The staff at PIX on New Year's Eve were exceptional. Very very accommodating and pleasant. The ambience was terrific and the food was extremely good. We received what seemed like a personal
service and when my daughter and her friend turned up late into the evening unexpected, the staff
were extremely flexible and made them feel welcome. When the new decade arrived, there was music,
dancing and a very friendly environment to enjoy the festivities. I would definitely recommend PIX at
Carnaby for the staff as well as the incredible food.
Always lovely and enjoyable here. Great food and attentive friendly staff. Thank you
Amazing pinxhos in the hear of Soho. The food was absolutely brilliant, as good as anything I've had in the Basque Country, even loads of choice and thumbs up from our 10 year old children. Will definitely go back!
It was a really nice service and I met a guy behind the till, he is from Italy and he is really friendly :)
Terrible service. Overpriced food. The staff gave us a countdown on how long we could stay at the table, coming over every 5 minutes to remind us how long we had next. Felt like we couldn’t relax and were on a conveyor belt of people.
Yet again another lovely experience at Pix in Carnaby. The food was great, the staff friendly and helpful, and of course the prosecco was chilled.
Nice food but overpriced for the portion sizes
Disappointment. Service was terrible. Waiters ignored us and we couldn’t order a drink or water for 15 minutes after we sat down. Water was never refilled or dirty plates taken away. Food was ok but not worth what we paid. Very few of the cheaper dishes (short toothpick). Drinks were pretty good once we got them. Restaurant is very cramped and the hostess dealt with this by beckoning / shouting at us across the place to get our res details and finally give us our table, instead of greeting us in front. In short try one of the other dozen tapas places in Soho and definitely skip this one.
Great food with a great atmosphere. Nice variety and choice
Very small, but this is typical of central London restaurants. Just be mindful with amount of stuff you take with you. Busy and quick turn around - book if you know you definitely want to go here.
Had to ask a few times what some good items were because labels hadn't been out out. Food was fresh and arrived regularly, and was of a good standard.
Service wasn't great - we had to ask to order drinks even though they said they'd return to take our order shortly after giving us the menu (they didn't) for them to return to say the beer would be warm (I said this was ok) for them to return again to say they didn't actually have it after all.
Quite a hefty 'optional' gratuity to say it's self service, the service was as above and that if you don't want to pay it, you have to physically ask them to remove it.
I was overcharged by five skewers, but because they’re gone, there’s nothing you can do about it!
Lovely food and wine, nice music, good service - but the tables are tiny!
Good value for money with plenty of options available. It's not as tasty as what you'd find in the Basque Country but it does well. Decent service. A bit cramped unfortunately. I'll return for the unlimited pintxos next time.
Always a fun easy place to eat and enjoy good Tapas.
The service is bitty. Very hot or miss. Tapas plates left around not being removed from the customers table.
The tapas choice was somewhat disappointing at one point there was only 1 choice available, something they need to address.
I went 2 years ago and I thought it was amazing. Revisited recently and was left a little disappointed. With so many other places to eat I wouldn’t bother going here again.
Uncomfortable seating. Can't sit there too long, and don't even try if you are tall. Ask to be seated outside. Expensive for What it is... But good service.
Good food, good wine and a nice ambiance! Service was alright though drinks took quite a long time even though there were barely any other people
Great music selection
Awkward/lazy service (not even that busy)
Very cute buffet style restaurant. Tapas all very delicious though no absolute must haves. Quite expensive if you don’t keep track of your stix but great little venue and great location for people watching.
All the food was lovely, although few choices without carbs, so if you don’t eat bread the choices are limited.
Staff were all friendly.
Small room, food that's been standing out in the open for way too long. And way too few different tapas available. I only found about 3 that I thought I'd like, and the rest of my table only found 2... Definitely won't recommend. Also it was an anniversary dinner which I had specified about up ahead but the people who work there did absolutely nothing. I believe they only said hi and shall I get the bill.
Very enjoyable evening
Really disappointed - served us double gin and tonics without asking and then charged a fortune for it. I tried to talk to them about it but the waiter was very unhelpful. Real shame to receive such awful service in a place where the food isn’t good enough to warrant rude staff
Fantastic! The food was delicious.Highly recommend
Not as good as it was in the past. Some of the bread tasted stale and one of the cocktails we were served was not what was ordered. Probably wouldn't go again.
Amazing food, amazing atmosphere, very friendly staff, and probably one of the best places in London where you would like to spend a great time whilst having amazing food! 5 star for sure!
The food is really good, with lots of choice. It's a little bit expensive per dish and a small jug of sangria was £25 so it's not a cheap meal but the service was good and as it wasn't too busy inside, it wasn't too loud.
The seats are a bit uncomfortable as they're high stools with no backs and the 2 person tables are very small. Great location just off Carnaby St.
Overpriced, but then again, it IS central London. Nice food, laid out pinchos style.
Cool atmospheric. Fab service and food. Great location. Food tasty could be easier to share. A single bread and pork.
In short. Loved it.
Everything great but the seats are just uncomfortable. That's my opinion as I suffer from a bad back
Nice aperitivo with a friend.
Both tapas and drinks are good, nice atmosphere!
Great little spot for food and drinks. The pinchos (small tapas) are very good but most are based on baguette plus something - not very versatile compared to Spain but good enough for London! Sangria (they also have a white one!) is delicious and served in big glasses. The place has a really nice vibe (although the tables are very small) and the staff is very friendly. Will definitely go again
Lovely Pinxtos (like tapas but smaller) in a cosy bar. The seating isn’t that comfortable and the music was too loud so we ended up shouting at each other, but I’d definitely go again for the food and the vibe. The olives are outstanding!
Lunch special is excellent value -- tasty food, lots of variety, fresh, and copious. Staff very helpful, courteous, friendly. Will certainly go again and recommend to friends.
Great spraining food
Tapas were average and the only waiter present was somewhat slow in service. I was expecting more due to the pricy tapas
The food was delicious, but the actually warm tapas were too cold. The portions were also very small for the price.
Small restaurant just off Carnaby Street - a real find - great food.
Poor quality tapas. Food laid out on the counter. Some plates looked like they sat out all afternoon from lunchtime. In all honesty can’t be sure that was the case just seemed stale and unappealing. Staff just talking and laughing amongst each other. I won’t ever return here. Way overpriced for what you get in a self service restaurant which is basically what this is.
The service is utterly appalling. From the moment we sat down we felt like an inconvenient to a staff "night out". They were so busy entertaining each other they forgot to actually serve their customers.
With so many restaurants to choose from in the area, there is reason to waste your money on a business that obviously doesn't see their customers as a great importance.
