Piero's Italian Cuisine
We LOVE PIERO’S !!! Excellent cuisine, superb service and great locals place!!! Highly recommended for that special occasion or business dinner! Fabulous!! * 😋
Great as always
Terrible experience/good food, but don’t bother.
Our experience was terrible and we will not be returning to Piero's. Waiter Joe was professional, but obviously did not know how to manage his team since his back-waiter and busboy were awful. What went wrong? First of all, they rushed us, which is totally unacceptable when you are spending over $300 for a dinner for two! For instance, before we were done with our appetizers, the busboy "dropped off" our salad. PLEASE, let us finish one course before throwing the next course at us! We were two-thirds done with the salad when the busboy (really, where are the waiters?) came by and said dinners were ready and wanted to take away the rest of the salad. What? When we were done with our dinners, just as the busboy walked away to wrap our food, the back-waiter came over with the dessert tray. Hey, can we have a few minutes to digest? The restaurant was busy, but wasn’t packed on Sat, 1/11/2020. Did these people just start in the food and beverage business? Awful!
The final two straws, which resulted in me having a serious talk with Joe about our terrible evening, was that the busboy, who was sloppy and unprofessional, dropped a spoon when collecting our meals to be wrapped to-go. That is not so bad except that when he picked it up, he was going to put it back on my plate with our to-go food. Whaaaat! I told him DO NOT put that spoon on my plate! Finally, the to-go food was wrapped so sloppily that there were remnants of the food on the outside of each container. When we picked up the containers to check it, we had to go wash our hands since we now had creamed spinach and oil on our hands. So careless! Remember, all this for a $300+ dinner. As for the food, the stone crab was good, but expensive at $23 per claw. The Vidalia onion salad was fair at best. Tomatoes were fine as were the hearts of palm; however, the onions were waterlogged and flavorless. The $75 bone-in ribeye and osso buco were good. Summary: Don't bother!
We have been to Piero’s several times in past years while visiting Vegas.
Our Friday night experience was not up to par.
Server bobbled a bottle of wine, spilling down a good amount on our friend’s hand, arm and the table.
Roasted pepper appetizer was skimpy.
We had a guest at the booth next to us that was incredibly loud ( certainly not their fault ) however with several open tables they could have discreetly offered to reseat us in another location.
Our bill came, we were charged the full amount for the Bobbled wine while the tablecloth had the benefit of drinking the last fourth of the bottle, we dined on top of the tablecloth the remainder of the evening.
Mistakes happen.... just thought it should have been handled in the favor of the guest.
As always perfect.... except they have eliminated their signature creamed corn after 30 years... sniff!!
A do not miss every year at CES in January.
Authentic Italian dining in every way.... Food, service and ambiance.
Prices are fair, the food and wine selection are outstanding.
Treat yourself to a great dining experience just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas strip. You won’t regret it!
I got to say they were out of bread which is our favorite part. So that was the only sad thing
Amazing! This will be our new favorite restaurant in Las Vegas! The veal Parmesan is something you have to try but everything on the menu was perfection. Enjoy!
The service and food were amazing. David, Joe and Joseph were perfect. We will be back.
Had our last dinner in Vegas celebrating our marriage and Christmas holidays...Pieros was definitely saving the best for last! Phillepe and staff were so friendly, food was fantastic and it was a very memorable evening for my husband and I. Drinks, food and wine were sooo delish...have the veal and fettuccine Alfredo, you will experience what a quality Italian dining experience should be!! We will be back, until next time. Kelli & Stephen.
Great service. I had the egg plant parm. Delicious!! Hubby had steak, even better! Great Chianti too!
Always great consistent experience! The stone claws are a great way to start. Nice wine selection! Good old school vibe.
Great veal/eggplant parm dinner. Fantastic combo. Burrata salad was also delicious. Waitstaff was attentive and pleasant Good cocktail pour as well Loved the restaurant!
Had a party going on in the adjacent room that was a bit loud but seated us in the wine room which we had to ourselves (table of 8). Servers were very attentive. Food was wonderful. Had the Osso Bucco which was well prepared and served with linguini. Wish they paired with risotto but was wonderful, all the same. Would definitely go back.
Waiter was terrific! Food great.... too much dressing on my Garbage Caesar, but they gave me a new one spontaneously without dressing with dressing in the side.. perfect! Lived the kale veggie... my chicken was tender and sweet! Great experience!
This is a must do every time we come to Las Vegas. It’s all about how Las Vegas got started. It offers some of the best food among some of the biggest name chefs and when you see the list of celebrities that have dined there, when you experience their food, you know why
The garbage salad and the Osso Bucco is a home run everytime! Ryan in the bar was great! I love Pieros! Also saw Evan giving some new pasta dish to a local to try. It’s always a cool vibe at Pieros! You never know who you’ll see!
7:30 reservation and seated 45 minutes late
We were not seated until 45 minutes after our reservation. I have eaten here MANY times and this has never happened before. For whatever reason things were just off on this visit. I will try again in a couple months when I return for business.
New chef is not as good as the old chef. Portions are smaller. Pasta dish was served with squid ink pasta which not on the menu
Service continues to be great
Friendly staff and pleasant surroundings. Some dishes were better than others.
I am a local and this is my favorite restaurant in town so when I have a guest, this is my go to place. And, it did not disappoint.
The food was good. Service excellent
Always have a great meal and night out at Piero’s. Service is always excellent too. It never fails to please.
Disappointed, I brought my team because I've been there before & enjoyed it. Our main waiter did not take care of us & kept getting lost & just did not care. His support Ladies were great! We had the pasta special, we waited an hour & when we got our food the noodles were tough & not cooked. I hate to see an old standard go down in food & service.
We LOVE Piero's Italian Cuisine! BEST FOOD, DRINKS and always FUN!
We always go there first time for an earlu Sunday dinner sat outside in the cold from 5:15-5:45
Nice Italian Style restaurant with a good variety of dishes. Good for team dinners.
Excellent food and service!
Always a great dinner with excellent food and service!
Piero's relies on its past reputation. The food is mediocre. On the most recent visit, two of us had eggplant parmesan, which was served lukewarm with watery tomato sauce. A plate of pasta puttanesca had little flavor. House salads were oily. A Caesar salad was passable but poorly done. We were originally seated in a larger, noisy room next to the kitchen. After requesting a different table, we were seated in the bar, which was quiet. This is not the best dining venue in Vegas for good Italian food in Vegas.
Glad to see an old school independent restaurant flourish.
Not what it was. And it is a shame.
I requested a table in the bar area. The owner, Mr. Glassman, (I think) told me the bar makes up only 7%. Then why was HE having dinner with is three kids and wife when I was waiting over an hour at the bar??Not right. And not the way to treat a client that has been going to this establishment for over 20 years.
Then the food, served cold, and tasteless. Big disappointment. Service was great, as usual from Frenchy, but what has happened in the kitchen? Will not go back with so many other great choices in Lost Wages.
Amazing food and great place to impress friends and potential clients
One of our guests ordered a plate that supposedly takes longer than normal to deliver, so she put it in ahead of time. She eventually got served, finished her meal, all before the rest of us got served. I complained to the head manager in charge that night...he could care less. Great food...but I won’t be going back there because of the service, and the wine is a huge huge gouge on price!!!
