The 110-seat Pt. Leo Restaurant celebrates the region’s produce with a menu designed to enjoy both formally and informally.

Pt. Leo Restaurants culinary philosophy is to showcase local and Victorian produce wherever possible. The wine list also has a similar philosophy where it not only showcases Pt. Leo Estate wines, but varietals from the region and greater Victoria. It is one of the few wine lists in Victoria, that is purely Victorian wines. The restaurant welcomes bookings of all sizes including generous dining options for groups of 10 or more.

The predominately local front of house staff delivers exceptional service with genuine warmth and hospitality, offering a true Mornington Peninsula experience. The staff are led and complimented by our exceptional Restaurant Manager, Ainslie Lubbock and Sommelier, Andrew Murch.

Disappointed didn’t get window table as requested in booking. Although 2 window tables were free the entire time we had lunch.
Guess we are just not beautiful or we heeled enough to merit window table!!!!

I have a very high expectation before i step in to Pt Leo, and it did not disappoint us! Very impress with the architecture design of the building as well as the interior design. I enjoy very much in the wine tasting section, the wine, the view, the ambience, the service, will definately go back again. Then we had our lunch at Pt Leo Restaurant, love all the food we ordered. However, one thing that bother us is the noise, as it is nearly full house. We enjoy it overall, and will definitely go back again.

The wine was good, the pies and zucchini flowers too. The ceviche was outstanding. The mains and dessert quite good. What put a damper on the occasion was being charged $30.00 corkage for a bottle of their own wine. It was explained as being the cost of supply glassware and pouring the wine into them. I wonder what the cost of tap water is? $30.00 also built into the price. Yes, I'd recommend the place to a friend but warn them about the surcharges (1.5% added for using a credit card!) Perhaps we should all drink beer! I won 't return for a while so the ultimate loss is theirs. They're not the only game in town.

What a beautiful place for a restaurant. The staff were efficient and friendly and very accommodating.
The food and wine were fantastic except my guest's lamb loin was chewy. The waitress offered to get her another serve but my guest declined. I will definitely come back again. Well done!

Perfect On Point.. a relaxed Thursday lunch at this much hyped diner did not disappoint. The dining room was full, no mean feat for a weekday so we were glad to have booked ahead. Service was a little slow at first, where we shown to a table and then left alone without menus, however it soon improved and we were well looked after. Highlights were the scallop stuffed zucchini flowers, ceviche and Asian style John Dory as a main. Recommend!

Absolutely amazing service, food, wine list and ambiance.
We were running late due to traffic and had let them know and they were so good about it, didn’t make us feel bad or say we could no longer come as kitchen was closing.
When we arrived we were greeted so warmly.
All the staff are very hospitable.
Probably the best service we have experienced in a while in any restaurant.
Beautiful outlook and views.
Wine list was well priced and stocked.
Definitely coming back next time.

We had booked Pt Leo on a friends recommendation as a good place to stop for lunch on our way from Melbourne to Sorrento. The food was first class and was presented beautifully. All of the stuff we interacted with were friendly, professional and knowledgable about both the food and wine.

Altogether and excellent experience.

We very much enjoyed a casual walk among your sculptures on a perfect autumn evening prior to taking our seat in the restaurant. Service was excellent as was our food. Our only small concern was that we ordered three entrees which had said we would share. They all came to the table at once which meant that whilst we consumed one warm entree another warm entree was getting cool. We understand the need to have our table vacated by 8.00 but this haste was a little unseemly. We will be back.

Booked online and confirmation was made by the venue both by email and phone call. Highly recommended especially for a special event.

From the moment we pulled into the venue, it was clear that it was going to be an enjoyable night. Followed on by a friendly greeting and then congratulations on our anniversary, to a very nice waitress Ella, who was fantastic the entire night. Food was incredible, views amazing and loved the quality touches on everything. Very great night and look forward to visiting again

Great place to celebrate a special occasion. Staff were friendly and made the effort to make our visit extra special. My husband said his rib eye fillet was the best he's ever eaten. It was lovely to sit near the window looking out over the sculptures and water views. We'll definitely be back.

Pt Leo estate restaurant was absolutely amazing. Its the perfect place to take someone on a special day. I booked it via OpenTable was nice and easy, and specified it was for my husband's bday. The restaurant rang me back closer to the day to inquire about what I might prefer for his special day and also what they could offer (what turned out to be a gorgeous and delicious personalised dessert cake). When we arrived, the place was show stopping, staff were welcoming and courteous and pretty much most of the team came by to greet us and to wish my hubby a lovely day. The service was impeccable and polite, all suggestions were excellent and the food did not disappoint. Every dish we ordered was well thought out, balanced and refined. I highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting their 2 hatted back restaurant Laura and exploring more of the amazing sculptural garden.

LOVED everything about this place. The food was exceptional (you must try the carrot souffle) , the service was amazing (thanks Elisha and all the staff), the wine was beautiful (Pinot Gris ... yum), we commented about how it wasn't too noisy even in such a big open space. We enjoyed the sculpture garden beforehand, then sat outside in the sunshine while enjoying a bottle of wine before we headed inside for our dining experience. We were WOWed and will definitely be back.

The entrees were interesting, some of which were slightly over-priced and others well-priced. The zucchini flower stuffed with scallop mousse was excellent. All the mains were very good and appropriately priced - the tempura rockling was the stand-out dish.
The ambience is excellent and service what one would expect in a restaurant of this quality - the staff were friendly and knowledgeable

Excellent and I can’t rate the staff & food highly enough. My only reason for possibly not returning is 1.5 hours is too short and that impacts the value for me. I did feel rushed and only finished dessert & coffee at the end of allotted time Mary & I would have appreciated the time for another glass of wine at the table. Our waiter was first class and I would have tipped double if I didn’t feel the need to leave. This wasn’t at all communicated by our waiter by the way. I do believe u are doing the restaurant a and staff a disservice with this approach

We went to Pt Leo to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

When we ordered a glass of champagne to celebrate the waiter said ‘Happy Anniversary’ which I had mentioned at the time of booking. The wait staff were friendly without being intrusive.

The food was full of flavor, fresh and best of all locally sourced. The Pt Leo Pinot Noir 2017 was a lovely drop and again great to know that its all from the estate. Which is no longer the case with other MP wineries.

Our favorite dish was the Beetroot Pancake

We will definitely be returning, thank you

This winery and restaurant is truly unique. From the views to the gardens to the sculptures to the food and the service it stands apart from so many locations on the Mornington Peninsula. Yes it is expensive but a they say 'you get what you pay for'. I think lunch is best as you can enjoy the view. We were there on a record breaking hot day which didn't really allow us to cover the sculptures appropriately. Good excuse to go back. ( My only surprise is that you have to pay to go around the sculptures. If you were just visiting for the sculptures I could understand, but if you are there for a meal I think it should be free) Overall a great experience.
