I have been to this restaurant several times and have never been disappointed. We have ordered the tasting menu as well as off the regular menu. The food is seasonal, creative and delicous without being pretentious. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Food was amazing - portions very generous for a tasting menu. I asked the Chef - where have you been for the past 3 years of my life! We will certainly return with the change of menu for our next adventure.
My husband and I went to Present Company for our anniversary. We were a little confused about the 3 course price fix, but it was explained perfectly by our waitress. The food was delicious with no exceptions. I loved the sizes of the plates; small enough to not overwhelm which was . great as we were able to finish the 3 courses easily. It is nice to have a combination of flavors in the dishes; loved it! My reason for the 4 star is the ambiance; loud when tables are full.
Present Company was recommended by a friend. every dish we tried was excellent. Present Company did not disappoint. we loved the fusion experience.
French Vietnamese menu is outstanding! Looking forward to fall Tuscan experience. This remains the best restaurant in the valley. Congratulations Chef Lizotte and staff!

We loved their food. Sat at the chefs table so we could see all the delicious meals being made with locally sourced ingredients... definitely a special event meal due to the price but we’ll worth it!

We enjoyed a great meal and a lovely time watching our meal being prepared. We chose to sit a the counter watching the kitchen in action. It was a great experience interacting with the chefs. We chose the 5-course tasing menu, each time was yummy and the wine pairings were a great compliment. Our waitress was friendly and professional. Overall a wonderful night out. Looking forward to our next meal.

Cook is such a fun part of coming here..the prix fixed menu allows you to try lots of his creations and constantly changing based on seasons and what is locally fresh. I love coming here for a relaxing evening with my husband, we eat and drink for hours! Cant wait to go again!
Food was absolutely phenomenal. Such unique offerings on menu, very hard to choose. All four of us loved our selections. The lower rating for service was because it was definitely on the slower side, very pleasant, just slow, we were fine with it, people in a hurry may want to plan accordingly. Our reservation was 6:45, we all had the three course option and finished and got check after 10 pm. For me, this is not a deterrent in any way, I can't wait to go back and try some other options on the menu.

Prix fix night is a great value, a chance to sample the fresh produce of the season from eggplant caviar through to the entrée of pesto wrapped lamb. The lighting is dim due to the ambiance of the mill building where the restaurant is situated but a table beside a window is helpful. The menu offered a good selection for all tastes from vegetarian, to fish, and meat. Creative fare with unique flavors make Present Company a local favorite.
This place is spectacular! Brilliant menu, incredibly talented chefs, service staff that goes above and beyond. We have eaten here several times and it never ceases to astound us how good Present Company is. The menus change keeping it fresh. We typically do the chef's tasting menu because we get a chance to try several different items and be surprised at what we are getting. Every course is unique and so delicious. We sit at the counter right in front of the kitchen so we get the chance to banter with the chefs while watching them do their magic (and magic it is). That really adds to the experience for us. It's always amazing to see the combinations of ingredients they put together that the average cook would never even dream of. And even if you don't sit at the counter, the restaurant itself is just super lovely and comfortable and intimate. Chef/Owner Jeff Lizotte, GM/Owner Tom Gale, Chefs Ethan and Sadie and the rest of the team are the best in the business. You can see the passion for what they do in everything they do. I also think it is very cool that some of the menu items contain foods grown by Jeff's parents such as his dad's tomatoes and his mom's zucchini. How fun is that! I wish I could give this place a 10. It truly deserves it.
Everything here always exceeds expectations. Every friend I have taken to dinner here has absolutely loved it! Proud that this is in my community. The food is incredibly creative. The service is attentive but not overwhelming. The ambience is absolutely beautiful. It’s fun to have a kitchen view as what they accomplish in that efficient space seems impossible :)

Also, the fixed price menu offers an incredible array of selections and I always leave perfectly satisfied but never overstuffed.

The entire experience was excellent, my date said that this was the first time he’s had a perfect bite with the Tartine of Zucchini. Definitely would recommend this dish, it was delicious. All dishes were prepared beautifully and tasted phenomenal. I will definitely be back.

Have not been back since this winter but, I saw the summer menu and had to come. I was not disappointed. Eggplant appetizer was amazing and the seared scallop and duck breast were perfectly prepared. Thanks for another great meal!!!!
Amazing meal start to finish. I ordered the 5 course chefs’ tasting menu with wine pairings, and my wife ordered 3 course prize fixe, plus a side. Having the flexibility to not have to both order the tasting menu was very nice and allowed us to try a number of different items because it all sounded so great. The first course I got the Eggplant “caviar” and while it was not the prettiest to look at, it was one of the best things I ever tasted. Other highlights were the pesto wrapped lamb, cooked to perfection, the tomato salad with jack cheese croutons and the deep fried yellowfin with smashed leeks and Yukon gold potatoes. The rest of the dishes were also very good. Only one dish seemed to miss the mark, that was the bass with duck confit, which just seemed to be lacking seasoning, but really nice presentation and cooking of the bass itself. The venue itself was rustic but very clean, and service was exceptional as well. We will certainly be back, and would like to get a seat at the kitchen counter to see everything being made.

I dined at Present Co. this past Saturday with my out of town guests. All were impressed with the quality of the food and the size of the portions considering it was a “tasting” menu. The one hiccup we experienced was that the sliding door covering one of the windows behind our table fell off the track and almost took out several of our guests sitting in front of it. It was embarrassing, especially considering I was hosting the dinner for visitors. A few waiters ran to the rescue and were able to put the door back on the track before any damage was caused to the table, open bottles of wine, or more importantly, ourselves!

I took my husband here for his birthday. It was our first visit. Upon arriving we were greeted by the owner who introduced himself and told us about how we could stroll around the property and see the riverwalk. As far as the decor,I would have loved to take home one of the comfortable plush red chairs. I felt relaxed and that I knew we were in for an experience. The food left me speechless, it was outstanding! Our only criticism was that there was 2 wait staff in the dining area and I was far more impressed with the waitress that had the other tables. She was much more attentive to her tables and really tried to uncover the customers desires for their meal and drinks. Our waiter told us the portions were small and they weren’t. My salad was big enough for a meal and so was my second course. I would highly recommend if you love fresh farm to table where you are not rushed and you want an experience.
Perfect for a special occasion. Inventive menu with lots of Vietnamese notes. Perfect portion sizes. Excellent and warm service. Loved it!
This is a brilliant restaurant with extraordinary food in a lovely setting.
Everything was very nice,but the music was very loud. Had to speak very loud to my dining partner who was only about two feet away. We asked to have it lowered ,to no avail. Jerry B

Wow wow wow. Amazing food, great service, and fantastic ambiance. We did the Chef's Tasting Menu with wine pairings - definitely a great value and amazing meal! The first three dishes of the chef's tasting menu consisted of food I would generally dislike, and somehow they transformed it into something I would crave every day. The food was creative and well executed. The wait staff was very attentive, and the chef even delivered two or three of our dishes himself. While we were seated at a table, we could still see a bit of what the chef and his team were doing in the open kitchen, which added to the experience. Our reservation was at 5:30pm and we finished a little after 7pm at a natural pace. Nothing felt delayed, nothing felt rushed. The portion sizes were good, as I ended up VERY full and my husband left satisfied too. Overall a perfect evening.
Each course was well thought out and everything was nicely balanced. Enjoyed the Asian fusion of many of the dishes. Lychee dessert was delicious. Staff was attentive and kind. Love the bar area, what a treat to be able to watch the masters work!
We did the chefs tasting with wine pairing. Cannot go wrong with wine pairing. Many generous pours of greatly paired wines. The food was a tail of high highs and not so great lows. The started were out of this worked. Coconut and beat soup - really great. Eggplant rolltini - good bit missinfcrispy toast points or something. Zucchini appetizer - out of this world. Then - buttermilk chicken - not good. At all. A little chicken wing that was ok, the rest was under seasoned and not good. Some sticky rice. Not good. Next - all fish was good, except duck confit was cold and not good. Lamb was very good. Scallops were very good. Steak and short rib very good. Dick breast very good. Stick with those - can’t disappoint. Dessert was original and good - but no chocolate, so if you’re into that, sorry. Service was great. For the price it wants to better, but just misses the mark.

We had 2 three course meals. Just 2 remarks to improve quality and reach perfection!
Starter with aubergine caviar should have been served with more chill and both wines were served not cold enough. The red was well over the 70’s.

Food was outstanding ! It was an extremely hot day and the a/c in the space had a hard time cooling down the restaurant.
