in finding out. It would be nice to taste a wine at the tasting bar without having to pay. Other places let you taste and choose a wine for your meal.
We had a great time and will certainly be back. We have already recommended it.
Simply divine! The food, the wine, the service were all impeccable. I'd love to get the recipe for the apple sourdough!
2 scallops at 18 dollars is mean
We enjoyed the wine at twice the cellar door price
? A walk in the garden not included with lunch
The service was fantastic and the food and wine were amazing!
Beautiful food and lovely environement. Would love to come back for another meal!
The selection of entrees and share dishes provided a delightful varienty of tastes without the calorie overload of 3 full courses. Perfect.
Delicious food and good wine choices.
Would be enhanced by spreading out seating or spacing us better (you are very close to your neighbours), it was not a full restaurant that day.
Nice to see vegetarian options available. A warm dessert option on the menu would have gone down a treat on the winters day!
Delicious food - some meals were easily adapted to suit for vegetarian.
The food was fantastic, however we had to wait over an hour for our main course which I thought was poor. The restaurant supplied a free side as a customer service recovery which I thought was just adequate at best....
Decore and views outstanding food excellent entrees a little small I came with my girlfriend her sister who’s visiting from overseas and her niece who’s studying they haven’t experienced anything like it it was also my first time I would definitely come again
The setting is fabulous, the staff were good, howeve the food does not match up. It was very ordinary for the prices and such a shame. We sent the main course back, no point going back there because they wont listen I am sure...
We have been here twice now and both times the meals have been unbelievable, staff are friendly
A stunning meal where we were served by delightful and professional staff
Fabulous venue with tremendous food and service
First time to point Leo. Very beautiful grounds and the food was excellent.
Customer service was top quality and very friendly.
Would recommend family and friends to visit.
Also walked round the sculpture park after lunch. Very relaxing and great way to end our family lunch outing.
Really good food, great staff great atmosphere
A delightful lunch, service and food always a winner. Thankyou.
Amazing :food is fabulous , service impeccable
Looking to the sculpture garden planning next trip.
Cannot speak more highly of Point Leo Estate
Lovely venue to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary lunch. I thought it would be quiet mid-week, but it was vibrant and buzzing. Service was lovely, just like it used to be: staff topped up our glasses, were very knowledgeable, friendly but non obtrusive. Food was fabulous on the whole (except the lamb which was a bit tough) but overall, flavours were delightful. Thank you.
Delicious food served by friendly efficient staff in a beautiful setting with magnificent views.
The food and wine was absolutely amazing. Our waiter Murry really added to the experience with his passion for food and he was just lovely. You also can't beat the view over the sculpture park and the water. Will return!
It was very nice except l was disappointed in the wagu steak as it was a bit tough l expected it to be melt in the mouth.
