Service(waitor)to be exact was up there with worst ever, drinks took 2 hours to arrive, mixed up order, unapologetic, honestly don't know how they survive with staff like that.... food was really nice so was venue

A very enjoyable evening. The food was excellent. A minor issue with one dish was very quickly dealt with by the friendly and professional staff. We will certainly be back.

Food was incredible, everything we had was delicious and the service was fantastic. I can't fault them on anything. We had such a wonderful time and I can't recommend Pinchy's more highly - we will definitely be back :)

We enjoyed a lovely post comedy meal at Pinchy’s. Wait staff were helpful and accommodating and our corner spot was cosy and comfortable. Snapper croquettes that came with a spicy jalapeño sauce were delicious to start then my lobster linguine with miso butter was absolutely lush. My husband loved his lobster roll and fries and our shared grilled cauliflower dish with purée, pomegranate and kohlrabi was full of toasty flavour. We rounded out by sharing the madeleines with salted caramel sauce and mascarpone which were so yummy! A highlight was my cocktail of rosemary vodka, raspberry, capsicum and lime - it was so great that I had to have two! This is my second visit to Pinchy’s and I look forward to a return.

Very disappointing!! Firstly, after finishing our dinner, we were not offered any dessert. Only when my guest inquired about the dessert menu were we informed that the kitchen had closed and no desserts were available. It is customary to notify diners that the kitchen is closing and to ask if they would like to order dessert before it does. This lack of communication was disappointing and not in line with standard hospitality practices. Secondly, when we discovered the dessert issue, we were told that we could still order drinks. We placed a round of drinks, only to be informed upon their delivery that we had just 20 minutes to finish them because the restaurant was closing. This rushed us and undermined the experience of savoring our drinks and enjoying the atmosphere. Had we known about the time constraint, we would not have ordered the drinks and instead gone elsewhere to enjoy dessert and drinks at a leisurely pace. Overall, my experience at Pinchys was very disappointing considering this was for my birthday. The staff should be better trained to inform customers of kitchen and bar closing times to avoid such unpleasant situations. Additionally, your website states that the restaurant closes at 12 AM, yet we were asked to leave around 10 PM, which was another letdown.This experience has left a sour taste for both me and my guest, and we are unlikely to return. I hope you address these issues to prevent similar experiences for other patrons in the future. If you wish to contact me to discuss this further, contact me.
