Great service and beautiful seafood linguine, filled olives entree as exquisite
Extremely overpriced for what you get! I ordered the special which was tortellini and it tasted like it was store bought with a few peas. Cocktails were average, nothing exciting about them. The oysters weren’t fresh (although the raspberry vinaigrette was a nice touch). The service was poor as we waited a while for our menus to even be delivered after we’d been seated. All starters range from $27-37 which I personally think is overpriced for the quality and quantity of food provided. A $140 dinner- not worth it.
I’m not giving a bad review however I think if a cocktail is advertised on the menu you should have all of the ingredients! Or just take it off the menu. Beautiful restaurant and setting though.
The view is fantastic. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the restaurant. Too expensive and an unpleasant atmosphere.
Lovely restaurant and good food but at the upper end of the price range and the food isn’t quite at the level of the pricing.
Overall a great meal and experience. Prices are on the high side, but would still go again.
The food, service and location was great. Knowledge from Waiters on specials and how they are cooked and presented was terrific.
My only bad comment was the fact that we needed some time between the entrée and main course to digest the food, which was too short. For example we had only just finished the entrée when the mains arrived. If they can get a good balance on this issue we would be back again.
Lovely food, great location and friendly staff.
Lovely venue and amazing service. Seafood doesn’t need to be complicated. Simple flavours that emphasize texture and taste are enough. The prices don’t match the food.
We had a wonderful 40th birthday lunch for my husband. Service, food and actually the whole experience was outstanding. Thankyou!
The food was incredibly overpriced for what we received. It was just underwhelming. Great wine list and great service.
Beautiful food, great service and picture perfect setting. Highly recommended for anyone interested in good food.
A beautiful setting but unfortunately the service does not match the setting or price of the food. No follow up drink order asked, plates taken away very quickly and no thank you upon paying the check and departing. This restaurant has so much potential. Just needs a polish of the edges to match the cost of food.
Beautiful ambience, amazing food and great service
Great service, good atmosphere with nice view.
Food was amazing!
Very personable service, great food, views and ambience.
Food is lovely but services are shocking bad, the managers there have really cold face. And pushing customers to leave.
Second time at Pier Farm, just as good as first. Food & service is fantastic, background music is the best in Melbourne, love this place.
First time and very impressed. Will be back! Food drink service were all terrific.
Birthday for dad
Lovely food and service. The view is the icing on the cake.
Good food, great service and a lovely atmosphere …
We celebrated a special birthday the night we dined at Pier Farm. Wouldn't hesitate to go back there again!
Fish was well cooked and delicious but scallops a bit overdone
lamb rack dishes eaten by others in the group were delicious but seems
A bit overpriced and not great value for money
We had a wonderful night, with a fantastic menu and wine list.
Friendly staff, brilliant service. Pier Farm is clearly the best restaurant and in Williamstown.
Definitely going back there.. Food was great and so as the place.
Great restaurant, lovely food and excellent service.
Service was slow, food was average at best. Ambience was good, noise level reasonable. Expensive food, your paying for the view, as mentioned the food quality was passable.
Very over priced for what you get, went with a friend and we wanted to order multiple entrees and share them, the waiter told us we had to order mains as that’s what you do at a restaurant, little confused with this, not sure why we need to be told what we have to order! with drinks and the entrees we still spent $200 on a very ordinary lunch, will not be back.
The location and service were excellent but unfortunately the food was not of the same quality.
Nice atmosphere but my steak was cooked under rare instead of the medium I requested
The pizza was nice but our entree of calamari had the smallest rings I have ever encountered and they were also chewy
The classic fish and chips was also not very good
The waiter had very bad breath and after waiting for 30 min to have our table cleared so we could order desert we gave up and left
Not a very good experience for the price unfortunately
Had yet another lovely meal here, accompanied by great wine and good service. Excellent location with nice views.
Service need an improvement
Food nice and well presented
This venue continues to deliver good food and service consistently, this trip did not disappoint. a bit of a hidden surprise is the wine cellar here is very good
The food and wine were beautiful. The service was good and the restaurant was lovely with a gorgeous view of boats and the water!
Delightful in every aspect. Will definitely return.
Lovely ambient venue. Knowledgeable and friendly waitstaff. Good variety on the menu. And reasonable prices. The cutaletti could have been more flavoursome. Overall an enjoyable evening :)
The wait staff were so lovely and attentive. Food, deserts and drinks were great. Had a great view of the water as well. Will definitely come back.
Good food options and choices. Service was quite good and very friendly
Can have a. Relatively inexpensive meal by ordering a pizza or go all out with their amazing steaks
